Abstract

The high maternal mortality rate (MMR) is one of the indicators to determine the health status of women. In addition, MMR is one of the main targets that have been determined by WHO as an indicator of a country's health. The fulfillment of the right to women's reproductive health can be realized in the Indonesian legal state system through legal marriage (Article 28B paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution). Efforts are being made to fulfill it, namely by improving maternal health, providing health service facilities as needed, low reproductive health, especially for women, will have an impact on the babies they are born. Reproductive health is a basic right of every person, so guaranteeing the availability of health facilities and infrastructure is a medium to guarantee and protect so that people can enjoy these basic rights. The research was conducted using a normative juridical method. Reproductive health aims to ensure the fulfillment of the reproductive rights of everyone, including women, through quality, safe, and accountable health services, as well as ensuring maternal health in reproductive age so that they are able to give birth to healthy and quality generations and reduce maternal mortality.

Abstract

Organic household waste is a problem for landfills that can cause unpleasant odors if not managed properly, the existence of TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung Windusari Magelang provides a solution to the problem through compost production. The benefits obtained include the organic waste that does not cause odor and is useful for plant media materials in addition to nutrients for plant nutritional needs. The production of TPS 3R Sekar Tanjung compost still produces bulk compost which is traded to farmers and consumers who love ornamental plants. Community service activities seek to improve the quality of compost product brands through label design, attractive packaging, and testing for C-Organic nutrient content, C/N ratio, pH, total N, P2O, and K2O at the Yogyakarta Agricultural Technology Research Center Laboratory in order to increase the economic value of compost products in the agricultural market.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious condition in children characterized by a child's height above lower average or child very shortas well as her body no grow and develops well according to age and lasts for a long time. Even at the end followed by disturbance intelligence in children due to lack of chronic nutrition. This condition is triggered by several factors since the mother's womb include infection in pregnancy, malnutrition (malnutrition) in pregnant women,which no optimal on baby from since born until 3 years first life, repeated infections, or poor stimulation from the environment. According to Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, the community must participate properlyby per scarecrow nor organized in all form and stages health development in order to help accelerate the achievement of the highest level of public health. According to the survey results in Sanca Village, it is known that some of the problems encountered with regard to monitoring activities are known growth of toddlers. Posyandu known as Integrated Healthcare Center, including 8 posyandu in 2021 categorized as an independent Posyandu in Sanca Village which consists of 8 RW, and each posyandu opening schedule is not in accordance with the wishes of the community, as well as the whole the schedule is determined by the Puskesmas or the Village. The number of active cadres is only 5 people per posyandu. In practice, there are still difficulties for posyandu agents in take measurements anthropometry by appropriate.

Abstract

The emergence of a work relationship between the employer and the employee is based on the existence of an employment agreement. The employment agreement is one of the derivatives of the agreement in general, where each agreement has special characteristics that distinguish it from other agreements. In the implementation of work agreements between employers and workers, it often causes basic problems, where the basic problem is that it is not accommodated related to the fulfillment of rights and obligations between workers and employers. an effective, transparent and accountable work agreement in accordance with the laws and regulations, one of which is a Collective Labor Agreement (PKB). The employment relationship occurs after the employment agreement, and the employment agreement is a legal event, so that the consequences of an employment relationship cause legal consequences in the form of rights and obligations for the parties

Abstract

Utilization of yards at MI Hadapherang to improve the quality of Adiwiyata schools, support active student participation, management of environmentally friendly facilities, and the application of an environment-based curriculum in mathematics learning. The utilization of the yard by planting vegetables by students. The activity stages consist of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage is the provision of tools and materials, worksheets, and evaluation instruments. The implementation stage is the socialization of the practice of planting vegetables in the schoolyard and mathematics, followed by the planting vegetable practice from seedling to harvesting. The evaluation stage saw planting vegetable practice and students' mathematical understanding abilities. The implementation method is interactive question and answer and practice/experiment. The result of this activity is the increase in students' knowledge, understanding, and experience about the practice of growing vegetables and the integration of mathematics in the practice of planting vegetables. Active participation of students in vegetable planting activities in the high category. The students' mathematical instrumental understanding is high while the relational understanding is middle. The results of student activities become a means of supporting greenhouses in the schoolyard.

