<![CDATA[The primary objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Public Elementary School Principal Working Group's activities in Lumpatan Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Qualitative analysis was used in this study. Data is collected in natural settings (natural conditions), using primary data sources, and relying heavily on observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that human resources lacked performance and managerial competence in supporting the preparation of a work plan for activities of the Principal's Working Group, as well as insufficient facilities and infrastructure; the preparation of School Principal Working Group Activity Plans and education and training indicators were not running effectively; and the principal's low motivation had a negative impact.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of using Google Forms to assess Education Unit Exams, as well as student and teacher reactions to its use. This study employs a descriptive approach. Observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation were used to collect data for this study. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion were all used in data analysis techniques. Students in class XII SMA Azharyah Palembang in the academic year 2020/2021 were the subjects of this research. According to the findings of this report, the use of Google Forms as a tool for evaluating the Education Unit Examination begins with the planning stages, the development of questions, the administration of exams, and the compilation of exam results. According to student responses, most students prefer using Google forms to evaluate educational unit exams because it saves time and allows exams to be completed anywhere. The use of Google Forms to enforce the Education Unit Examination will save the school money on operating costs including paper and office supplies, as well as make it easier to correct student answers.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to see how online learning affected teachers' ability to manage the learning process at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. Purposive sampling was used to select 20 teachers from MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin for this study. Data was collected by handing out questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale measuring 20 statement items. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the method of analysis. The findings revealed that simultaneous online learning improved teachers' ability to manage the learning process significantly.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine how the teacher's performance at SD Negeri 27 Banyuasin I. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely interview observation and documentation, the data obtained is then analyzed to become a conclusion of the research process. The findings of the study show that the performance of elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 27 Banyuasin I is still classified as poor because of the five aspects of performance measurement studied, namely the quality of work results, timeliness, ability initiative, and communication, only the aspects of initiative and ability are assessed as having been assessed. pretty good. To improve the performance of elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 27 Banyuasin I, it is hoped that teachers will be more effective and efficient in the learning process so that educational goals can be implemented properly.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the influence of the Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance in SD Negeri 116 OKU. This quantitative research involved 13 teachers in SD Negeri 116 OKU as research subjects. The data are obtained using a questionnaire and then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher performance by 15%, while other factors had a negative impact. It is proven that school leadership provides benefits to the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 116 OKU.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the aims of the inspirational literacy movement is to provide more input or fill the reading garden to provide access to information for the public to realize lifelong learning. For example, writing a daily story on Facebook with a hashtag a paragraph a day, or a day of poetry, or 30 days of non-stop writing stories today. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the form of literacy testing activities to perpetuate memories in writing is driven by volunteers and spearheads in carrying out various writing activities every week or month that can be recorded. This model of inspiration for literacy studies can be a driving force for advocacy activities in the field of literacy in schools and communities and other strategic partners as a driver of literacy activities that have been designed by the literacy research team. All activities that have been carried out are supported by promotional efforts through social media as the main media.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts to improve student learning discipline during the pandemic by maximizing the role of the teacher. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 34 Prabumulih. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, the data can be summarized or collected and analyzed through three stages of activity simultaneously, namely: data reduction, and concluding / verification. According to the findings of the study, the teacher's efforts to strengthen the learning discipline of SD Negeri 34 Prabumulih students by incorporating the values of the discipline into each topic presented so that discipline can become the students' basic character in everyday life. The teacher also creates conducive learning activities and an environment that encourages students to fully participate in the learning process. The instructor then continually develops his or her ability to handle learning by engaging in training and deepening his or her understanding of learning management by employing techniques/methods that apply to theory in authoritative publications related to learning management, both national and international journals.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the Inquiry method on student mathematics learning outcomes on the tube surface area material in class IX SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang. This type of research is experimental research using true experimental research design. The subjects in this study were class (experimental class) and class (control class) SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang. Based on the data analysis, it was obtained that the learning outcomes of mathematics using the classroom inquiry method, totaling 31 students, received an average value and a standard deviation . While the results of learning mathematics using the class expository method, which amounted to 31 students got the average value and standard deviation . Based on the t-test statistic, it is found that and with the degree of freedom and this significant level it means that it lies in the area of rejection which means t is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of the inquiry method is more influential than the expository method on student mathematics learning outcomes on the tube surface area material in class IX SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang.]]>
