Abstract

English is an international language which is learned by many people to catch up with the development of the world, especially in education, science, and technology. Therefore, it is very important to master it in order to be able to perform smooth communication with other people from other countries. Realizing the importance of English, the government of Indonesia has declared English as the first foreign language which is taught in Indonesia, starting from elementary school until university levels. The research is classroom action research (CAR), the aim of this research is to find the result of the implementing of integrative orientation. The first previous research is “ The Correlation Between The Students’ Motivation And The Students’ English Learning Achievement at the second semester of SMA PGRI 1 Bumi Nabung by Reza Pradana”. In this research found the information of the english learning achievement toward students’ motivation. The researcher assumed that motivation corelating the students’ achievement, in other words if the students’ want to get the good achievement especially english learning so the students’ must have good motivation too. It can be concluded that any corelation of motivation toward english learning achievement. This research, the researcher will use the Classroom Action Research (CAR), because classroom action research was one of the effort to increase the teaching program quality in all educational level intend Senior High School. Action research will be done the researcher or teacher as manager of teaching program. Classroom action research is mean that the teacher can know what do and dissolve the problem in their class.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa Madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Al- Mubarok Uman Agung jumlah sampel 80 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi belajar, dimana rxy = 0,555; p = 0,000 ( p < 0,050 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mubarok Uman Agung memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang tergolong tinggi, sebab nilai rata-rata empirik 97,354 selisihnya dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 77,5 melebihi bilangan SD atau SB sebesar 8,184, sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa tergolong tinggi sebab nilai rata-rata empiric 135,658 selisihnya dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 110 melebihi bilangan SD atau SB sebesar 11,613.

Abstract

This paper entitled “A Study on the Students Ability in Identifying Verbal and Nominal Sentences at the Eighth Grade Student of SMP N 05 Bonai Darussalam”. The research is a descriptive research, intended to know the students’ ability in constructing verbal and nominal sentences at eighth grade student of SMP N 05 Bonai Darussalam. The subject of this research is the eighth grade student of SMP N 05 Bonai Darussalam. The object of this research is the students’ ability constructing verbal and nominal sentence. The population of this research is the eighth grade student of SMP N 05 Bonai Darussalam. There is one class of population. Total numbers of students are 34.The researcher uses the total sampling. The result of this research showed that the student’s ability in constructing verbal and nominal sentences at eighth grade student of SMP N 05 Bonai Darussalam falls to good level. This can be seen on the results of the test conducted by the researcher. The researcher got the total score of the whole students is 2555. So, the average score of the students is 75,15. Based on the score above, student’s ability in constructing verbal and nominal sentences at eighth grade student of SMP N 05 Bonai Darussalam falls to good level.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to invest the effect of implementation of hypnoteaching toward eleventh grade to increase students’ speaking ability. The research was facused to know the significant effect of implementation hypnoteaching method at MA YASMI DURI. The population are 42 persons of eleventh grade that consists of two classes and the sample are 16 persons of IPA 1 Class. The research design was pre-experiment with pre-test and post-test design. The are two variables, they are hypnoteaching method and speaking ability, and then to analyze the data obtained,the research used Paired sample T-test. Based on the data analysis and its result, the writer knows that mean score of students in pre – test was 50.5 and mean score of students in post-test was 67.25 and the result of paired sample T-test was Tvalue = 6,898, by df is 15. Based on the table of Tvalue, for df 15, Ttable significant 5% is 2,13 and Ttable significant 1% is 2,95. The writer can make a conclusion that implementation of hypnoteaching method toward speaking ability is categorized in “Ha” level based on the experiment classroom, and there is significant effect of implementation of hypnoteaching method toward eleventh grade student speaking ability at IPA 1 class. the result indicate that there is significant effect difference on implementation hypnoteaching method, where post-test improvement score than the pre-test score.
