Abstract

In construction projects, there will be no good risks or any risks. In this potential risk will cause problems, the smaller the potential risk faced, the smaller the problem and a large increase in the construction project from the budget and implementation of development. Moreover, the greater the risk, the bigger the problem and the smaller the profit, if not handled properly, it will hinder the development. Based on this research, the risks taken are in several categories, the most important risk is the technical project of 14 journals, then the second place is the technical internal risk of 7 journals. In this study, several journals were analyzed based on the category of Indonesia and China, with 3 journals and the second in Greece with 2 journals. Journals based on an analysis of the category of object themes in industry are 48%, then second in academics are 24%.

Abstract

In simple terms, optimal allocation of resources will undoubtedly increase production efficiency, which in turn will increase the company's profit. The track balance (Assembly Line Balancing/ALB) aims to distribute the workload among work stations. The object of this research is the balance of the production line and workload in the girder production process. This study emphasizes the sensitivity analysis on reducing working time. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to evaluate the parameters that affect operational flexibility and productivity levels. The decrease in processing time on the largest work element will affect the increase in output. In this case, the processing time on the work element waiting for dry cast will be reduced by 10 minutes in each scenario. In the 8th scenario, the processing time of the working elements waiting for the dry cast is 80 minutes. In other words, the resulting output is 6 units, while idle time drops to 150 minutes. This study recommends reducing the processing time of working elements waiting for dry cast to be 80 minutes.

Abstract

Police as an Institution that has many divisions and staff who need an information system in order to help speed up obtaining information needs. The government’s efforts in launching the e_ Investigations Management application to Support Polri’s services in the field of investigation so that it is Proffesional, Modern and Reliable ( Promoter ). In the investigation, the criminal Investigation unit of the Bintuni Bay Police has used the E_ Investigation management application which aims to enable the public to easily access all information. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the application of e_ Investigation management and organizational culture on the performance of investigators in handling criminal cases at the Teluk Bintuni Police station. This research is a quantitative research. The samle in this studt amounted to 76 people with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and literature study. Hypothesis testing using classical assumption test and simple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Ver 21.0 application to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable at the 95 % trend level (α = 0.05). The results are : 1 ) there is not Positive and significant effect between the application of e_ Investigation management on the performance of investigators in handling criminal cases at the Bintuni Bay Police. 2 ) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on the performance of investigators in handling criminal cases at the Teluk Bintuni Police station. And 3 ) there is a significant effect between the application of e_ Investigation management and organizational culture together on the performance of investogators in handling criminal cases at the Teluk Bintuni Police Station.

Abstract

Jumlah perusahaan yang memproduksi produk yang sama semakin bertambah, hal ini mengakibatkan ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan harus mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produknya. Perusahaan telah menetapkan standar toleransi cacat produk. Namun selama bulan Januari-Desember 2020 terdapat cacat produk sebanyak 6.674 pcs pensil atau 0,233% produk cacat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penyebab produk cacat dengan menggunakan tahapan DMAIC. Terdapat tiga cacat dominan yang ditemukan pada tahap analyze yang dilakukan, diantaranya adalah lead kotor 1834 pcs, permukaan pensil kasar 1670 pcs, dan pensil retak 1669 pcs. Kurangnya prosedur pada saat material datang, jadwal maintenance yang tidak diperbaharui sehingga mengakibatkan saluran hopper tersumbat menjadi salah satu penyebab dari cacat produk. Pada tahap improve dilakukan penambahan peraturan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan bahan baku sebelum dimulai proses produksi dan melakukan kegiatan maintenance secara berkala.

Abstract

Fungo Pride adalah unit usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang budidaya jamur tiram putih. Kondisi lingkungan dan stasiun kerja yang belum baik tentunya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman, tidak aman, tidak sehat dan tidak efisien. Sehingga dari kondisi stasiun kerja tersebut dapat menurunkan kinerja dan menimbulkan risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa resiko kerja pada Unit Usaha Fungo Pride yang terkait dengan posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis dengan menggunakan metode NBM, REBA & RULA. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa dengan analisa NBM didapatkan 50% risiko rendah dan 50% risiko sedang. Untuk analisa REBA didapatkan risiko kerja pada karyawan dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan final skor REBA 13 sehingga membutuhkan tindakan korektif sesegera mungkin. Dan berdasarkan analisa RULA didapatkan hasil dalam kategori sangat tinggi yaitu grand score RULA 8 sehingga perlu adannya investigasi dan perbaikan secepat mungkin. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan akan ada penelitian lanjutan yang membahas terkait factor ergonomi dengan produktivitas pada unit usaha budidaya jamur tiram.

Abstract

Teh XY is a black tea processing company engaged in the plantation sector, after further research it was found that some of the tea powder produced had production defects at least, there are about 15 kg that must be reworked because the water content produced does not meet the set standards (3-4%). This study aims to analyze the quality control of black tea products by identifying the relationship between types of waste at work stations and measuring the sigma level value. The method used to identify the relationship between waste that occurs is using the Waste Relationship Matrix and making a control chart graph based on production data and then calculating the DPMO value and Sigma Level to measure the company's production capability level. The results of this study indicate that the largest percentage level for waste that has the most influence on other types of waste is waste of motion (22.50%) in the sorting stage and the waste that is often affected is inventory (19.63%) at the milling stage. Based on the graph of the control chart, the data on the proportion of defects in the control chart shows that there is only a defect proportion value equal to the LCL value, namely in the 7th sample on January for quality I black tea production. sigma value of 2.31 with a DPMO value of 210605. This shows that for every one million opportunity there will be a possibility of 210605 units of rework products. Meanwhile, for quality III, it has a sigma value of 2.55 with a DPMO value of 150661.

