Abstract

This study aims to Analyze the influence of supervisor's competence on teacher's teaching ability in the field of economic studies of katingan districts Analyzing the influence of variation of supervisory methods used by the supervisor to the teaching ability of the teacher of economics studies of katingan district; Analyzing The influence of supervisor 'perceptions of the benefits of supervision on teachers' teaching ability in the field of economic studies as regencies of katingan; And Analyzing Effect of supervisor's competence, variation of supervision method, mutual supervision benefit to teacher's teaching ability in economy study area katingan district. The sample in this research is 40 teachers. This research uses quantitative explanatory approach and data collection by survey method. Data were collected using questionnaires with Likert scale 1-5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study prove that 1) The competence of supervisors have a significant effect on the ability of teaching economics teacher of SMA Se Kabupaten Katingan. The magnitude of influence is 0.235. These results indicate that the higher the supervisor's competence will improve the teaching ability of the teacher. 2) Variations of teaching methods used by supervisors have a significant effect on teachers' teaching ability. The magnitude of influence is 0.159. These results indicate that the more varied teaching methods used by supervisors will improve teachers' teaching ability. 3) The supervisor perception of the benefits of supervision has a significant effect on teachers' teaching ability. The magnitude of influence is 0.159. This result shows that supervision is very useful to improve teachers' teaching ability. 4) The simultaneous test results indicate that the supervisor's competence, the variation of Supervision methods and the benefits of supervision together have a significant effect on teacher's teaching ability with FStatistic> FTable (66.382> 2.866) or significance value (P <0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) the process of implementation school-based management in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Anwar Pangkalan Banteng Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat, (2) the support and obstacle factors on the success of implementation school-based management in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Anwar Pangkalan Banteng. This research used Qualitative Research Method. The data collection technique was using observation, interview approach, documented all of the data needed (premier data). Then, it was analyzed qualitatively and the researcher took a conclusion. Abstract

The low participation rate taxpayer in paying taxes, the tax system ineffective and inefficient as well as lower income tax payers who cause reception MVT does not match the set target. The aim of the study to determine the effect of Taxpayer Compliance, Tax and Revenue System Effectiveness against MVT Acceptance either partially or simultaneously. Research method with approach according to sample accidential sampling technique and quantitative descriptive research type. By distributing questionnaires to taxpayers, this research was conducted at SAMSAT Office of Palangka Raya. The observed variables include (1) Taxpayer Compliance, (2) Effectiveness of Taxation System, (3) Income and (4) Acceptance of MVT. Results showed partial Taxpayer Compliance positive and significant effect on the MVT Acceptance namely tcount 3.574 > ttable 1.960, while for the Taxation System Effectiveness and no significant negative effect on the acceptance of MVT is tcount -1.264 < ttable 1.960 and income and no significant positive effect on the MVT acceptance is tcount 0.284 < ttabel 1.960. Simultaneously the Taxpayer Compliance, Tax and Revenue System Effectiveness positive and significant impact on the Acceptance Agreement with tcount 4.716 > 1.960 ttabel.

Abstract

Equitable distribution of teachers in Indonesia still does not meet needs. The solutions offered are the recruitment and placement of new teachers, structuring the number and qualifications of existing teachers throughout Indonesia, increasing teacher competency through follow-up actions. Equitable education raises the formulation and issuance of Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Implementation in the field experienced several obstacles. The issue of Indonesian as an ASEAN regional language led to the importation of Indonesian teachers from various ASEAN member countries. Teacher competencies and prospective teachers in Indonesia must be more prepared and improved, especially professional competence and pedagogical competence in dealing with this issue.

Abstract

This study aims to know: (1) the Marketing mix strategy on education service at SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya (2) a SWOT analysis to marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process) at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. This study used qualitative descriptive approach, by using data collection method of observation, interview and documentation. The main informants of this study were principal, vice principal, students and parents of the students. The procedures of processing data were be started from the data reduction phase, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Based on the results of the study: The appropriate marketing strategy was be applied to SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya, was the ST Strategy (strength and threats). This strategy had been applied where the strength of the school was used to overcome the threats that may be encountered in developing the product and building the image of product to the perspective of prospective students. This school tried to make the prospective students providing a positive response about the products that school offered. Building of Image was influenced by familiarities, familiarities was influenced by the amount of information that were received by new prospective students from the others personal experience or from the mass media. Utilizing the web information media or direct face-to-face services were the way to attract new students, in this way the school created a friendly and open impression to provide pleasure for prospective students. Then, the school provided information efficiently without reducing the quality of products related to religious education in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. The information referred here was to give the parents feeling calm and comfortable when they entrusted their children to study in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. The explaining information included that in this school beside teaching formal education also building the students’ aqidah, then in this school taught tadarus Al'quran for the students, which was useful to train the students in reading Al'quran, and instilling shalat on the time, when adzan zuhur reverberated all of the students obliged to the mosque to do shalat zuhur together.
