Abstract

This study is purposed to describe the implementation of cooperative learning the power of two type to improve the students’ cooperation, learning outcomes, and the effectivity on the implementation of cooperative learning the power of two type in improving the students’ learning outcomes. The study was held by using Classroom Action Research (CAR) and quasi experiment. The subject of the CAR was class XI IPS 3 of SMAN 03 Mukomuko, class XI IPS 2 of SMAN 03 as the experiment class and class XI IPS 1 as the control class. This research used total sample and observation method. Observation sheet were used to measure the teacher’s ability in implementing the learning model and the students’ ccooperation and also written test to measure the improvement of the student’s learning outcomes. The data were gained then analyzed according to the type of the data, the qualitative data were analyzed qualitatively and also the quantitative one that was analyzed by using average formula and  dependent and independent sample t-test. Based on the research during three cycles in class XI IPS 3, the result of the analysis showed that the teacher’s ability in implementing the learning model got some improvement during the implementation.  The students’ cooperation and their learning outcomes got some improvements from the first until the third cycle following the teachers’ ability in implementing the cooperative learning model the power of two type. The conclusions of the research were the implementation of cooperative learning model the power of two type was able to improve the students’ cooperation and their learning outcomes, the implementation of cooperative learning model the power of two type was more effective to improve the students’ learning outcomes than the conventional model on economy subject in class XI IPS of SMAN 03 Mukomuko.

Abstract

This Class Action research was conducted to look at students' improved reading skills through interesting and varied reading materials and the design of diverse reading tasks in English subjects and found the obstacles they faced in improving their reading skills. This research was conducted on students of class XII IPS1 SMA N I Kecamatan Kapur IX, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. The research was conducted in two cycles. Data is obtained through pre-test results, observation sheets, field records, fill formats, and post-tests.  The results of each cycle are analyzed both in terms of process and repeat/test results. In terms of the process can be observed from the enthusiasm of students in answering questions both oral and written accurately. In terms of results, judging from the results of the replay carried out at the end of each cycle. Furthermore, the results of each cycle analysis are used as a reference for the learning of the next cycle. Through observations, questionnaires, test results every cycle, and post-tests, the results of this study show students enjoy reading learning and there is an increase in their abilities. Learning to read in English will be more successful if the teacher uses interesting readings, tasks that vary in delivering the material. For that, the teacher must be more active in preparing manuscripts - varied English scripts and challenging tasks.

Abstract

This research is an effort to improve IPA learning outcomes through e-learning models with video media in students of class IX SMPN 1 Cikarang Barat. This is because teachers only give assignments such as taking notes and reading does not guarantee students will study at home. The provision of assignments without the learning materials delivered by teachers to make IPA learning outcomes is still fairly low or still under KBM which is 75. This research uses Class Action Research in the form of the application of an e-learning model with video media to improve the learning outcomes of students of class IX SMPN 1 Cikarang Barat which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research subjects in students of class IX SMPN 1 Cikarang Barat. The 32 students consisted of 18 male students and 14 female students. The results showed that the application of e-learning models with video media can improve IPA learning outcomes in students of class IX SMPN 1 Cikarang Barat. Judging from the results of the student pre-cycle completed KBM only 14 students (43.75%), and 18 students (56.25%) have not been completed. In cycle I there was 27 students (84,375%) who were completed and 5 students (15,625%) who were not completed, and in cycle II there were 29 students (90.625%) who were completed and there were 3 students (9,375%) who were not completed. From the improvement of learning outcomes, this class action research was stopped in cycle II because it had achieved the classical completion criteria of ≥ 85% of the total number of students who completed learning and was declared successful to improve IPA learning outcomes in students of Class IX SMPN 1 Cikarang Barat Year of Study 2019/2020.

Abstract

This study describes the optimization of Islamic religious education in realizing the religious character of students. This research is a qualitative research that uses a sociological approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals and their representatives, PAI teachers, students. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The need for the creativity of PAI teachers so that learning continues to run well, smoothly, and fun. Therefore, one of the mandatory innovations in PAI learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is online or online learning. Optimizing the realization of religious character is carried out by several approaches, namely: experience, emotional habituation, rational, functional exemplary. However, families and teachers are expected to work together to be more active in supervising and motivating students to get used to doing behavior that is characterized by personality.

Abstract

Family is the first environment a child experiences when born. In subsequent development the family is also the main environment in the formation of a child's personality. The early days of its growth are more spent in the family environment. So it is in the family that a child experiences the first and foremost process of education. All forms of family behavior, especially both parents, both words (oral) and deeds, both teaching, example and habits applied in family social life, will affect the pattern of development of the next child's behavior. Therefore, parents must be able to instill a good education to children from an early age, so that the development of the child's next behavior can reflect a noble personality, which benefits himself, religion, family and society and nation.

