Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam bentuk laporan keuangan tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intention turnover. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 48 orang pegawai honorer Politeknik X di Medan, variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan intention turnover. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi pustaka, kuisioner dikembangkan dari indikator masing-masing variabel yang menjadi pengamatan. Uji data dilakukan dengan validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi, uji simultan dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh intention turnover pegawai honorer Politeknik X di Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 88 orang karyawan PT. X di Medan dengan sampling aksidental. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel independen dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi pustaka, kuisioner dibangun dari indikator masing-masing variabel yang menjadi pengamatan. Uji kuisioner dilakukan dengan validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan uji hipotesis koefisien determinasi, dan uji uji parsial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pengawasan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawa di Garuda Plaza Hotel baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 220 orang karyawan tetap Garuda Plaza Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 33 orang karyawan hotel untuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan 68 responden utama yang berasal dari karyawan Garuda Plaza Hotel. Hasil penelitian menolak ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pengawasan dan pelatihan baik secara parsial maupun simultan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Oleh sebab itu, penulis menyarankan agar diprogramkan reward and punishment system sebagai bentuk pengawasan, selain membuat perencanaan matang untuk program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan di Garuda Plaza Hotel.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi kerja karyawan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, sumber data menggunakan data internal dan eksternal. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap promosi jabatan.

Abstract

Changes in WhatsAap policy cause confusion and tend to be anxious for users where each user is required to accept the WhatsAap management policy in order to link information on whatsAap with Facebook no later than February 8, 2021. With the number of users reaching millions of people this certainly affects decisions that are not easy. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting non-structured interviews with 10 informants who are the admin of the WhatsApp group which has a group of at least 100 people. Because the identity of the informant must be kept secret, the authors provide the code R1-R10. From the research results, it was found that consumers were aware of this Whatsapp policy and regretted this policy and would move to other safer and more comfortable applications

Abstract

Building loyalty is no longer an option in the banking world. In recent years a trend has emerged, namely the tendency for customers to have more than one savings account at different banks. One of the ways to do this is by marketing service quality and marketing mix to customer satisfaction. The Bank's compliance with government policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is the Work From Home policy. Banking measures to optimize employee efforts to maintain the health of their closest people at home while providing maximum protection from the potential for contracting COVID-19 while interacting with the community while working or traveling to and from the office, namely adjustments to work systems. The role of marketing in banking is to build strong relationships in a sustainable manner by providing excellent service for the development of service quality such as Servqua, with Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Emphaty characteristics. New service quality that can be applied in the banking world in particular. The most important thing is Banking Service Quality (BSQ.) Like conventional bank service products, the bank's low rating. Testing using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of receivable turnover and gross profit margin on the current ratio. The number of samples for 5 years with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, which describes the problem in such a way about the events and behavior of the object being studied, collecting data, compiling, analyzing and interpreting it objectively. Hypothesis testing uses the two-party t test and F. The results of the analysis show that receivable turnover and gross profit margin variables significantly influence the current ratio at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in the period 2011 to 2018. In the period of 2011 to 2018 showed gross profit margin did’t have a significant effect partially on the current ratio at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications. Partially receivable turnover has no significant effect on the current ratio so Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted

Abstract

The research objective was to determine and analyze the effect of tourism attraction on visiting interest in the Amahami area. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people with research instruments using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Questionnaire data testing used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of the study indicate that tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on visiting interest in the Amahami area of Bima City

Abstract

Management information system is an information system derived from integrated sub-systems and provides information to management for decision making. Management information systems are needed to help the company's business activities run well. As technology develops, companies need a system that can control and manage information with both accurate and timeline. The purpose of management information systems is very important to help internal and internal company activities in requiring human resources who have skills and abilities. The system contains a set of data processes that can be processed, analyzed and displayed so that the data becomes useful for the needs of making a decision called a management information system. Management information systems are very useful tools to support and control the operations of regionally owned enterprises. The main purpose of a management information system is to collect and organize all data from different levels of regional owned enterprises, for decision making to increase the productivity and profitability of computer-based local-owned enterprises and can be in the form of excel sheets or more complex platforms. In addition, data can be accessed and processed internally and externally. Thus, the information system used is more efficient and productive. This research was conducted on 132 related sub-units of regional-owned enterprises using descriptive and explanatory uses, while for sampling using the SEM Lisrel cluster technique. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence, job performance, job promotion, have an effect on the role of management information systems
