Abstract

Non-cash transactions in Indonesia are still low, one of which is triggered by the low involvement of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) retail in Indonesia who have not implemented non-cash transactions in their business environment. This study aims to analyze factors supporting the implementation of non-cash transactions in retail SMEs. The method used in this research is by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. The results of the study found that non-cash transactions implementation can be improved by maximizing potential carrying capacity: (1) Speed, (2) Security, (3) Efficiency / Practice, (4) Value of money, and (5) Government program. The main supporting factor that gets the highest priority is efficiency or practicality of 23%. Key word :Non-Cash Transactions, AHP, SMEs

Abstract

Folding bubble is one of simple fishing gear typesthat is used to catch the crab (Portunus pelagicus)by traditional fishermen for a long time. Folding fishing gear is widely used by fishermen, especially in Waruduwur Village, Mundu Subdistrict, Cirebon District. The choice of using folding fishing gear, because in addition to the relatively cheap price, materials and tools easy to can and easy operation. Besides, the fishing gear is environmentally friendly because it is selective towards the catch. The purpose of this research is to analyze the catch of small crabs in the folding fishing gear and to know the method of catching bubu fold in Waruduwur Village, Mundu Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency. This research use case study, as case unit is the business activity of the bubu fishing unit in the village Waruduwur District Mundu Cirebon District. Data analysis using financial analysis include profit / loss analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C), Payback Period (PP) Analysis, Break Event Point Analysis (BEP), while for analysis of investment criteria using Return Of Infestment Analysis (ROI). The results showed that the operation of fishing gear for four months (April-July) in 16 trips obtained the total composition of the main catches as much as 61,700 kg and the composition of 332 kg byproducts. The main catches in May were 79 kg (40.10%), May (78.05%) in May, 73 kg (50.34%) in June and 55kg (52.38%) in July, , While the by-catch is made up of crabs, fish, cuttlefish, and snails. Methods of operation of fishing gear include preparation, decrease of catching equipment (setting), soaking, and hauling.

Abstract

Basically, humans want to work is to meet the needs of both physical and spiritual needs. If relative needs are met then the serenity and concentration of work will increase so that discipline will be better. Work discipline will improve work effectiveness and productivity.Increased work productivity will further ensure the achievement of goals and continuity of the company. In improving the productivity of work leaders must strive to provide welfare in the form of adequate compensation both in the form of material and non-material to employees in order to increase work discipline. When satisfaction is achieved from work, this will stimulate them to improve their work discipline, so that work productivity increases and the goals and goals of the company will be achieved. In the preparation of this thesis researchers took the object of research on most employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon with permanent employees status. With the reason that the level of compensation obtained by employees is closely related to the level of discipline in an effort to optimize the company's goals. From the results of the above research can authors conclude as follows: 1. Implementation of compensation, PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon can be said to be good, but still need more improvement. 2. Employee discipline level of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk., Still need to be improved again this will impact to decreasing overall performance. 3. From the results of the correlation test of 0.857 states that a strong / strong relationship between the variable compensation with the variable discipline. At the real level = 0.05 from the result of analysis it turns out H: P> 0 received, that is very high correlation, which means between variable compensation (X) with variable discipline (Y) there is a very high/ strong relationship with H alternative accepted, hypothesis 0 rejected, supported with result that t count> t table that is 7,05> 1,725.

Abstract

Basically every company will always try to continue to maintain the competition so berbagau efforts continue to be done. If the innovation in the sales strategy continues to be developed then the company will be able to evaluate the presence of the products sold. Marketing strategies will be expected to increase the effectiveness of sales of a product. The productivity of the company's profit achievement will increase so that it will guarantee the achievement of the target and the company's suistainability, in this case the company leader must try to give innovation and formulate the strategy of product development starting from input, process and output continuously so that the level of achievement of profit sasran also increase. When the level of product sales is achieved through its marketing strategy, it will encourage them to improve the company's business development towards a better one.In this research which become object of research at PT. Multi Inti Parahyangan Branch Cirebon which engages in the business of consumer good and distributors, on the grounds that the level of competitors are more and more. From the results of the above research can authors conclude as follows: 1. Implementation of the implementation of marketing strategy, the PT.Multi Inti Parahyangan Branch Cirebon can be said to have been good, but still need more improvement. 2. The level of product sales achievement still needs to be improved again this is in line with the emergence of increasingly diverse competitors with almost similar products 3. From the results of correlation test of 0.773 states that the high / strong relationship between sales strategy variables with sales variables. At the real level = 0.05 from the results of the analysis was H: P> 0 received, that is very high correlation, which means between sales strategy variables (X) with sales variable (Y) there is a very high / strong relationship (significant).

