<![CDATA[This article highlights the opinion which states that apologetic activities are activities that only hone intellectually but have no impact on one's spirituality or spirituality. As a result, the argument is that apologetic activities currently rife on social media only end in debating with coaches or attacking and humiliating one another. Often what stands out is sectarian egoism, not love for winning souls to Christ. The method used is a literature research approach, then analyzed with a comparative analytical approach in assessing apologetic activities related to intellectuality and spirituality. The study of this article reveals that Apologetics is closely related to the development of one's intellect and spirituality. The failure by some apologists to show the maturity of their spirituality in debate, does not necessarily become the final measure that apologetics does not bring people closer to God. The conclusion that is found is that there is a strong correlation for the development of intellectuality and spirituality when someone is apologetic. This is because apologetics encourages a person to study the Scriptures and learn to understand, pronounce, and do it.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of a community stigma against ex-convicts is a phenomenon that still often occurs when prisoners leave the correctional institution. Denial of their presence makes ex-inmates reluctant to socialize normally. This study intends to determine how the role of the Salemba Penitentiary in preparing prisoners to face the end of their detention in terms of social aspects. The method used in this research is qualitative. In conducting this research, researchers came to the Salemba Penitentiary to obtain the required data. Researchers conducted interviews with three sources, namely Christian Spiritual Guidance, several Christian prisoners who have participated in the assistance process at the Correctional Institution, and the YASINDO foundation, where the foundation accepts ex-convicts before being exploited in society. The results of this study, it was found that the aspect of social development has not been able to help inmates to return to life in the wider community. Prisoners who are about to finish their detention still have worry or fear. This is due to the lack of time facilities to participate in the coaching.]]>

<![CDATA[This article intends to interpret the relationship of friendship in the Bible in the study of Pentecostal theology. The method used in this article research is text analysis and literature review. This article discusses three examples of friendship relationships, namely the friendship of David and Jonathan, Daniel and his three friends, and Paul and Silas. Based on the results of this article's research, friendship is built on commitment, self-sacrifice, and flock loyalty. The purpose of God designing friendship relationships is as a divine community through which believers get strength and confirmation so that they have an impact on the Kingdom of God.]]>

<![CDATA[The Gospel of John presented many miracle stories of Jesus that contain particular theological ideas. One that particular story was the story of Jesus walking on the sea in John 6:16-21. This particular story was great to research because it had fantastic narrative aspects. For that reason, this research used fantastic literature hermeneutic approach by Tzvetan Todorov to find the meaning of the text behind the miracle story in John 6:16-21. According to the analysis, two perspectives of the fantastic genre operated in it. First, in the character’s perspective and the second one in the reader’s perspective. From both perspectives, ambiguity can be seen within the characters in the story and also the reader which tried to understand the story. On the other hand, the concept of Jesus’s divinity which is seen in the fantasy genre can also create faith escalation to the readers or believers.]]>

<![CDATA[The pandemic has impacted education, so efforts have been made to make education run well. Schools attempt to solve this problem in several ways. One of them is building collaboration between teachers and parents. The research aims to find the collaboration of parents and teachers in carrying out learning in early childhood education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted at Kana Ungaran Integrated Early Childhood Education, which was also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The author collects data through interviews with teachers and parents. The results showed that the collaboration was carried out by building communication using social media, holding limited meetings, and parenting programs. In this collaboration, parents have a part, namely being a mediator by taking lesson materials to school and guiding children in learning from home. The part of the teacher in this collaboration is to regulate the provision of teaching materials and build communication with parents. Meanwhile, the school plays a role in helping solve learning problems through parental assistance and a visit home program.]]>

<![CDATA[This research has the aim of unraveling the reality of suffering that is hitting the world due to the Covid-19 Pandemic from the point of view of Christian spirituality. In Indonesia, this emergency is exacerbated by religious radicalism and various natural disasters. In this situation, human existence seems to be at the limit of pilgrimage. Therefore, the presence of fellow Christians, especially Christians, is expected to be a bridge of God's love amid the suffering of others. Christians can start by living in brotherly love in the community. Because in the Christian community people are more sensitive to hear the suffering of others. In other words, by living in a community, Christians can help those affected out of the trap of the horrors of suffering. Therefore, Unity in community enables Christians to heal the wounded and bring the dead to life. The novelty of this paper lies in the role of the Christian community as a forum and means for Christians to manifest God's love in the suffering of the Indonesian nation. Because without togetherness in community, Christians will lose their identity, and love will become a broken branch. To describe this thesis, this research uses a phenomenological approach whose truth is not based on deductive principles, but concrete human experiences.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this article is to see the extent of the role of psychology in Christian Religious Education in preparing learning methods for early childhood during the pandemic. This is because PAUD learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is a concern and challenge for teachers in carrying out learning. In addition, education in early childhood requires an adequate strategy. For this reason, teachers are required to try to understand the various problems faced in educating early childhood. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through direct observation by researchers and interviews with teachers and parents. The analysis process is carried out using various literature sources, both journals, books, and other trusted reference materials to support the author's analysis. The results of the research conducted found that the role of Christian religious education psychology in the implementation of early childhood learning was very large because it determined the methods and strategies of early childhood learning during the pandemic, namely online and face-to-face with a purpose. Pay attention to health protocols. Educational psychology during the pandemic is very significant as a solution in understanding students' cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and spiritual needs.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is not a new problem in the context of life in Indonesia. Ironically, the current progress has not succeeded in overcoming this economic issue. This can be seen from the increasing poverty rate, and even worse by the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic. To address this economic issue, the life of the early Christian congregation showed its success in overcoming poverty, as evidenced in Acts 2:44-45. Thus, this article aims to formulate a concept called Christian Philanthropy, as a solution in addressing the economic difficulties experienced by the community, especially in the Church environment. So contextually, this research is useful for opening the perspective of individuals and the Church in seeing, as well as overcoming it by applying the concept of Christian Philanthropy which is viewed from the perspective of the New Testament. This research uses qualitative methods through hermeneutic studies. The results of the study found that the concept of philanthropy encourages the Church to respond to economic problems experienced by carrying out services comprehensively or evenly, both inwardly and outwardly, especially to marginalized groups.]]>

<![CDATA[Social development in adolescents causes them to prefer for a long time with the community or group of peers. This becomes a problem, if teenagers join the wrong community or group, they will have the wrong values so they dare to commit juvenile delinquency. Therefore, this research was written with the aim of providing input to parents and the church in providing rational beliefs or beliefs, so that adolescents do not take actions or actions that violate the norms that exist in society. The method used is library research with the type of textbook analysis. The result of this study is the discovery of the concept of rational belief, to replace irrational adolescent beliefs or beliefs with the hope that adolescents do not show juvenile delinquency.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper is an interpretation of Proverbs 1:8-19. The problem to be answered is how to explain theologically and logically that filial piety to parents contains values that become the path to self-maturity according to Proverbs 1:8-19. The method used is literary analysis, dividing Proverbs 1:8-19 into 2 major parts, namely advice to listen to parents (8-9) and warnings to stay away from sinners (10-19). The findings of the study indicate that it is most likely that the teachings of parents are deliberately emphasized in the Proverbs section as a basis for resisting the persuasion or deception of sinners and it is a form of devotion to parents. Theological reflection of Proverbs 1:8-19 generally shows that devotion to parents brings young people to maturity, and especially for Christians, shapes young people into mature people in God.]]>
