A sample of 262 students of class xi and obtained using simple random sampling technique. Data obtained from the Cyberbullying and Online Aggression Survey Instrument questionnaire and The Social and Emotional Competences Evaluation Questionnaire (QACSE) were then analyzed using the Spearman Rho correlation statistical test. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between Cyberbullying and social anxiety in adolescents. It was found that the higher the Cyberbullying obtained, the higher the social anxiety experienced by adolescents with a value of p = 0.000; r = 0.225 normal value p = 0.05, r = 1. There is a relationship between cyberbullying and social withdrawal in adolescents with a value of p = 0.009; r = 0.161 with a normal value of p = 0.05 and r = 1.Conclusion: Cyberbullying on social anxiety has a low and significant relationship with a negative direction where the higher the involvement of adolescents with cyberbullying is lower and Cyberbullying on social withdrawal has a low and significant relationship in a negative direction where the higher the adolescent involvement with cyberbullying is lower.

Abstract

Introduction: The Patient Safety Incidence (PSIs) is still a major problem in hospitals and each incident needs to be properly recorded and reported. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the reporting of patient safety incidents to nurses based on Kopelman's Theory approach.Method: Analytical descriptive research design with Cross-sectional approach. The population of all nurses and obtained samples of 121 nurses were taken using cluster random sampling. Independent variables were knowledge, motivation, rewards, training, and feedback. The dependent variable was the reporting of patient safety incidents. The instrument uses questionnaires and observations with logistic regression test analysis.Result: There was a relationship between rewards (p = 0.011), training (p = 0.007) and feedback (p = 0.030) with reporting patient safety incidents. But there was no relationship between knowledge and motivation with reporting of patient safety incidents. Conclusion: Increasing rewards, training, and feedback are things that influence PSIs reporting. So that management support in PSIs reporting is needed to improve the quality of services in hospitals.

The aim of this study was to understand the effect of clinical supervision of the Proctor Model against the ability in conducting nursing care assessment appropriately.Method: The type of study was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental pre-posttest control group design. The sampling method was a purposive sampling technique with 68 samples of nurse. Before and after conducting clinical supervision of the Proctor Model, the ability in conducting nursing care assessment of nurse was observed.Result: Data was analyzed by using Mann-Whitney that shows there was an effect of clinical supervision of the Proctor Model against the ability in conducting the nursing care assessment (p= 0.000).Conclussion: Normative function focused on monitoring and evaluation, formative function focused on knowledge and skill development, and restorative function focused on encouragement and motivation, thus clinical supervision of the  Proctor Model could be applied as one of solution to improve the ability of nurses in conducting nursing care assessment.