Abstract

Suzuki Indo Mobil / Motorcycle is the largest motorcycle manufacturing industry in Indonesia today. Die Casting is one of the departments that is important in the manufacture of motorcycle parts. In the Die Cating section, there are a number of types of defects that exceed the company tolerance standards. During the February to July period, 228 pcs of defect products were found. For this reason, it is necessary to determine the most dominant factor in the occurrence of defects and determine the proposed improvement of the root problem. PDCA is a useful tool for continuous improvement and FMEA or Failure Mode Analysis is a tool that is often used in quality improvement methods. FMEA serves to determine the consequences of failure associated with failure in the Crank Case LH. There are three types of defects found, namely Chipped, Cracked, Wrinkled. With pareto diagram, it is known that there are three types of defect Crank Case LH which are the most dominant, namely: 9.9% chipped, Crack 6.75%, Wrinkles 4.72%. aluminum & mold is too low, engine filling time is too long, Crank Case LH Cracks the surface of the rough molding machine, engine pressure is too large, Crank Case LH Machine wrinkles Less pressure. Improve made is to make a standard number of Crank Case LH setting parameters of the engine and required SOP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berisi tentang meningkatkan efektivitas mesin las tipe x spot, dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan Six Big Losses. Tahap pertama adalah mencari nilai Efektivitas Peralatan Keseluruhan dan kemudian mengidentifikasi faktor Six Big Losses. Penggunaan Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan Six Big Losses untuk menentukan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan faktor dominan yang menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja mesin atau peralatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness untuk mesin las spot tipe x, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja mesin dan memberikan saran perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja mesin di PT. XYZ. Berdasarkan pengolahan dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan Six Big Losses didapatkan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja mesin. Nilai Efektivitas Peralatan Keseluruhan pada mesin las tipe x spot adalah 70,861% yang dipengaruhi oleh salah satu faktor Six Big Losses, yaitu Kualitas Kerusakan dan Kerusakan Pengerjaan Ulang

Abstract

ABSTRACT Linear programming is one of the most widely used operational research techniques in practice and is known for being easy to understand. The method in solving linear programming in "Naya Online Shopping" is by the graphical method and compared with LINGO software. The purpose of the completion of linear programming is to optimize the amount of production in obtaining maximum profits. And an optimal solution is obtained, namely a maximum profit of IDR 1,750,000. with 50 bags of "ting-ting bags" to be purchased from agents and many "crown wallets" to be purchased from agents of 100 pieces. From the maximum capacity of the shelter 150 pieces can be maximized by purchasing as many as 50 bags and purchasing 100 pieces of wallet. From the sensitivity test, it can be concluded that each capital increase or reduction of IDR 750,000 will result in a gain or loss of IDR 12,500. Completion of linear programming with research into the operation of graphical methods and LINGO software obtained the same value. Keywords: Linear programming, Operations of graphical method operations, LINGO software, sensitivity test ABSTRAK Linear progamming adalah salah satu teknik riset operasi yang paling banyak dipergunakan dalam praktik dan dikenal karena mudah dipahami. Metode dalam penyelesaian linear progamming pada “Naya Online Shopping” yaitu dengan metode grafik dan dibandingkan dengan software LINGO. Tujuan dari penyelesaian linear progamming ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah produksi dalam memperoleh keuntungan maksimal. Dan didapatkan solusi optimal yaitu keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp1.750.000, dengan banyaknya tas “ting-ting bag” yang akan dibeli dari agen sebanyak 50 buah dan banyaknya dompet “crown wallet” yang akan dibeli dari agen sebanyak 100 buah. Dari kapasitas maksimal penampungan 150 buah dapat dimaksimalkan dengan pembelian tas sebanyak 50 buah dan pembelian dompet 100 buah. Dari uji sensitivitas dihasilkan bahwa setiap penambahan atau pengurangan modal sebesar Rp750.000, maka akan didapatkan keuntungan atau kerugian sebesar Rp12.500,. Penyelesaian linear progamming dengan riset operasi metode grafik dan software LINGO didapatkan hasil yang sama nilainya. Abstract

Transmission Gear Ratio usually affects torque and speed. The effect on fuel consumption for coal trucks with a capacity of 20 tons needs technical analysis and experiment to obtain actual data. In the experiment process using a standard transmission issued by the factory that is with 8 forward speed and 1 reverse speed. Experiment is done by comparing the calculation of fuel consumption with the use of transmission. Tests carried out using 2 dump trucks, 6 times sampling, 8-Speed, 30 km distance, with variations in the grade 8 segments and loads. From the results of testing and calculation of fuel consumption with parameter 8 variations in road grade and loaded, different fuel usage is obtained for each road segment and in load or empty conditions. When high grade fuel consumption also increases, when loaded conditions fuel consumption increases. Road grade and loaded conditions affect the use of fuel consumption. The use of transmission speed or gear ratio also affects fuel consumption.
