Abstract

ABSTRAKKebijakan hilir  agribisnis diharapkan  memberikan dampak dan manfaat bagi petani, kelompoktani dan gabungan kelompoktani atau pengembangan  kelembagaan tani. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Metro.   Metode  penelitian  dengan startified random sampling  dan  deskriptif  kualitatif dengan desain study kasus, terdiri data primer dan data sekunder.  Secara keseluruhan kebijakan hilir pada ketiga kelompok sampel terlihat sebagai unit ekonomi, kegiatan yang sudah dibangun belum dapat memfasilitasi mewujudkan peran kelembagaan,  Pelaksanaannya bantuan pemerintah hanya sebatas kegiatan kerja proyek  semestinya meliputi juga kegiatan pembinaan, monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Penumbuhan dan pengembangan kelembagaan pertanian sebagai unit usaha ekonomi dapat dilakukan dengan mengutamakan kerjasama secara  terstruktur baik  vertikal, horizontal  maupun antar lembaga terkait sehingga terbuka akses pasar yang lebih  luas.Kata Kunci:  Kelembagaan, Kebijakan hilir, Unit usaha dan kelompoktani-kelompok                       lumbung.

Abstract

Partnership is one of the institutions that plays an important role in agricultural development in Indonesia. Contracts in partnerships result in differences in production, productivity, and cultivation techniques. Farmers who have not been able to allocate optimally production factors in their farming production processes will influence the production costs and farmers' income. This study aims to identify factors that influence farmers participating in partnerships, the effect of partnerships on the efficiency of mustard farming, and the factors that influence the inefficiency of mustard farming. This study uses cross section data from 70 samples of mustard farmers, consisting of 35 partner farmers and 35 non-partner farmers. The method used is cost analysis and income analysis. The results showed that the average income of partner farmers for cash costs amounted to Rp 20,932,943 and profits at a total cost of Rp 12,828,443. In non-partner farmers, income from cash costs amounted to Rp. 22,118,483 and revenues from total costs amounted to Rp. 14,492,164. Partner farmer income is lower than non-partner farmers. With participation participating partnering to reduce income because of different input and output prices between partner farmers and non-partner farmers. Keywords: Partnership, farming income, green mustard

Abstract

Constraints often faced by broiler breeders in West Java Province are the selling price of broiler chickens that are not always stable. One of the selling prices of broiler chickens is created by the conditions of demand and supply in the market, so that in certain conditions when the number of broilers increases, the selling price of chicken can be very low and when the number of broilers decreases due to constraints in the production process, the selling price of chicken can increase . The purpose of this study was to measure the level of price risk faced by broiler chickens in Bekasi Regency. This research was conducted in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Sampling is done by purposive and snowballing method. The number of samples is divided into 35 independent breeders and 39 partner farmers. Data collection is done through interviews directly with the respondent farmers using a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed using the coefficient of variation. The results of the study show that the price risk faced by independent farmers is much smaller than the price risk received by partner farmers. Keywords: broiler chicken, partnership, price risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of salted fish business in Muara Angke. This research was conducted in Muara Angke, North Jakarta, namely salted fish business. The salted fish business in Muara Angke is the largest fish and fish processing center in Jakarta. Data analysis in this research is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative analysis using descriptive method to menggambarkandan describe the characteristics of salted fish business in Muara Angke. The results revealed that the characteristics of salted fish business in Muara Angke in general, among others: (1) The majority of businessmen of male sex and salted fish processing business is the main livelihood; (2) The education level of the majority of elementary school graduates; (3) they have sufficient experience in the processing of salted fish, (4) their income is mostly able to fulfill their daily needs (5) The business capital is obtained as personal capital; (6) the standard of living and welfare of salted fish farmers in general is still low, due to the small scale of business, and the majority of salted fish business is oriented only on the fulfillment of daily needs. Keywords: characteristic, salted fish, UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendapatan petani dan pola konsumsi petani karet. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Marga sakti Kecamatan  Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2016. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode survey dengan penentuan lokasi secara sengaja, sedangkan metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling) di mana populasi masyarakat tani yang melakukan usahatani karet dan usahatani sawit di Desa Marga Sakti yang berjumlah 325 kepala keluarga diambil 33 kepala keluarga sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendapatan rumahtangga rata-rata Rp. 87.138.497  per tahun yang bersumber dari usahatani karet Rp. 32.444.000 per tahun atau 45 %, dan usahatani karet dan sawit Rp. 54.694.286 per tahun atau 55 % . Dengan  55 % pendapatan bersumber dari usahatani karet dan sawit, maka daerah ini termasuk daerah yang rawan pangan dan semakin tinggi tingkat pendapatan, maka secara non signifikan proporsi pangan karbohidrat akan meningkat dan secara signifikan terdapat kecenderungan penambahan proporsi pengeluaran untuk non karbohidrat dan non pangan

