Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tourism and promotion potential on visiting the Beejay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Probolinggo City. This research focuses on the problem of promoting the existence of tourism with various tourist products is not an easy thing. It is necessary to consider the use of promotional media that will be used so that tourists are interested, influenced, and make decisions to visit. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach that is causal. The data collection method used was primary data and secondary data obtained from a questionnaire of 60 people or respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with a simple incidental sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is carried out using simultaneous tests and partial tests. The results showed that tourism and prromosi potential simultaneously influenced the decision to visit BeeJay Bakau Resort (BjBR) Probolinggo City, and tourism and promotion potential partially influenced the decision to visit BeeJay Bakau Resort (BjBR) Probolinggo City.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy in an educational institution is a renewal step that must be done when there are tight rivals in getting customers. Educational marketing can be done to provide information to the public about school products, increase public interest and interest in school products and distinguish school products from other school products. The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategy carried out at SMAN 4 Tanjung Jabung Timur, want to implement the marketing strategy at SMAN 4 Tanjung Jabung Timur and want to know the inhibiting factors. Based on this research, this study aims to find out educational Marketing Strategy in an educational institution is a renewal step that must be done when there are tight rivals in getting customers. Abstract

This study aims to find out how much impact the implementation of the Java-Bali PPKM will be during the Covid-19 pandemic. Most levels of society, both from students, students, employees, and MSME business actors are also affected by the restrictions on activities carried out by the Indonesian government. Starting from teaching and learning activities and lectures that are required for online meetings at home, as well as curfews in business places and public roads. This rule finally makes business actors, especially coffee shop owners in Gresik, feel a decrease in the number of daily visitors which also has an effect on the decline in turnover. The increasingly difficult situation made business actors finally close the operation of coffee shops either temporarily or permanently. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in observing the coffee shop business and also interviewing workers affected by PPKM in Gresik

Abstract

Learning occurs interaction between teachers and students and learning resources in a learning environment. Learning activities are a process of assistance provided by educators/teachers to students so that the process of acquiring knowledge, mastering skills, forming attitudes and self-confidence can occur in students. In the learning process students come with the provision of knowledge and skills. The initial abilities possessed by students are sometimes not in accordance with the concepts contained in the subject matter. The science subject matter is closely related to the natural environment which is very broadly related to everyday human life. Often found misunderstanding of the concepts of Natural Sciences. If students' misunderstandings are allowed to occur, there will be continuous and continuous misconceptions that will affect the quality of students. The purpose of this study was to find out how the initial cognitive ability and its relation to the misconceptions of science learning about heat transfer in class V students. This research method used a quantitative descriptive approach with the object of research being class V students at SDN 1 Kancilan Kembang Jepara. The instrument used in this study was the There Tier-Test which was used to determine initial abilities and identify misconceptions that occurred in fifth grade students. Data analysis in this study was carried out using percentage techniques. The results showed that in general the fifth grade students at SDN 1 Kancilan already had 43% of the initial cognitive knowledge to understand the concept of heat transfer related to daily life events, while those who experienced misconceptions about heat transfer material were 28%. Experiencing misconceptions (False Positive) by 19%, and those who experience misconceptions (False Negative) by 10%. As the beginning of the meeting, the provisions brought by students regarding heat transfer material were mastery of the concept of the Low category, the level of misconceptions was in the Low category, those who experienced misconceptions (False Positive) were in the Low category and those who experienced misconceptions (False Negative) were in the low category. Thus in learning, students already have initial knowledge but still experience misconceptions about concepts in science subjects regarding heat transfer in events in everyday life, so innovation, strategies, methods are needed in learning in class V students on the concept heat transfer material so that misconceptions do not occur continuously and continuously.

Abstract

evelopment of technology and media science today causes the development of the world of education and one of them is the development of learning media. Learning media is an important factor that supports success in a learning. One of the learning media that is growing rapidly is software or software-based media. The concept of media in the field of education is to develop motivational aspects, especially for elementary school children where the thinking aspects in their thinking still use the concept of playing while learning. This makes a teacher have to provide a tool or medium in increasing motivation, especially in teaching children in the school. One of the subjects that must be focused on is the subject of Islamic religious education, where this Islamic religious education subject requires the patience of teachers in teaching their students. Because of this, a teacher needs to provide enough motivation so that his students want to participate in the learning process. So, the existence of a media can help facilitate with the concept of interactive media. Through the use of this interactive media, students become more excited and want to learn more about aspects of Islamic religious education. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the students also have a more rational thinking aspect because they are able to take part in this interactive media-based learning. Abstract

