Abstract

In general, non-government organizations (NGOs) are known as grassroots organizations with unconventional, unique movements and often have bottom-up movements with programs that tend to be thematic and adapt to the surrounding circumstances. Even though they are not involved much in marketing activities, NGOs themselves cannot be separated from various marketing techniques. This is unavoidable because the thematic nature of programs that are carefully planned by the implementing NGO must be promoted to stakeholders (if needed) and potential donors, which will then be forwarded to the targets of the prepared programs. This study aims to describe the program marketing strategy that has been implemented by the Ranu Welum Foundation as a representative of environmental NGOs in Central Kalimantan and to design a generic strategy for program marketing based on their strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threat experienced. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach, namely by conducting participatory observations and case studies in the form of a literature study on reports and analyzed using the SWOT matrix. The results show that the Ranu Welum Foundation as one of the environmental NGOs in Central Kalimantan, calculated using the SWOT matrix, implements an aggressive strategy in which environmental NGOs in Central Kalimantan use all available strengths and opportunities to attract people from various walks of life, especially rural communities, to become the target as well as the key figure of the marketed programs. The participation of NGO staff, especially field staff, is also a strategy that NGOs rely on to maintain consistency in the marketing of programs that have been implemented.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out how the case settlement process was before the implementation of E-Court at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court, to find out how the case settlement process was after the implementation of E-Court during the covid 19 pandemic at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court, and to For find out what are the obstacles faced after implementing E-Court in settling cases and the efforts made by the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court to overcome these obstacles. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, to obtain empirical data and information. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The case settlement process before the implementation of E-Court at the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court did not run effectively because it was still manual, meaning that justice seekers had to come directly to the Court's office from the registration of claims to decisions, so this was not appropriate with the principle of administering justice in a simple, fast and low cost manner; 2) The case settlement process after the implementation of E-Court during the covid - 19 pandemic at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court is running effectively because it is no longer manual but online so that it can be done from anywhere without the need to come to the Court office thereby reducing face-to-face and avoiding crowds, the process is also simpler, faster and cheaper, besides that the performance of the court apparatus has increased, which means that the competency of the apparatus is very good; and 3) Obstacles encountered during the implementation of E-Court at the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court can be overcome properly by making various efforts to overcome them so that the implementation of E-Court continues to run effectively.