Abstract

This research aims to study or study professional teachers in the digital age. This type of research is qualitative. The study of professional teachers in this digital era aims to add insight to teachers and prospective teachers to become professional teachers in the digital era. Being professional means being an expert in your field. But not all experts can be qualified because being qualified is not only an expert problem, but also concerns personality and integrity issues. Being a professional is a unity between integrity and personality combined with his skills. Professional teachers must create a superior school and produce graduates/outputs of quality, great and dignified education. Schools that have educational excellence and success are influenced by the performance of individuals and organizations themselves which include beliefs, cultures, values, and behavioral norms referred to as the human side of organization (human and organizational aspects). Based on the results of the research concluded that (1) professional teachers are teachers who are skilled and experts in carrying out their profession and have received formal recognition based on applicable provisions, both related to their educational background and their position. (2) The digital age is a term often used in the emergence of digital technology or internet networks. This digital era is a time when everyone is technologically literate and all connected, and in this era is a time when all humans can interact and communicate closely even though they are far apart. (3) Being a professional teacher must be qualified and have various competencies relevant to his profession, and have a high motivation to always improve professionalism in order to have competence in accordance with the laws and regulations so as to be able to carry out their duties and obligations in learning / guidance.

Abstract

This study describes the concept of Ta'dib Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas in Character Development of Students. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. The results show that the concept of Ta'dib according to Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, the concept of Ta'dib emphasizes the mastery of the right knowledge in a person in order to produce stable charity and good behavior based on faith. The concept of Ta'dib, first, as a moral competence (morals) that must be possessed by educators and students, second, the formation of personality so that a person's psychological characteristics related to the tendency to relate socially with others, especially those related to; friendliness, self-control, implementation can be said to be successful because of the adab education that is applied in the lives of students, but it must also be admitted that during the epidemic of Ta'dib education there are few obstacles, such as education level, environment, culture, socio-economic level and online learning.

Abstract

The condition of education in Indonesia includes inadequate education for people in Indonesia who are more than one and have a cultural diversity. Therefore, it is necessary to transform in educational knowledge in Indonesia. Multicultural education knowledge as a substitute for monocultural educational knowledge. The importance of education in multiculturalism is to some extent and get a positive response from the relevant parties and authorities. This is evidenced by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which provides human rights values. So these values are used as one of the implementation of National Education, as education is held in a fair nature and does not discriminate by upholding human rights, religious values, cultural values and national diversity. Therefore, the implementation of education requires a curriculum, and multicultural values must be used as a basis for planning, implementing and evaluating the curriculum to an educational institution either in the form of schools, madrassas, and pesantren. Islamic religious education learning also has a very important role in instilling the values of multiculturalism to learners derived from the teachings of the Qur'an and hadith that are able to create learners who believe in and fear the almighty God. In addition, the purpose of implementation and values in the learning of Islamic religious education is so that learners can become people who have charitable competence in personal and social life.

Abstract

This study is titled The Implementation of Muslim Bodies in Normal Situations and the Covid 19 Pandemic. If Muslims witness other Muslims in a situation of near death or ihtidar should do the following: Recite the next sentence of the shahada confronting the person nearing death towards the Qibla.   Then when he dies, close the eyes of the body. Then immediately bathed, prayed, and buried. This study found that specifically the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020 until now has brought a very large death toll around the world, so the handling of Covid-19 bodies also has a different procedure. This research generally explains that the management of bodies exposed to Covid-19, especially in bathing and converting, refining and burial processes is not much different from the process of organizing Muslim bodies in general. The reform must be carried out in accordance with medical protocol and carried out by the authorities, keeping in mind the provisions of sharia. As for mashing and burying is done as usual while keeping from being exposed to Covid 19. This research was conducted with qualitative research, inductive data collection. The primary sources are books, and journals.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the prevention of free sex through Islamic education at SMK Al Fattah Tigaraksa. Free sex that often occurs among adolescents is caused by several main factors, namely the lack of Islamic education, the influence of increasingly rapid globalization and the influence of the personality of adolescents themselves because they have entered a transition period from childhood to adolescence, so Islamic education is very important for adolescents. This research is a quantitative. The results showed: 1) Islamic religious education at SMK Al Fattah Tigaraksa should be implemented considering that the school is a religion-based school and has a boarding school. 2) SMK Al Fattah Tigaraksa provides daily habits to prevent free sex by always holding congregational prayers, holding tahfidz and requiring students to always memorize the Qur'an. 3) The influence of Islamic religious education on the prevention of free sex in SMK Al Fattah Tigaraksa has a moderate or moderate effect with a value of 0.447, and is strengthened by a contribution value of 1.99% or rounded up to 20%.
