Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy that must be applied by the Karya Wijaya furniture business in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This strategy must be applied to stay afloat in the face of business competition. The SWOT analysis has identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Karya Wijaya's furniture business in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Its strengths lie in production, marketing, management and personnel. The weaknesses lie in inadequate equipment and there is no specific standard for the payment system. Opportunities that are owned, namely the market share for furniture is very open. The existing threat is the low capacity of the technology used, especially information technology. To be better known to the public, Karya Wijaya's furniture business must enter the marketplace and do online advertising and marketing.

Abstract

One of the goals of IIB Darmajaya is to become an Entrepreneurial University, which is included in one of the indicators of a world-class university. This research aims to determine the forming factors that can increase students' desire to become entrepreneurs. This study is important because the output of this research is to know the driving factors that exist in students becoming entrepreneurs. The population of this research is students who have taken technopreneur courses totaling 1104 students. The sample used was 92 students. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that Self-Efficacy, Subjective Norms, Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, and Propensity To Act affected Entrepreneurial Intention. This means that to increase Entrepreneurial Intention, students need to pay attention to the constituent variables, namely Self-Efficacy, Subjective Norms, Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, and Propensity To Act

Abstract

 PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (AMRT) is engaged in the retail distribution of consumer goods through the operation of the "Alfamart" minimarket network. The mini market network consists of mini markets, has direct ownership and is based on a franchise agreement. Special goods, namely domestic goods, several types of goods distributed by PT during the processing. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk, namely cosmetics, food, non-food, daily necessities, etc. One way of distributing goods to consumers is warehouse management. This study uses a qualitative method. The population in this study were warehouse employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Kotabumi branch. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, which gave 10 questions to each respondent, then processed the data through SPSS statistical analysis. The result is that the layout of the warehouse has a positive and significant effect on the stability of the distribution of goods to consumers..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembangunan wisata kuliner yang terdapat pada lahan kosong milik Desa Rowoboni, Kabupaten Semarang. Untuk memperoleh data, penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer melalui wawancara dengan pihak desa dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden, serta data sekunder berupa publikasi terkait penelitian. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif dengan menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, teknis, manajemen, hukum, keuangan, dan lingkungan. Hasil analisis dari aspek pasar adalah mayoritas narasumber sangat tertarik akan dibangunnya wisata kuliner di area tersebut karena didukung alam sekitar. Aspek teknis menunjukkan bahwa adanya proyek ini akan memberikan fungsi rekreasi, ibadah, dan terdapat fasilitas penunjang melalui tersedianya gazebo, toilet, mushola, dan spot foto. Berdasarkan analisis aspek manajemen, pembangunan proyek melalui BUMDes Tirto Kencono akan memberikan dampak bahwa pengelolaan proyek akan lebih profesional dan tertata dengan baik. Dalam aspek hukum, BUMDes Tirto Kencono menyatakan mampu memenuhi syarat dalam hal pendirian badan usaha, izin prinsip, izin lokasi, izin bangunan, dan izin penggunaan lahan Aspek keuangan yang dianalisis melalui perhitungan NPV, IRR, dan PP menunjukkan bahwa proyek layak untuk dijalankan. Dalam aspek lingkungan menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan tempat sampah yang terpisah sesuai jenis, organik dan anorganik, akan membuat pengelolaan sampah menjadi lebih baik. Rencana pembangunan wisata kuliner ini dapat disimpulkan memenuhi semua aspek studi kelayakan proyek.

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is human necessity to maintain health and fitness. Therefore, the community requires sports facilities. The field area in Tambakboyo is a suitable location for sports center facilities considering that there are no sports facilities for the local community. This sports center considers several aspects, they are technical aspects, management aspects, financial aspects and environmental aspects. By combining quantitative and qualitative data, also descriptive research methods, it was found that the analysis of the market aspect of the sports area development project shows that Tambakboyo field has the potential to become a sports center. The analysis of the technical aspect shows that the location is quite strategic. The management, financial and environmental aspects show that the plan of building a sports area proved feasible to be realized with the expectation of improving the welfare and health level of the local community.