Abstract

Fokus Penelitian Dalam Penelitian kualitatif, fenomena adalah sesuatu yang hadir atau muncul dalam kesadaran peneliti dengan menggunakan cara tertentu, atau dengan kata lain adalah sesuatu yang menjadi tampak dan nyata. Peningkatan Kualitas Pelatihan yang diikuti pegawai di eselon III dan IV yaitu diklat tekniks yaitu diklat yang berkaitan dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan dan fungsi-fungsi ini mekekat terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok administrasi. Jumlah pegawai BKPSDM yang telah mengikuti diklat teknis ini ada beberapa orang. Pegawai BKPSDM yang ada di jabatan fungsional juga telah mengikuti diklat fungsional. Kualitas SDM di BKPSDM Kabupaten Murung Raya masih kurang dilihat dari pelatihan yang diikuti. Belum semua kepala bidang atau kepala bagian mengikuti diklatpim III. Tujuan dan sasaran Diklatpim Tk. III adalah kompetensi kepemimpinan taktikal yaitu kemampuan menjabarkan visi dan misi instansi ke dalam program instansi dan memimpin keberhasilan pelaksanaan program yang telah ditetapkan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan merupakan hal berbeda, tetapi sangat berkaitan. Pelatihan bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan para pegawai melakukan tugas sekarang, sedangkan pengembangan lebih berorientasi pada peningkatan produktivitas kerja para pekerja di masa depan. Pengalaman merupakan hasil dari proses belajar secara mental dalam menjalani tugas-tugas dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Kekurangan pengalaman pegawai BKPSDM selalu dicarikan pembenaran dengan kondisi umur Kabupaten Murung Raya yang masih muda. Jumlah pegawai yang terbatas di BKPSDM dari sisi pengalaman belum disikapi dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan yang memadai. Ketaatan pegawai BKPSDM diukur dari ketaatan pada aturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku, taat kepada tata tertib, dan taat kepada pimpinan. Ketaatan pada aturan perundang-undangan ditaati dengan mengikuti perintah atau arahan pimpinan. Suatu aturan perundang-undangan dilaksanakan melalui prosedur sebagaimana tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing. Kualitas hasil kerja BKPSDM masih jauh dari harapan publik Kabupaten Murung Raya maupun ketentuan perundang-undangan. BKPSDM belum secara objektif menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan peran dan fungsinya sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. BKPSDM masih sangat lemah dalam pengelolaan data pegawai, Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (Simpeg), arsip kepegawaian dan penyusunan Daftar Urut Kepangkatan (DUK). BKPSDM tidak menyusun petunjuk teknis tentang pembinaan, kedudukan hukum pegawai daerah, pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat, pelayanan kesejahteraan dan penegakan disiplin pegawai sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penetapan keputusan. BKPSDM juga tidak menyiapkan bahan penetapan kebutuhan diklat, usulan penetapan sertifikasi lembaga diklat untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM Aparatur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pariwisata spiritual dan pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tanah lot, bagaimana nilai laut bagi krama hindu, pembangunan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, dan tanah lot sebagai ojek wisata spiritual: kreasi pembangunan daerah yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini literature review dengan menggunakan metode yang sistematis, eksplisit, dan berulang untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis hasil penelitian dan gagasan yang telah dihasilkan oleh peneliti dan praktisi dalam bentuk penjelasan atau pembahasan teori. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Wisata spiritual merupakan trend baru dalam pengembangan pariwisata yang berkualitas karena dapat membantu menata kehidupan sosial budaya dengan keunikan yang berbeda-beda sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan berusaha meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Hal ini merupakan peluang besar bagi Kabupaten Tabanan untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonominya secara berkelanjutan dengan lebih mengutamakan wisata spiritual. Unsur pemicu dan pemangku kepentingan perlu membuat terobosan nyata, terutama dalam hal mengemas dan memasarkan wisata rohani secara profesional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance through HR strategy as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is explanatory research. The sample of this research is 63 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study concluded that leadership style does not directly affect employee performance, but through HR strategy, leadership style influences employee performance. In this connection HR strategy is a full mediation variable. The implications of this research illustrate that transformational leadership styles are more effective in developing HR strategies within the Rectorate of Palangka Raya University.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To reveal how the impact of changes in the use of service systems from non-electronic data to electronic data for the Internal Land Office and the Community at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya, 2) To reveal how the service performance process is done electronically by using the Touch Tanahku Application at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya, and 3) To reveal how the obstacles encountered in improving service performance with the Touch Tanahku application at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya. This research is a qualitative research with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman technique, where activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively with State Civil Servants, Notaries/PPAT, and service users at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya. The results of this study reveal that 1) The existence of an electronic service system and land service information through the Touch Tanahku Application has an impact on increasing public information disclosure, services that are faster, accurate and safer, as well as providing convenience for the public to obtain certainty of service information; 2) The existence of land services electronically can improve the performance of land services in accordance with service standards, namely timeliness, transparency, and increasing community satisfaction; and 3) Obstacles faced are the need to improve the quality of land data, the need for synchronization and harmonization in the Touch Tanahku Application, and the need for outreach to the public regarding the use of the Touch Tanahku Application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is explanatory research. The sample of this research is 63 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of the study concluded that COMPETENCY directly affects employee performance. In this connection, motivation is not a moderating variable. The implications of this study illustrate that motivation has not been effective in developing HR strategies within the Rectorate of Palangka Raya University. Therefore, leaders, in order to improve motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of compensation on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya Post Office. The type of research used in this study is associative using quantitative analysis methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya Post Office. The sample for this study was selected using the Census Sampling technique. The number of samples was 46 people. The research data was collected by statistical data analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using the Smart Partial Least Squere (SmartPLS) approach as well as validity and reliability tests, the software used was SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that 1) Compensation received by employees affects employee performance. 2) compensation received by employees has a significant positive impact on employee motivation. 3) Motivation has no effect on employee performance at the Palangka Raya Post Office. 4) Motivation is unable to act as a mediating variable for the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many sectors around the world, one of which is the air transportation sector. Based on this it becomes very important for airports to quickly adapt to adjust their services according to changing conditions. This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of service quality and service innovation on passenger satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya.This study uses quantitative research methods and to obtain data using questionnaires to respondents. The sample of this study consisted of 170 respondents, namely passengers and the public who had used the services as passengers at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya. The sampling technique in this research is using non-probability sampling through purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.The results showed that (1) the effect of service quality on passenger satisfaction with a value of 0.601 and a P-value of 0.000 was significantly positive. (2) The effect of service quality on service innovation with a value of 0.665 and a P-value of 0.000 is positive and significant. (3) The effect of service innovation on passenger satisfaction with a value of 0.361 and a P-value of 0.000 is positive and significant. (4) The role of service innovation in mediating the effect of service quality on passenger satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.240 and a P-value of 0.000 is significantly positive.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and promotion on loyalty through customer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. Data analysis uses reflective and formative constructs. The data used in the form of primary data with analysis tools using SmartPLS03. This research was conducted for one month from the month. The results of this study are service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, promotion has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has an insignificant negative effect on loyalty, promotion has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction able to mediate between service quality variables and customer loyalty, satisfaction is able to mediate promotion variables and customer loyalty.
