Abstract

In essence, the education process is the process of actualizing human potential. The process of developing the self potential system has been offered perfectly in the Islamic teaching system, this is the reason why humans can carry out the tasks that have been charged by Allah. The actualization of human potential could be directed through the concept of developing "emotional intelligence" based on Daniel Goleman's thinking is a system of developing and managing emotional intelligence that will be a project in the context of reforming ofIslamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the learning process, passion and interest are one of the most important dynamic aspects. With the enthusiasm and interest in students, learning results will be maximized. Thus, the teacher must know the form of enthusiasm and interest that how should be used to foster student enthusiasm for learning. Given that by providing enthusiasm and interest, students can develop activities and initiatives and can maintain perseverance in conducting learning activities and so students do not feel bored with the subject of Fiqh. These conditions will affect students' understanding of the subject of jurisprudence. If students truly understand and practice what is contained in it that is fiqh, then students will be able to carry out religious commands properly according to the commands of Allah SWT. Departing from the facts and descriptions above, the researchers are interested in studying and conducting research on "Madrasah Teacher's SWOT In Fostering the Spirit of Learning Jurisprudence in Millennial Generation in Tulungagung". In teaching and learning activities, as a teacher of Islamic education, he must be able to optimize his role when in class. One of them is as a motivator, meaning that teachers should be able to provide encouragement to students to be passionate and active in learning. In an effort to provide motivation, the teacher must be able to analyze the motives behind the students who are always lazy to learn and decline in school performance. Motivation can be effective if it is done by paying attention to students' needs. Diversification of ways of learning provides reinforcement and so on, can also provide motivation for students to be more passionate in learning. Besides the lesson material delivered without regard to the use of the method will also make it difficult for teachers to achieve learning objectives.

Abstract

Integrated thematic learning in SD / MI is a learning model developed in the 2013 Curriculum design. In integrated thematic learning, several subjects are integrated and delivered within one particular theme by mapping (Basic Competency) adjusted subjects. Integrated thematic learning could be delivered with various approaches and learning strategies. The purpose of thematic learning is to bring meaningful learning. Al Baqarah verse 30 and Ar Ruum verse 31, which talk about the use and conservation of the environmentby people, in a straight line with the mapping of (Core Competence), (Basic Competence) in the theme of grade IV SD / MI. This same mandate then could allow for the integration of the interpretation of the two verses with the theme 3 subject class IV SD MI about "Caring About Living Things". The integration between the material and the verses can be used as a reinforcement and a divine foundation in delivering material to achieve learning object.

Abstract

Penggunaan media elektronik perlu pengawasan dari orang tua dan guru. Seorang anak harus diarahkan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan keagamaan. Untuk menanggulangi dampat negatif dari penggunaan media elektronik, maka pendidikan aqidah akhlaq harus diajarkan dan diamalkan. Mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan agama Islam, secara substansial mata pelajaran Aqidah dan Akhlaq memiliki kontribusi dalam memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk mempraktekkan nilai-nilai keyakinan keagamaan (tauhid) dan akhlakqul karimah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tulisan ini meberikan kesimpulkan bahwa pendidikan aqidah akhlak memiliki peran yang sangat urgen dalam menanggulangi dampak negatif penggunaan media elektronik pada siswa MTs. Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember . The use of electronic media requires supervision from parents and teachers. A child should be directed to get religious education. To overcome the negative impact of using electronic media, aqidah morality education must be taught and practiced. The subject of Aqidah Akhlaq at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember is an integral part of Islamic religious education, substantially the Aqidah and Akhlaq subjects have a contribution to motivate students to practice the values of religious belief (tauhid) and akhlakqul karimah in life. daily. This paper concludes that education of aqidah akhlak has a very urgent role in overcoming the negative impact of using electronic media on MTs students. Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember.

