<![CDATA[The competence of a deacon in 1 Timothy 3: 8-13 are the requirements that should get the attention of the church. In this article, the author describes the duties and responsibilities of a deacon. The purpose of this study is that the deacons will understand their duties and responsibilities. The author intends to reposition deacons who serve the marginalized. The research method used is hermeneutic. There are four results in this study. First is being able to resist temptation. <![CDATA[This study discusses the competence of educators,  learning media and its relationship  with learning motivation learners.  Researchers  have a longing, "Educators  on the study program 'Christian  Religious Education' in STT 'Christ Alfa Omega' Semarang" can achieve the vision of STT is, "Being the School of Theology of Excellence and Biblical Characterized Pentakosta  Kharismatik". One of the achievement targets is "Superior Educator".  The superiority of educators is the superiority in improving the competence and use of instructional  media. The advantage  of learners  is to have the motivation to learn. The method used in this research  is quantitative descriptive method, the number of respondents 20 people. The result of the research  by showing the level of competence of educator and learning media in motivating the students of study program "Christian  Education" is 94% or in very good category, but there are two things that need to be improved that educators are expected to be role models and educators can increase media usage learning so as to foster enthusiasm in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Music in the charismatic Pentecostal church service plays a very important role for it is believed to be the most suitable means to express great joy in celebrating the victory of Jesus Christ from death. This worship model is believed to enable the Holy Spirit to work as widely as possible for the congregation, so that the events of ecstasy, glossolalia, testimony about having a vision are not considered strange any more.Due to the celebratory nature of worship, suitable songs and music are chosen. The songs are contemporary and not hymn-shaped; the musical accompaniment format is a complete band that is supported by sophisticated sound system, the worship procedure is simple and is led by a worship leader (WL). However, to build a musical arrangement which is able to support congregants to sing in a charismatic pentecostal worship is not easy because musicians are required to be able to appreciate songs, have adequate skills, and good musical knowledge.The purpose of this study is to obtain an appropriate method in teaching charismatic pentecostal music to novice musicians.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning style learning style is the best way used by students in learning to receive, absorb and process information received. This study aims to describe the characteristics of student learning styles which consist of the characteristics of the learning style of 4MAT System. The 4MAT System learning style developed by Bernice McCarthy proclaims four learning models namely; analytic learning, imaginative learning, common sense learning and dynamic learning. This study uses quantitative research methods with a type of descriptive research. With the research subject were students of the Christian Education Study Program at STT Kristus Alfa Omega, Semarang, which numbered 41 people. The technique of collecting data is done through questionnaires or questionnaires. The results showed the level of implementation of the 4MAT System learning style by the Christian Religious Education Study Program at the STT Kristus Alfa Omega, Semarang in the 2017/2018 academic year with a value of 77,177% which was at a high percentage, between (61-80).]]>

<![CDATA[The debate is occurring among God's servants and academic theology schools about the assurance of salvation. This debate is represented  by the teachings of Calvinism, Armenianism and the teachings of Lordship Salvation. It is hoped that this research  can explain systematically and comprehensively about God's acts that guarantee the salvation of believers. To achieve its objectives this study uses the following steps: first, Collect passages in the NT relating to the topic to be studied. Second, Synthesizing phrases is difficult to find the right meaning. Thirdly, systematically recapitulate what the NT teaches about God's work in ensuring the salvation of believers. There is no reason for a new born person to live in doubt as to the certainty of his salvation. The born- again Christian will love holiness and hate sin. He must always rely on the Holy Spirit to help him in the process of growing up and putting flesh (Rom. 8:13). He must believe in God's triumphant promises as described above. He must depend entirely upon the Holy Spirit to live victoriously.]]>

<![CDATA[The news of the New Testament can be summarized as; God wants us to be His children, in the image of His likeness. The problem is how can believer achieve the God's goal of becoming a new human being? In Ephesians 4: 23-32 Paul explains about how believer can have a true new human spirituality. The purpose of this research is to find out how believers can have true new human spirituality. The research method used is a qualitative biblical approach by using historical and grammatical analysis. The results found several important behaviors that need to be done by believers to experience the renewal of the quality of the spiritual mind, in order to grow into a new human being desired by God, that is, speaking according to the truth, controlling anger, working optimally and behaving affectionately. ]]>

<![CDATA[The main tasks of the lecturer are summarized into three main tasks, namely in the fields of teaching, research and community service. The teaching field is related to the ability of lecturers to deliver teaching material, the research assignment related to the development of knowledge and the field of community service is lecturer service which is a contribution of lecturers in community life by sharing their experiences and knowledge in accordance with the specifications of the fields used for welfare to the community. The limitation of the problem in this study is that there are still lecturers of the Christian Religious Education study program at STT Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang who have not implemented the Tri Darma of Higher Education.The formulation of the problem in this study is how big is the level of implementation of the Tri Darma of Higher Education by PAK lecturers in the academic year 2018/2019 at STT "Kristus Alfa Omega" Semarang? The purpose of the study was to determine the level of implementation of the Tri Darma of Higher Education in the field of teaching by PAK lecturers in the academic year 2018/2019 at STT "Kristus Alfa Omega" Semarang. Research hypothesis: Allegedly Implementation of Higher Education Tri Darma by PAK Lecturers in Academic Year 2018/2019 in STT "Kristus Alfa Omega" Semarang in the medium category or equal to 60% of the maximum value not accepted because the results of the calculation above obtained a hypothesis value of 83% of maximum value.]]>

Moreover, the fragility of family relationships  and helplessness in building togetherness is fading. In response to this condition, the presence of family counseling services is a solution in giving answers. Given the gulf between family members is widespread.
