TANJAK adalah ikat kepala adat Melayu yang berbentuk runcing ke atas. Demikian makna yang dituliskan dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI). Nilai dalam tanjak dipercaya oleh masyarakat Melayu sebagai simbol kekuatan, marwah, pendidikan dan lainnya. Bertanjak berarti memelihara budi pekerja dan menjaga marwah. Nama “Tanjak” digunakan dalam jurnal pendidikan dan keguruan sebagai bentuk menjaga marwah dan pendidikan anak bangsa. Dengan pendidikan, marwah bisa dicapai, dengan pendidikan kekuatan akan tergapai, dan dengan pendidikan akan melahirkan peradaban yang gemilang. Jurnal Tanjak ingin menjadi bagian dari upaya mencapai harapan-harapan kebesaran tersebut. Sebab itu, jurnal Tanjak juga mengajak seluruh pendidik, peneliti, dosen dan praktisi pendidikan untuk turut serta menyumbangkan karya tulisnya guna memberikan sumbangsih pada bangsa dan negara. Lebih spesial lagi apabila kajiannya terkait pendidikan di dunia melayu. Jurnal Tanjak akan terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Februari dan Agustus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of coping stress to academic stress during the pandemic covid-19. This research used quantitative methods with the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The instrument was used a scale of coping stress and academic stress scale distributed using google form media. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed R = 0.235 and a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p <0.01). Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen that there is a very significant relationship between coping stress and academic stress.

Abstract

During the pandemic Covid 19, almost all levels of education use the online learning system. It takes a number of innovations from educators to enable the teaching and learning process during the pandemic runs smoothly. Innovations need to be done because there is a change in the learning process which is usually carried out directly (face to face), is currently switched to the online learning process. Fitting learning strategies are used with the intention that the learning process of early childhood students who are at the golden age still feels fun. The research objective is to determine the online learning strategies used by early childhood educators during the pandemic covid 19. This research uses a survey method with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random technique. The research participants are 3 teachers at KB Ibnu Abbas Tanjungpinang and 5 teachers at RA Al Falah Tanjungpinang. The data collection technique is done by interview and documentation. The results show that in order for the online learning process to run well and be fun for children, good cooperation and communication between teachers and parents are needed. During the online learning process, teachers can take advantage of media such as whatsapp groups, voice notes and learning videos.

Abstract

This study abaout discusses language as a communication tool to understand an argument in learning the practice of debate. The method used in the practice of the debate uses a scientific learning approach in accordance with the 2013 curriculum used in education units. After students observe the motion (theme) of the debate, students then arrange arguments according to the division of affirmation (support) or contra (reject) groups by using three aspects of the effectiveness of the sentences that have been determined. The three aspects in question are (1) clarity of sentence function elements, (2) freedom from structural contamination, (3) freedom from regional and foreign language interference. The results of the analysis with three grammatical aspects are presented. The results of the analysis showed an increase in the percentage after the explanation of the language so that the level of students understanding of the debate motions described through arguments could be understood better and the debate to be interestingly. On the basic of this research, it can be said that spoken language in the language of instruction in teaching and learning activities needs attention, so that the function of language as a communication tool can be carried out properly.

Abstract

Government policy, especially in the field of education, states that in addition to educating the nation's life, educational development is also directed at improving the noble character of students by the demands and needs of development that is cultural, environmental, and religious. extraordinary impact in all fields, including the world of education, especially in Indonesia. The world of education, where previously the learning process was carried out in the classroom and school environment, is now forced to be carried out online. The aspect that is most difficult for students to achieve in online learning is an attitude, both social and spiritual attitudes which are shown by noble character behavior as a result of learning and habits taught in schools. The writing of this article is to identify the difficulty of providing noble moral education to students during the covid 19 pandemic, where the aim is to be able to provide knowledge of PAI teachers' efforts in improving students' noble character even with online learning during the covid 19 pandemics. The results of the discussion explain that PAI teachers must innovate in carrying out online learning by continuing to provide examples, habits, lectures, and prizes or punishments to students packaged in online learning. This will be interesting because learning is not monotonous lectures. Thus, the COVID-19 pandemic condition cannot be used as an excuse for PAI teachers, especially in providing knowledge transfer and printing students with noble character.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan unsur yang sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu pendidik mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Usaha yang dilakukan pendidik yaitu merancang Lembar Kerja Mahasiswa (LKM). LKM yang dirancang berbasis Inquiry sehingga mahasiswa difasilitasi untuk menemukan konsep sendiri. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah statistika pendidikan setelah belajar menggunakan LKM. Aspek motivasi yang dilihat yaitu aspek affect, self concept, dan effort.

