Abstract

 Good governance is a prerequisite for effective government formation. For this reason,         a competent apparatus is needed to improve its performance so that governance can run optimally. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him, Mangkunegara (2007).The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of effectiveness on employee performance in Bandar Lampung City Government .Based on the results of the study found Variable organizational effectiveness is a very effective variable to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a formulation model of profit sharing principle in land lease agreement in the framework of giving Building Rights Titles / Right to Use Titles which aims to resolve land conflicts as a result of the imbalance of agrarian structure in Indonesia and to balance the rights and obligations in land lease the provision of Building Right Titles (HGB), as well as formulating the principle of profit sharing principle in the land lease agreement in the framework of awarding Building Right Titles (HGB) / Right to Use Titles above Freehold Titles. This research used qualitative research method with symbolic interaction as research strategy, that is, reconstruct adjustment of action from three subject of legal relation that is holder of HGB / Freehold Titles, holder of Freehold Titles (HM) and National Land Agency.The conclusion of this research suggests that the HM holder agreement with the HGB winner as a tenant is required to interfere with government policy, which is to harmonize and protect the interests of holders of Freehold Titles and tenants in the form of profit sharing principles in the provision of HGB / Right to Use Titles on Freehold Titles. begins with a land lease agreement, with the profit sharing principle having to consider the dominant factors affecting the amount of land rent that is just and sustainable, such as the location of the land, the selling value of the tax object, the market price of the land, the operational cost, and the existing building.

Abstract

The cultural approach to implementing public infrastructure policies is new. The approaches commonly used in implementing policies are structural approaches (organizational roles), procedural and management approaches (network planning and control; program evaluation and review techniques), behavioral approaches: communication, complete information at each stage and a political approach (interdepartemental aspects of politics). This shows that, the cultural approach is an innovation of policy implementation to establish a model of policy implementation innovation with a cultural approach, researchers investigate in a case study of a simultaneous village building program (GSM) in the Tulang Bawang regency of Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes and explains the symptoms and trends in phenomena that appear at the research location.The results obtained, the implementation of the GSMK program is based on the value of mutual cooperation which in local terms Lampung is called sakai sambayan. Sakai Sambayan, covering a broad understanding, such as mutual cooperation, help to help, tolerance to others and to others both morally and materially at times of pleasure and distress.This value provides a spirit in the implementation of the GSMK program in Tulang Bawang Regency. The GSMK program is a movement carried out by, from, and for the people of Tulang Bawang Regency to do good together in an effort to accelerate infrastructure development in 147 villages simultaneously throughout the Tulang Bawang Regency with a budget sourced from non-government organizations, private parties from each village and Community Direct Assistance (BLM) of the APBD of Tulang Bawang Regency. This program is considered quite successful by many people, the innovation of cultural approaches in the implementation of policies makes it an alternative so that policies can be successful and goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze each of the points contained in Economic Policy Package Indonesia Volume V released by the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (FSA) in October, where the economic policy consists of three points with respect to the policy of Islamic banking, the elimination of double taxation on property, real estate sector, and a decrease in income tax. The purpose of economic policy is to drive economic growth in Indonesia using an exploratory qualitative approach, in which the phenomena to be observed will be analyzed based on the theories related including previous studies related. The results of the analysis is the application of banking products and simplification of the opening of the office network to support the advancement of Islamic banking, to achieve high employment and economic growth then the elimination of double taxation for property and real estate sector to encourage the advancement of the sector at a time the country's economy. Meanwhile a lower income tax rate resulted in increased state revenues from taxes. With a series of policies that made the FSA contribution to economic growth, it is clearly seen that the FSA brought significant progress in Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the quality of products in the industrial competitiveness of rattan industry in South Lampung. The technique data used mostly resulted from the interview. To improve the credibility of research findings, the other methods of data collection were used, such as questionnaires, direct observation and document analysis and records. This study is descriptive verificative with explanatory survey. The method of data analysis is path of analysis. The object of the study is the cost of quality which consists of prevention costs, appraisal costs, internal failure costs, and external failure costs. The results showed that the cost of quality activities consisting of prevention activities, control activities, internal failure activities, and external failure activities had a significant effect on the performance of the rattan industry in southern Lampung.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the extent of the performance of female employees in the Service Technical Implementation Unit. Irrigation of Bekri, Central Lampung district in terms of field activities to improve gender mainstreaming. According to the method, this research is classified as a descriptive research design with a descriptive qualitative design. The researcher intends to explain and explain the obstacles that exist in the field activities of the Bekri Irrigation Agency Technical Implementation Unit related to the performance of female employees and efforts to improve gender mainstreaming in the Implementing Unit. Bekri Irrigation Service technicalities in 2019. The subjects in this study were female employees in the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementation Unit itself. The data collection method is by observation and interview, documentation, and literature study. For the data validity checking technique, this research uses the triangulation technique, while the data analysis is through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study were the finding of job gaps between male and female employees in the field activities of the Bekri Irrigation Agency Technical Implementation Unit. Female employees of the Bekri Irrigation Service's Technical Implementing Unit have never been directly involved in field activities of the Bekri Irrigation Service's Technical Implementing Unit. The Head of the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementation Unit considers that the work in the field is heavy and has high risk so that he considers female employees to be unable to carry out technical duties so that female employee in the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementation Unit is only assigned to office administrative matters. Whereas the aim of holding gender mainstreaming itself is to eliminate and eliminate gender issues and work disparities in the irrigation sector in the activities of the Bekri Irrigation Service Technical Implementing Unit. The conclusion of this research is the performance of female employees of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Bekri Central Lampung Irrigation Service in terms of completing office administration and staffing work well, being quite punctual in the process, and able to carry out their duties with full responsibility but for the technical field, female employees in the Implementing Unit Bekri Irrigation Agency technical is blind about the work in the field Keywords: performance, female employees, gender mainstreaming

