Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of learning mathematics during the online learning process and the obstacles in using the whatsapp group application in fourth grade elementary school students.This research is a qualitative research with the type of narrative research which was carried out in SD 2 Mlati Lor, Kota District, Kudus Regency. The subjects in this study were 6 students, 3 boys and 3 girls. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research obtained are that online learning using the Whatsapp Group application at SD 2 Mlati Lor runs well according to the applicable educational standards.The results showed that all educational units were on average in online learning using the Whatsapp Group Application. The results of learning mathematics at SD 2 Mlati Lor during online learning are good, as indicated by the complete score of all students. There are obstacles in the use of Whatsapp Group as a learning medium at SD 2 Mlati Lor, namely signal interference, lack of motivation, inadequate facilities, difficulty in understanding the material, full mobile memory and too many tasks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms of difficulties in online learning experienced by Elementary School Teacher Education students at Muria Kudus University during the covid-19 pandemic, and to describe the solutions taken by students to overcome difficulties while participating in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used is qualitative. The research location is on the Muria Kudus University campus in the Elementary School Teacher Education study program. The informants in this study were 20 fifth semester students who were taking PAKEM IPS courses and the learning was carried out online. Data collection techniques are filling out questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data used using data triangulation techniques. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative data analysis developed by Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion.The results of the study found that the forms of online learning difficulties experienced by fifth semester students were technical difficulties and difficulties in adapting. The technical difficulties referred to include limited internet quota, internet signals that are difficult to reach, unfavorable weather, sudden power outages, and limited supporting equipment. Furthermore, what is meant by difficulty in adapting is to divide the time, the home environment is not supportive, and college assignments are piling up. To overcome these difficulties, a solution is needed to overcome them. Technical difficulties in using the quota amount are overcome by saving on quota usage, difficulties in adapting the piling up college assignments are overcome by doing college assignments on time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of online learning on the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students.The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at SDN 2 Rengging. The research focus is the impact of the online learning process on learning outcomes in science and Indonesian subjects. The research informants were 13 consisting of one fourth grade teacher, six guardians and six students consisting of two high-ability students, two medium-ability students and two low-ability students. The data analysis stage in this study used source triangulation.The results of the study found that in the implementation of online learning at SDN 02 there were positive and negative impacts, but in the learning process at SDN 2 Rengging more highlighted the negative impact, namely students did not understand the material. This happens because the teacher only conveys the material without any direct explanation, the child's lack of motivation to learn, the memory is full, and there are too many assignments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify dyslexia disorders, and how to apply and treat them, so that they can help and reduce the impact of subsequent development. This research uses library research and the type of research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The data collection method is from the book "Innovations in Educational Psychology" by David Preiss and Robert J. Sternberg, as the main source (primary) and a review of other literatures that discuss the same research as this study as a second (secondary) source, to explore further opinions or views on dyslexia and its impact on development. The results of the study, dyslexia is one type of learning difficulty in children in the form of a reading disability, a symptom that is not caused by the ability of sight, hearing, intelligence, or language skills, but a disturbance in the brain's processing when receiving an information processing. Eye movement control, visual perception, understanding of orthographic, phonological, and semantic features of words, higher-order language and cognitive, storage, and concentration skills are all necessary for reading.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process and constraints of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class V SD N 2 Karangharjo.This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD N 2 Karangharjo. The data in this study were obtained using non-test techniques consisting of interviews, observation and documentation. Research instruments include interview sheets, and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques used interactive techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of this study show that the online learning process is carried out at SD N 2 Karangharjo through the whatsapp application where all the learning processes in the form of delivering materials, assignments, and collecting assignments are all through the whatsapp application and the implementation is also carried out in a bolster (mobile teacher). These efforts are quite effective because in improving the quality of learning with these efforts students are more enthusiastic about learning than independent learning at home, students can ask questions directly about materials that are not understood, and children can interact directly between educators and students.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the electronic comic ecosystems’ effectiveness (E-Mikosis) to increase students’ science spatial intelligence in fifth grade. E-Mikosis was developed through research and development (R D) with the ADDIE stages. The development consisted of needs analysis, design, product development and validation, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conduted descriptive type of experiment. The product trial carried out was a small-scale trial with a one-shot case study design. The subjects of this study were 6 students in grade fifth of SD 5 Karangebener. The data collection technique in this research was test. The instrument used was in the form of five essay questions based on sciences’ spatial intelligence indicators. The data analysis in this research used quantitative data analysis of descriptive type. The descriptive T-test (One sample t-test) was used to analyze the research data. The result of the descriptive T-test analysis showed the value of Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.031 0.05, then H0 was rejected. The coparison of thit=2.963 ttab=2.015, it mean that thit ttab (H0 was rejected). The analysis concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that the average scores of students’ science spatial intelligence test was ³ 75.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze of mathematical reasoning ability student grade IV from gender in SD N Galiran.This research is quantitative correlation with correlation method. The population this research is student of grade IV in SD N Galiran in study year of 2022/2023 and than 28 student and  sample with totally sampling technique. The instrument in the research is test questions of mathematical reasoning ability with 8 questions. The result in research get conclusion mathematical reasoning ability of male student is subordinate from female student with score presentation male student is 42,79% and female student is 57,20% and this research get conclusion to occur connection of mathematical reasoning ability with student gender with grade 0,142.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of parents in motivating children's learning in online learning in Gemiring Lor Village.The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, recording. The research was conducted in Gemmiring Lor Village. The object of research is the role of parents in motivating children's learning in online learning for children who are in grade IV and the informants are grade IV students, totaling 3 and their parents. The data analysis used is that there are three lines of qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that the role of people in increasing children's learning motivation during online learning during the pandemic by providing encouragement, mentoring for learning, and giving time to play first after that if it was time to study children had to learn to complete the tasks given by the teacher. In addition, giving rewards or prizes so that children have a desire to learn.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of Physics through group puzzle games in class XI MIPA 1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Rembang. This research is a classroom action research that will be carried out in August 2022. The subjects of this research were 36 students in class XI MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Rembang. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study used test and non-test techniques. The test instrument is in the form of evaluation questions, while the non-test instrument is in the form of student activity observation sheets. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques.The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes with the application of group puzzle games. The average score of students in pre-cycle was 63.64, increasing to 85.11 in cycle 1 and 87.75 in cycle 2. Student activity also increased from inactive pre-cycle conditions to students being actively involved in learning activities. This is because there are media used in the learning process that help students discuss each other in groups to better understand the concept of heat transfer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of  School Literacy (GLS) at SDN 2 Bangsri during limited PTM. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. The subjects of this study were school principals, fourth grade teachers, and fourth grade students. Data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. Data analysis used interactive analysis techniques with stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that SDN 2 Bangsri during the limited offline learning (PTM) continued to carry out the GLS but the implementation was less than optimal as in the habituation stage it was only done for 10 minutes and used theme books continuously, at the development stage students never wrote their reading results in journals, at the learning stage the teacher was less maximum in providing reference books to students.