Abstract

Occupational health and safety is one of the important aspects to be considered by human resource management, because remembering human being is an important asset in a company that play a role for progress of company in getting profit. In order to create safe and comfortable conditions and situations in the workplace, every company needs to provide adequate facilities for its workers, in order to protect their physical and mental safety from accidents and illness due to the work they do. So how much attention the company to the safety and health of employees interesting to investigate. Therefore this study aims to analyze the effect of the application of health and safety (K3) programs to increase employees productivity at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) area operation 3 Cirebon. This research is a quantitative research with survey method, using questionnaire instrument. Testing the instrument using validity test and reliability test. The sample size of 100 people was obtained from the entire population by using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used by the authors in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with F test and t test, to measure the effect of independent variables on dependent variable that is health and safety program as independent variable (X) and employee work productivity as dependent variable (Y). Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination (KD) is known that the value of R square of 0.10, this means the percentage contribution of variables K3 program (health and safety) to work productivity employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area 3 Cirebon of 10% while the remaining 90% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Villa yang terdampak akibat penerapan PSBB ini adalah Villa Arraya yang bertempat di Jl. Situgunung Kec. Kadudampit Kab. Sukabumi. Pengunjung Villa Arraya sebelum terjadi Pandemi Covid19 dan Penerapan PSBB, cukup ramai, hampir setiap minggu, hari yang survey dan memesan villa banyak, tapi setelah diadakan penutupan tempat pariwisata , pengunjung dan penyewa villa mengalami penurunan malah sepi dalam kurun waktu beberapa bulan, itu dikarenakan masyarakat dihimbau untuk tidak keluar rumah oleh pemerintah. Adapun tujuan dari penilitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang harus di gunakan oleh pengelola Villa Arraya dalam upaya meningkatkan pengunjung villla. Manfat penelitian, peneliti berharap dapat membantu memecahkan masalah yang di hadapi pengelola villa pasca pemberlakuan PSBB di kabupaten sukabumi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT guna menentukan strategi apa yang harus di gunakan oleh pihak pengelola. Serta studi litelatur dan penyebaran angket kuesioner terhadap pengelola, pengunjung serta karyawan di villa arraya tersebut. Dimana hasil dari penelitian tersebut dan hasil perhitungan analisis yang peneliti lakukan tersebut bahwa untuk nilai IFAS adalah sebesar 3,13. Sedangkan Untuk Nilai IFAS adalah 3,13. Ini berati dapat di katakan Bahwa strategi pengelola Villa Arraya yang di terapkan saat ini memiliki kemampuan yang moderat (Sedang) dalam Mengelola Sumber daya Internalnya. Sedangkan Untuk Nilai EFAS sendiri adalah 3,15 ini juga berati Strategi yang diterapkan pengelola villa arraya saat ini memiliki kemapuan yang moderat (Sedang). Strategi yang harus di terapkan melihat dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menghadapi kemungkinan ancaman dari luar pemilik villa arraya harus dapat mengubah strategi, misalnya pembangunan sarana informasi atau promosi berbasis WEB agar capaian dan jangkauan penggunjung lebih luas. Serta meningkatkan daya tarik tersendiri dengan merapihkan fasilitas villa guna meningkatkan kenyamanan konsumen yang berkunjung ke villa tsb. Kata Kunci. Abstract

The goal of Company activities in general are for profit. This profit can be received if the acceptance exceeds the sacrifice to get that acceptance. Usualy acceptance obtained from the sale of products in the form of goods or services. This research is focused on selling products in the form of goods that can be done on credit. Credit sales made require financial feasibility responsibilities that provide sales guarantees because the credit sales policy is adopted to obtain an increase in sales volume and profits so it is deemed necessary to be reviewed. Using the theory of finance which focuses on additional net benefits,this research was run. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis which shows additional net benefits as a basis for determining whether or not the sales policy is feasible.This study shows that the sales policy is considered feasible if there are additional benefits or positive net benefits. Credit sales policy is deemed inappropriate if there is a decrease in net benefits or negative net benefits. Additional net benefits are obtained from the difference between the benefits and the costs associated with the credit increase.

Abstract

The discomfort felt so far by employees of the Public Works Office and Cirebon City Space Stewards has a direct impact on the performance of employees who have not beenmaximized, so the author is interested in conducting research conducted in the form of thesis with Environmental Analysis of Work On The Performance of Employees of the Public Works Office and Cirebon City Space Stewards. The research method used is descriptive research analysis method,while the sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling of 60 respondents. Data collection techniques are conducted using literature studies, observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis on the influence between free variables i.e. work environment with variables tied to employee performance. The result is calculated t value of 14,429 while in table t at df 60 is 1,671; so tcount > table t or 14,429 > 1,671. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there isa significant influence on the performance of employees at the Cirebon Public Works And Space Stewardship Office, thus the hypothesis is proven. While the correlation coefesien value is 0.884 while the determining coefesien value obtained is 0.782 or 78.20%. This percentage of the influence of work environment variables on employee performance is 78.20%. While the remaining 21.80% was influenced by other variables not studied in this study. Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon that local government-owned hospitals, the focus is on serving the community in the field of Health, so, chasing profit is not the top priority for hospitals, as a result sometimes slow service, facilities, and administration are also slow. This study aims to analyze the influence of Delegation of Authority, and Bureaucracy, on The Job Satisfaction of Employees of Regional Public Hospitals, both simultaneously and partially. This study describes causal (causal) relationships between variables and tests research hypotheses. Data determination techniques are done by probability sampling technique. Analysis method using SEM (StructureEquation Modelling). The results of the study obtained that there is a significant influence of delegation of authority and bureaucracy terhadap kepuasan kerja Employees by 66,89 %. There is a positive and significant influence, either directly or indirectly from the Delegation of Authority to employee job satisfaction (39,57 %), and bureaucracy to employee job satisfaction (27,32%) Keyword : Division of Work, Delegation of Authority, Bureaucracy, Officer Job Satisfaction, and Officer Performance

Abstract

This reseach aimed to find out the influence of direct budget on budget realization in Biro Umum Sekretariat Provinsi Jawa Barat period 2013-2017.The reseach used quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is observation, library study and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a Pearson Product Moment Correlation, coefficient of determination, the simple linear regression,and t test. The results obtained from statistical calculations, obtained the value of the correlation coefficient between the direct budget to budget realization of 0.993. While the regression coefficient value was stated positive so that if the direct budget increases then the budget realization will increase. Determination coefficient value was 0.985 which means the direct budget gives an influence of 98,5% to budget realization.The problems in Biro Umum Sekretariat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Efforts made on this issue are improving the quality and quantity in budget planning so that the process of realization or disbursement of funds does not occur misunderstanding ot late.