Abstract

The increase of chicken production and consumption has a positive impact on the growth of chicken meat business as main product namely fried chicken local franchise. To maintain this domestic business, relationship among franchisee and franchisor should bond each other. This kind of relationship are explained on relationship marketing theory which has several mediators such as commitment, trust, relationship satisfaction and relationship quality. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the influence of these four relationship marketing mediators among franchisee and franchisor in one of fried chicken local franchise in South Sulawesi. Data were collected through observations and questionnaires from 38 franchisees and analyzed with path analysis. The results of paths standard coefficient value indicated that trust had a significant effect to commitment by 0,79 while trust together with commitment also had significant effects to relationship satisfaction by 0,37 and 0,50. Thus, commitment and relationship satisfaction also had significant effect to relationship quality. However, trust had low effect to relationship quality with just 0,247. These results showed that trust, commitment, relationship satisfaction are strong keys to develop the relationship between franchisee and franchisor in order to support local franchise while relationship quality still need some improve from trust side between franchisee and franchisor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Work Stress and Work Motivation for Teacher Performance. The population in this study were all 88 SMK Negeri 1 Kalianda South Lampung School Teachers. The problem in this study is the high level of work stress and the low motivation of teachers so that it has an impact on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Kalianda, South Lampung. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The results showed that work stress and work motivation did not affect the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Kalianda, South Lampung. The results of data analysis on work stress variables show that the sig value of 0.026 (smaller than 0.05) which means, job stress affects performance. On the variable work motivation on performance, the results of the study also showed that work motivation did not affect the performance of a teacher based on the results of the t test that had been done. For work motivation itself shows that the sig value of 0.443 (greater than 0.05) which means, work motivation has no effect on performance. While Work Stress and Work Motivation jointly affect the performance of teachers in Kalianda 1 South Lampung Vocational School proven by sig values of 0.049 kurang dari 0.05. With a contribution value of 0.611 Adjusted R Square value is positive, the independent variable (work motivation and work stress) is able to explain the variance of the dependent variable by 61.1%, and the rest is explained by other variables that are not in this study

Abstract

Perspective recipients into basic research rests on the Theory of Planned Behavior of Ajzen and Martin Fishbein Icek (Ramdhani, 2007) which states that the intention of the behavior (behavior intention) is determined by the attitude of the behavior (attitude toward behavior) and subjective norm. This study proves that public attitudes can be influenced, but not a major factor in generating behavioral effects. That the theory underlying the study mentions the association of attitude change with behavior change, it can be said that the success of persuasion in campaign can be started by changing the attitude of the audience. The intended audiences are Posyandu cadres in which are subject to health campaign messages from the local government of Bandar Lampung City. In the population, quantitative research was conducted with path analysis of the communication channel variables used and the variable of attitude change in the audience. The findings of the communication channel used during the campaign contributed to the change of attitude. In this context, the most effective channel is the interpersonal communication between the communicator and the campaign audience. Can also be followed the development of communication channel management by presenting new media such as social media.