Abstract

Shake flower cookies is a type of traditional Indonesian cookies made from rice flour. Processing rice groats into rice groats flour and using it as a raw material for making shake flower cookies aims to increase the added value of rice groats which has only been used as animal feed. The research was conducted in Ponco Kresno Village, Negeri Katon Subdistrict, Pesawaran District, from September to December 2016. The treatment applied was the difference in the composition of flour used, namely: A = 100% Rose Brand rice flour ; B = rice groats flour 90% + tapioca flour 10%; C = rice groats flour 80% + tapioca flour 20%; and D = rice groats flour 100%. The results showed that treatment C (rice groats flour 80% + tapioca flour 20%) could be developed for entrepreneurial shake flower cookies, because statistically it did not show a significant difference in color, taste, crispness, and general acceptance compared to the use of rose brand rice flour 100%, and the capital needed is the lowest compared to other treatments, which is only Rp. 4,860, - / pack, while the price of the selling shake flower cookies on the market for all treatments is the same, Rp. 9,000, - / pack, so that the benefits obtained by farmers when using treatment C are higher than other treatments.

Abstract

The Local Staple Food Development Model (MP3L) in Lampung Province has been developed from 2013 introducing tiwul as analog rice, known as Beras. Beras Siger program introduced analog processing technology through the use of equipment modern and improved production processes, as well as packaging. This study focuses on analyzing the financial sustainability of the Beras Siger business participants. This research is a case study.  Beras Siger business participants in South Lampung Region in Jati Agung District selected case study. Primary data required includes ownership of land assets, buildings and equipment, production facility/input needs, production and the selling price, sales volume, revenue and income and other general descriptions. Financial analysis is performed using Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) criteria. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the cost structure of the Beras Siger program participants showed a very high-value component of production equipment. The size of the investment value of program participants causes the business needs a minimum of 7 years to be able to obtain a profitable return. In the existing situation, the program participants' Beras Siger business will be financially feasible if they increase production capacity by 20%.

Abstract

Kota Payakumbuh merupakan sentra terbesar agroindustri ubi kayu di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan industri olahan ubi kayu skala kecil maupun rumah tangga memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah. Lokasi yang dipilih adalah Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat. Hal ini disebabkan sebagian besar (89%) produsen olahan produk pangan di Kota Payakumbuh berada di daerah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah produk olahan ubi kayu di Kota Payakumbuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Metode Hayami. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah input dan output pengolahan ubi kayu yang diperoleh dari responden yang telah ditentukan di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah produk olahan ubi kayu di Kota Payakumbuh sebesar Rp 33.746,67/Kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 82,31 persen atau Rp 31.496,67 / Kg.

Abstract

Genteng Village having its natural resources agricultural abundant, which is dominated by the various types plants horticulture one of them commodities are tomatoes. Agroindustry Dodol Tomat is one and only industry that processes tomato processing into refined products since 2017 by KWT Mentari. The purpose of this research is to describe the performance of agro-processing industry of dodol tomat, and to know added value obtained from processing of tomatoes until into become dodol tomat. This research uses qualitative design with case study technique. The data analysis methods that being used Hayami's added value analysis method. This research result indicates that the value added is received on the business of  dodol tomat amounting to Rp 11.340 per kilogram with a ratio of added value to the average output value of 37,8% per production process.Keywords: Tomatoes, Value Added, Performance of Agroindustry.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze coffee marketing channels in Ngarip Village, Ulubelu Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency, analyze marketing margins , and analyze Marketing Efficiency . The method used was a survey method using questionnaires and the data that used were quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the study illustrated that there were 2 coffee marketing channels, named channel 1 (farmers - KUB - consumers) and channel 2 (farmers - collectors - KUB - consumers). The results of the marketing margin and Farmer's share show that marketing channel 1 marketing margin was (Rp. 17,730) and Farmer's share (98%) while marketing channel 2 marketing margin was (Rp. 17,730) and Farmer's share was (95%) ), this shows that marketing channel 1 was more efficient than marketing channel 2 because marketing channel 1 generated greater Farmer's share (98%) compared to farmer's share marketing channel 2 (95%)Keywords: Coffee, Farmer's Share, Marketing Channels, Marketing Efficiency, Marketing Margins.