Pengilmuan Islam lahir dari keprihatinan terhadap ilmu modern Barat yang melenceng dari semangat Renaissans yang pada mulanya bertujuan memanusiakan manusia, malah yang terjadi dehumanisasi dan sekularisasi. Pengilmuan Islam juga bermaksud merespons gagasan Islamisasi ilmu, yang dipandang sebagai sebuah tekstualisasi, yakni menjadikan ilmu-ilmu Barat selaras dengan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: Mengetahi biografi Ismail Raji Al Faruqi sebegai cendekiawan Muslim; 2). Mengetahui Islamisasi Ilmu Ismail Raji al-Faruqi; 3). Mengtahui Pemikiran Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi. Islam Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi (1921 – 1986 M), dilahirkan di Jaffa, sebuah kota di tepi pantai palestina (sekarang menjadi wilayah Israel). Al-Faruqi di lahirkan tanggal 1 Januari 1921 dari keluarga terpandang dan memegang teguh ajaran Islam, Al-Faruqi di besarkan di palestina dan mewarisi karakter kuat tradisi Arab Palestina yang gigih memperjuangkan bangsanya untuk membebaskan dari pendudukan Israel. Sehingga batinnya terikat kuat dengan Palestina dan mengalami sendiri tragedi yang dirasakan masyarakat Palestina. Al-Farruqi, pernah menjadi gubernur di Palestina, dia juga menjadi visiting Profesor diberbagai negara, al-Faruqi pernah berpendidikan berbagai negara, diantaranya: Palestina sendiri, Amerika, Kanada, Mesir al-Faraqi terbunuh dirumahnya bersama Istrinya Louis Lamya dan dua anaknya ditahun 1986 dibulan ramadhan. Islamisasi merupakan solusi yang dilakukan al-Faruqi untuk mengubah sistem pendidikan yang sesuai dengan cita-cita Islam yang telah lama ditinggalkan oleh umat Islam dan sistem dan sistem pendidikan yang diadopsi umat Islam dari Barat merupakan sistem pendidikan yang membahayakan uamat Islam dengn memisahkan wahyu dengan akal. Konsep kurikulum Islam yang diinginkan Al-Faruqi adalah kurikulum yang mengembangkan sistem tradisional (Islam) dan sistem moderen (Barat) dengan menyesuaikan visi Islam. Al-Faruqi bertujuan untuk memadukan kedua sistem Islam dan sistem Barat dan menghilangkan kekurangan yang dimiliki kedua sistem

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa visual dalam memahami teks recount dengan menerapkan pembelajaran blended learning, sebuah pendekatan pembelajaran yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif siswa. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran blended learning dan pemahamana mereka terhadap teks recount. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekaan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 22 peserta didik visual dari kelas 10 IPS 3 SMAN 1 Sekaran pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Peneliti menggunakan dua instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner dan tes. Kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran campuram dan tes untuk mengukur pemahaman teks recount. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara persepsi siswwa terhadap pembelajaran blended learning dan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam memahami teks recount. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pemmbelajaran blended learning efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa visual terhadap teks recoint, dan persepsi mereka terhadap pendekatan ini berhubungan positif dengan kinerja mereka

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate students’ engagement with teachers’ online feedback with timing in studyfrom - home through a Learning Management System (LMS). Data were collected from 38 students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik who were chosen as a sample in this study. They filled 14 items in questionnaire of students’ engagement which are divided into 4 dimensions: emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and affective engagement. The results showed an average mean score of 3.71, 3.76, 3.87, and 3.97 respectively for emotional, behavioral, cognitive and affective engagement. The results also showed that students generally had a positive experience with the timing of direct and indirect feedback provide by their teachers, with an average mean score of 3.56 and 3.53 respectively. The results indicate that providing timely online feedback to students through an LMS can have a positive impact on stuents’ engagement and performance. The study also has some limitation, such as being conducted in only one school and in one subject area, thus future research should explore these findings in different contexts and subject areas. The results of this study provide a starting point for further research on the topic and can be used to guide future studies on students’ engagement with online feedback with timing in study-from-home through LMS.

Abstract

Studi ini menguji potensi transformatif PBL sebagai pendekatan pedagogis inovatif. Rancangan penelitian mencakup dua tujuan utama: untuk menilai efektivitas PBL dalam meningkatkan kinerja berbicara siswa dan untuk mengukur dampaknya pada motivasi siswa. Dua kelas siswa kelas sembilan, kelas eksperimen yang terpapar PBL dan kelas kontrol yang mengikuti metode pengajaran konvensional, menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dengan jelas menggambarkan potensi PBL dalam meningkatkan kinerja berbicara siswa. Siswa di kelas eksperimen berhasil melampaui rekan-rekan mereka di kelompok kontrol, menekankan perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kualitas keterampilan berbicara. Temuan ini memperkuat argumen untuk mengadopsi PBL dalam pendidikan bahasa, menyoroti kapasitasnya untuk mendorong penggunaan bahasa aktif dan kecakapan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyelidiki aspek-aspek motivasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Penilaian berbasis kuesioner mengungkapkan bahwa siswa yang terpapar PBL menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi yang signifikan. Tingkat motivasi mereka termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Baik", menekankan dampak positif secara emosional dan kognitif yang dihasilkan oleh PBL dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil ini tidak hanya memperkuat signifikansi akademik PBL, tetapi juga menekankan potensinya dalam menciptakan hasrat untuk pembelajaran bahasa. Penelitian ini mendorong pergeseran paradigma dalam pendidikan bahasa, menganjurkan integrasi PBL sebagai pendekatan transformatif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan berbicara dan motivasi. Temuannya menjadi panggilan penting bagi pendidik dan perancang kurikulum untuk mengeksplorasi potensi pedagogis PBL dan mempertimbangkan integrasinya dalam kurikulum bahasa. Saat komunitas akademik terus merangkul pendekatan pedagogis inovatif, penelitian ini mendorong pendidikan bahasa menuju masa depan yang lebih cerah dan lebih berpengalaman, di mana siswa secara aktif membangun keterampilan bahasa dan menunjukkan motivasi mendalam untuk belajar.