Abstract

Abstract The study is triggered by the current students’ condition in the Islamic religious education class, which are mostly lack of participation, lack of activeness, and lack of acting with good character. To cope with the problems, this study implemented Active learning in Islamic religious education as a way to shape students’ Islamic characters in SMP N 4 Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of survey research. The results of calculations from questionnaire data or questionnaire distribution state that there is a positive and significant influence between the X variable "active learning approach" on Islamic religious education learning in shaping the Islamic character of students at SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Pinang. This is in accordance with the results of the calculation of a simple linear regression test, namely equal to 61.0%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This finding indicates that the initial hypothesis is accepted. Another finding from this research is that there are religious programs implemented by schools which are also a supporting factor in shaping the Islamic character of students

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic we have known courageous learning, this has happened as a phenomenon due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Where all activities from home, as well as in the field of education, especially at the elementary school level. Elementary school students where they still like to learn while playing and understand better with the information provided by the teacher through concrete objects or direct activities, have now turned completely virtual. This requires the creativity and innovation that teachers need to create fun learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning experienced during distance learning or distance learning, including the media used during bold learning as well as the strengths and obstacles found during the learning process. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, through four stages of analysis. The first data collection (data collection), the second data reduction (data reduction), the third data display (data presentation), and the fourth is drawing conclusions/verification (drawing conclusions and levers). The results of the study show that students who dare to take advantage of using applications that are often chosen, one of which is WhatsApp, because of the convenience and practicality of social media. Abstract

Pengorganisasian dalam dunia pendidikan sangat diperlukan dan sangat dibutuhkan baik itu pendidikan dibawah naungan pihak swasta maupun negeri. Ketika tujuan pendidikan itu telah dicapai maka seluruh pihak yang terlibat seperti sumber daya manusia, kompetensi dan fasilitas harus dipersiapkan secara matang dan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif atau penelitian doctrinal yang mana sumber data sekunder atau penelitan kepustakaan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menelaah bahan sekunder berupa buku ilmiah, jurnal, dan lain-lain. Yang dianalisis adalah Bahan sekunder atau penelitian kepustakaan kemudian dianalisis dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Organisasi sebagai salah satu fungsi manajemen pendidikan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: organisasi adalah aktivitas-aktivitas menyusun dan membentuk hubungan-hubungan sehingga terwujudlah kesatuan usaha dalam mencapai maksud-maksud dan tujuan-tujuan pendidikan. Jenis organisasi Lini dan staf sangat cocok diterapkan di sekolah. Karena kerjasama antara pendidik, tenaga kependidikan dan kepala sekolah sangat diperlukan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan sekolah. Abstract

The application of Albert Bandura's social learning theory in learning Islamic education has the aim to find out the concept of Albert Bandura's social learning theory at SD Negeri Jetis 2 Yogyakarta, the reality of the application of Albert Bnadura's social learning theory in learning Islamic religious education and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the application of Albert's social learning theory Bandura in learning Islamic religious education at SD Negeri Jetis 2 Yogyakarta. This type of research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources obtained from the principal, Islamic Education teachers, parents, and students. In collecting data by means of observation, interviews and data analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation of social learning theory from Albert Bandura in Islamic Education learning at SD Negeri Jetis 2 Yogyakarta went well with the concepts and principles of modeling (exemplary) with the use of media in the form of pictures and videos.

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the impact of watching Upin and Ipin cartoon series to religious moral development of 5-6 years old children. This research was motivated to know the positive and negative impacts of watching Upin and Ipin cartoon series to religious moral development of 5-6 years old children. Religious moral development was the children ability in behaving. Islam taught about the positive values that were useful in social life. This caused need religious moral development for 5-6 years old children. It was library research. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Documentation technique was used for collecting the data. Descriptive method was used for analyzing the data. The findings of this research showed that there were positive and negative impacts of watching Upin and Ipin cartoon series to religious moral development of 5-6 years old children. The positive impacts: children were more aware of religious morals themselves, in the family and in society or the environment. The negative impacts: children imitated the negative morals of the Upin and Ipin cartoon series.