Abstract

This activity is carried out to improve the Competence of Professional Teachers in Facing 21st Century Learning Through 4C (Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, Creativity). In this training, teachers will receive training in the preparation of lesson plans that can develop the 4Cs. Teachers who are trained are expected to improve their performance in achieving achievement and quality of learning continuously. The training uses an interactive, dialogical and participatory pattern with an andragogic learning approach, horizontal relationships between participants and trainers by identifying the needs, resources and obstacles faced by teachers in developing integrated learning plans in their respective schools. The output target is that teachers have optimal pedagogical competence in carrying out their roles and functions professionally so that learning is more interesting.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is still something that worries everyone. The Covid-19 outbreak has made everyone cannot carry out activities both in the fields of education, society, and Village government. In Indonesia itself, there have been large restrictions on activities namely PSBB and PPKM. This research activity was carried out during PPKM conditions. The students try continue to serve in the fields of education, community, and village government. College student What is done in terms of education is to provide online learning assistance and activities other. While in the social community service is carried out by counseling or work devotion. And the last service in the field of village government is helping the village in run village programs. By providing learning assistance, students can produce good study quality. While in community service, realizing how to live live healthy during the current pandemic. The village government is helped by the service that is done by assisting in carrying out village programs. The thematic student study service work program that has been planned can run well even though there are some activities that have been changed due to several obstacles in the field. Forming students to be more mature in responding to existing problems and being able to understand how to live in society, besides that they can form independent personalities and are responsible for the tasks that must be carried out. Students gain new knowledge that is not found in the material in class that is useful later for use in everyday life. The local government and the community were enthusiastic and very helpful in the implementation of the Thematic Community Service Program. This thematic student study service activity is a student service effort to the community.

Abstract

Since the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019 until now, the world is threatened with a food crisis, including in Indonesia. The food crisis occurs as a result of the uncertainty of when the pandemic will end. This situation made the Indonesian government start to include food security as a priority program of the government. One of the food security programs declared by the Ministry of Agriculture is the food production and consumption program. Diversification of food production and consumption is the diversification of the types of food consumed and produced with the aim of improving the quality of human resources, developing agriculture in the food sector and improving community nutrition. In this regard, Anaka Village, Kawalu Sub-district is one of the areas in Tasikmalaya that has Moringa farming products, but the community around the plant only uses these agricultural products to make home-cooked food. Therefore, the purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge and training regarding the production and consumption of Moringa Oleiferainto Moringa leaf extract capsules with the hope that the community will be able to take advantage of the maximum Moringa crop yields and can have business opportunities to generate new sources of income to survive. living in the midst of a food crisis.

Abstract

The micro potato chip business of Service Partners requires efforts to improve and improve several conditions that are still considered to be obstacles to their business activities. More specifically, the problems found in Partners from this service activity relate to the following matters: 1). There needs to be additions to product variants made from potato, so product development is needed that can increase the variety of products that can be sold by partners. Where this can encourage an increase in the number of products that can be marketed or sold by Partners, 2). Layout in the production room, especially in the area where the cleaning/washing area for potato chips raw material is still in the same area as the bathroom and toilet, 3). It is necessary to facilitate the manufacture of brand designs and printing of brand designs that have been designed to be displayed on product packaging, so that the appearance of the packaging is more attractive and differentiates it from similar products. The implementation of the service is carried out through several forms of activities, namely facilitation, counseling and training, in accordance with the criteria for problems that must be resolved by the activity Implementation Team.

Abstract

Kasembon is a developing village which has elevated potential in agricultural products. However, its society required a good financial literacy.  The low knowledge of financial literacy became a demotivating factor that constructed outcome from community resource less than the maximum. Therefore, this Community Service Activity team initiated to develop the financial literacy through socialization for Kasembon Village society which assumed to improve their financial quality by transparent household financial management.