Abstract

Berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi pesantren, khususnya terkait dengan pengembangan kajian keilmuan dalam rangka menjawab persoalan-persoalan kontemporer umat Islam di Indonesia. Isu HAM, Gender, dan dan nasionalisme, misalnya, menjadi tantang besar bagi kalangan pesantren untuk menjawab dan emmcahkan problem kebangsaan tersebut. Namun, jika pesantren hanya mengandalkan literatur kitab klasik apalagi dengan metodologi pengkajian yang bersifat tradisional sebagaimana yang selama ini dikembangkan, maka persoalan-persoalan di atas tidak terjawab dengan baik. Kajian keilmuan di pesantren harus lebih memberikan porsi besar bagi pengembangan kajian keislaman dengan corak burhani. Demokrasi hanya bisa tegak dengan berlakunya supremasi hukum. Hukum memiliki logika dan rasionalitas-nya, yang itu bisa dikembangkan dengan mengkaji lebih banyak ushul fiqh dan manthiq. Dengan mensinergiskan tiga nalar, bayani, burhani, dan irfani, pesantren akan mampu menghadapi tuntutan zaman. Untuk itu, pesantren perlu merumuskan kurikulum kajian keislaman secara lebih serius dan sistematis dengan memepertimbangkan porsi masing-masing nalar tersebut. The various challenges faced by pesantren, especially those related to the development of scientific studies in the context of answering contemporary problems of Muslims in Indonesia. The issues of human rights (HAM), gender, and nationalism, for example, are a big challenge for pesantren to answer and solve this national problem. However, if the pesantren only relies on classical literature, let alone the traditional methodology of study as it has been developed, then the above problems will not be answered properly. Scientific studies in Islamic boarding schools should provide a greater portion for the development of Islamic studies with a burhani style. Democracy can only be upheld by the enactment of the rule of law. Law has its logic and rationality, which can be developed by studying more ushul fiqh and manthiq. By synergizing the three reasons, bayani, burhani, and irfani, pesantren will be able to face the demands of the times. For this reason, Islamic boarding schools need to formulate a more serious and systematic curriculum for Islamic studies by considering the respective portions of reasoning.

Abstract

Dalam perkara perdata di Pengadilan Agama khususnya perceraian alat bukti saksi adalah hal yang banyak dihadirkan oleh para pihak. Hakim harus mempunyai metode dan kemampuan professional untuk menggali fakta hukum dan menghasilkan putusan yang berkualitas, adanya perkembangan tekhnologi informasi yang direspon oleh Mahkamah Agung menjadikan semua proses persidangan dilaksanakan melalui media elektronik. Dalam tulisan ini penulis membahas bagaimana tugas dan peran aktif Hakim dalam memeriksa Keterangan Saksi menuju Hakim yang Profesional di era kemajuan tekhnologi informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini: seorang hakim dalam menyelesaikan perkara melalui beberapa tahapan yang terdiri dari Konstantir, Kualifisir, dan Konstituir. Dalam setiap tahapan yang dilakukan Hakim harus memunyai kepekaan nurani, mempunyai kecerdasan moral dan mengasah profesionalisme. Profesionalisme seorang hakim harus mengacu pada Poin 10 kode etik dan pedoman perilaku hakim. terkait professional, hakim dimaknai sebagai suatu sikap moral yang dilandasi oleh tekad untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan kesungguhan yang didukung oleh keahlian, ketrampilan, dan wawasan luas. Selain itu Hakim juga harus berpedoman pada konsep profesionalitas dalam Islam lebih dilihat sebagai sinkronisasi antara gerak manusia dalam dua wujud, yaitu rohaniah dan jasmani. In civil cases in the Religious Courts, especially divorce cases, the witnesses evidence is a matter that is always presented by the parties. Judges must have professional methods and abilities to explore legal facts and produce quality decisions, the development of information technology that was responded by the Supreme Court made all proceedings carried out through electronic media. In this paper discusses how the duties and the roles of Judges in examining the Witness' statements to become Professional Judges in the era of advancement in information technology. The results of this study: a judge in deciding a case through several stages consisting of Constantine, Qualifiers, and Constituencies. In each stage, the Judge must have a sensitivity of conscience, moral intelligence and hone professionalism. Professionalism of judges must refer to Point 10 of the ethics code and guidelines for judge behavior. Professionalism of judge is interpreted as a moral attitude based on a determination to carry out the task seriously supported by expertise, skills, and broad insight. In addition, the Judge must be guided by the concept of islamic professionalism, which is seen as a synchronization between human movements in two forms, namely spiritual and physical.
