<![CDATA[One of the efforts that can be made by principals to improve teacher performance is to carry out academic supervision, namely guidance related to learning. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of academic supervision on teacher performance at SMPN 5 Prabumulih; (2) the influence of the work environment on the performance of teachers at SMPN 5 Prabumulih; (3) the influence of academic supervision and work environment on teacher performance at SMPN 5 Prabumulih. The results showed that academic supervision and work environment had an effect on teacher performance. Therefore, to improve teacher performance, it can be done by implementing academic supervision of the principal and paying attention to the work environment around the teacher.]]>

<![CDATA[In carrying out academic supervision, the role of a deputy head of the curriculum is needed. The purpose of this study was to dig up information about the role of the vice principal in the curriculum field at MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih in order to develop the ability of teachers to arrange assessment administration through academic supervision. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were the Deputy Head of Madrasah in the field of curriculum and teachers. The results showed that: 1) madrasa academic supervision program planning was prepared at the beginning of each new school year; 2) the implementation of academic supervision includes class visits, and observations; 3) the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of curriculum carries out the supervision assessment process for teachers; 4) the implementation of academic supervision has a real impact on improving teacher performance at MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City.]]>

<![CDATA[Academic supervision activities are very important to be carried out in order to help improve teacher competence in managing learning activities well in order to achieve learning objectives. This article aims to examine the strategy of the head of Madrasah at MTsN 1 Prabumulih in improving teacher professionalism through academic supervision activities. This type of research is ex post facto. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision activities carried out by the Madrasah head must start from planning, implementing, and evaluating with the principles of objectivity and continuous improvement. Through this, the professionalism of teachers in schools will be easily achieved and will be able to improve the quality of learning and the quality of educational institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[Research on the influence of teacher competence on the effectiveness of the “sekolah penggerak” program is still minimal. This study aims to see the effect of teacher competence on the effectiveness of “sekolah penggerak” program in improving the quality of education. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of the study indicate that teacher competence is very influential on the effectiveness of the program that will support the improvement of the quality of education. This research contributes to teachers and education practitioners in explaining the “sekolah penggerak” program and seeing how four teacher competencies play an important role in the program.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of principal supervision on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SD Negeri 104 Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to see the effect of the principal's supervision variable on the teacher's pedagogic competence variable through hypothesis testing. This study uses a questionnaire relevant to the two variables as a means of collecting data which was distributed to 28 respondents from SD Negeri 104 Palembang. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, there is a positive and significant effect of principal supervision on the pedagogic competence of teachers at SD Negeri 104 Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision and teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. The type of research used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to see the effect of the principal's supervision variable and the teacher's pedagogic competence variable on the teacher's performance variable through hypothesis testing. This study uses a questionnaire that is relevant to all variables as a data collection tool. The questionnaire used is 5 Likert scale, and has been tested for validity and reliability test. The sample in this study were all 30 teachers at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. This research uses simple regression data analysis method and multiple regression. The results showed that the principal's supervision partially affected the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. The teacher's pedagogic competence partially influences the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. Principal supervision and teacher pedagogic competence simultaneously affect teacher performance at SMAN 1 Kisam Tinggi. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination test results, 82.2% of teacher performance can be explained by the supervision of the principal and pedagogic competence, meaning that there is a contribution of 82.2% given the supervision of the principal and pedagogical competence on teacher performance, and the remaining 17.8% (100%-82.2%) of the teacher's performance can be explained by other reasons.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. The research method used is using a quantitative research method approach with the number of samples used as many as 68 teachers. The research instrument in this study used a questionnaire for data collection and the IBM SPSS application for statistical data processing. Data analysis uses based on decisions made based on the results of data analysis to test predetermined hypotheses. The results obtained indicate that the principal's academic supervision and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance simultaneously. The results of this study are expected to contribute as a reference or teacher evaluation in planning the learning process in the next semester.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision in the learning process at MTsN 2 Musi Banyuasin. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the instrument using an interview guide. Respondents in this study were teachers of MTsN 2 Musi Banyuasin with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (a) academic supervision includes: teacher administration, lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment; (b) no further supervision has been carried out but needs to be further optimized; and (c) the implementation of academic supervision can improve teacher performance in the learning process in madrasah tsanawiyah. This research is expected to contribute to the world of education, especially in the field of implementing supervision strategies in improving teacher performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the teacher's efforts in increasing students' understanding of the transformation material by strengthening the prerequisite material in mathematics. The approach used in this study refers to the principles of descriptive analysis research. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that teachers have many important roles that must be carried out in learning activities. The teacher's role in learning mathematics is to prepare learning by simplifying the material, facilitating students to learn by making teaching materials and learning media, organizing tasks that will be given to students and conducting assessments.]]>
