Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving the performance of cooperatives that can give a positive impact in achieving the objectives of the cooperative. Through performance measurement, cooperatives are encouraged to try to provide good value for organizational activities, business, and improve service cooperatives to its members and the community. When the competence of individual, work motivation, employee satisfaction is low then cooperative members, it’s can not provide maximum service and indirectly it will affect the performance of the cooperative. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect individual competence, work motivation, and employee satisfaction on the performance of cooperatives in Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung.

Abstract

Islam is very concerned about all aspects of human beings, ranging from the smallest things to the great things. Both those relating to God and with humans. This lack of ethics in learning makes the attention of all parties. Learning ethics has been formulated on the function and purpose of education for the future of the nation. Book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta-'allim This book is a book of morals that much studied and practiced as a guide cottage. The type of research is field research. The nature of this research is descriptive research Sources of data in this study is divided into two kinds, namely primary sources and secondary sources. Informants are important objects in a study. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of data with tri angulation. While data analysis with data reduction, presentation of data withdrawal and verification. The results showed that .1) Learning contents of the book Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim, ie learning offered by Hashim Ash'ari is a learning-based ethics of learning santri who are dipenanaman ethics learn santri, 2) The obstacles encountered in the planting of ethical learning santri constraints, perhaps when explaining it sebahagian santri who do not really care about the ethics of learning, practical things such as daily practice does not go in the material. System Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubarok is less supportive in the ethics of student learning santri so santri when asked the meaning of so many things that must be taught and memorized so as to burden the santri. 3) Efforts to overcome learning obstacles in the book Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim in Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubarok this done

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain Relationship of intellectual intelligence with learning outcomes Aqidah Ahlak learners MA Al-Mubarok, Relationship of spiritual intelligence with learning outcomes Aqidah ahlak students MA Al-Mubarok, the relationship of intellectual and spiritual intelligence together with learning outcomes Aqidah Ahlak students MA Al-Mubarok. This study uses a quantitative approach.Population of 220 students and 44 samples with random sampling technique. The research data collected using questionnaires and documents. Tehknis data analysis of this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are (1) There is a relationship of intellectual intelligence with learning outcomes Aqidah Akhlak learners MA Al-Mubarok this is based on result (thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.573> 2.020 with significan to 0,014 di mana < 0,050,014 where < 0,05. (2) There is a relationship of spiritual intelligence with learning outcomes Aqidah Akhlak Students MA Al-Mubarok this is based on result thitung ˃ ttabel yaitu 2.571 lebih besar dari ttabel 2.020 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,014 di mana < 0,05.(3) There is a relationship between intellectual and spiritual intelligence with the results of learning Aqidah Akhlak together with the learning outcomes Aqidah Ahlak students MA Al-Mubarok this is based on result signifikansi Fhitung˃Ftabel yaitu 11.847 lebih besar dari F tabel 0,323 dengan Sig Uji F: 0,000< 0,05 this shows acceptance to hypothesis there is positive relation which significant of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence together with result of learning of Al-Mubarok’s student moral behavior

Abstract

Writing is one of the very penting.melalui language skills to write someone will be able to more easily convey the message in writing and can understand and remember the message from a script or text. However, writing the Arabic language itself is inseparable from the ability to master handwriting}. Without an understanding of khat} good, allows a person to experience an error in writing the Arabic alphabet even in understanding the message of an Arabic text. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the ability of the Mastery of Arabic handwriting and religious behavior of a person.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of school committees in supporting the improvement of the quality of education in Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Metro Center Metro City. This research uses qualitative method. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Subjects in the study were Principal, Vice Principal, School Committee. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. The role of the school committee as a consideration, the role of school committees in raising funds, the role of school committees as supervisors, and the role of school committees in responding to complaints, criticism and aspirations of parents. The collected data is then analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. Data analysis comes from manuscripts, interviews, field notes, documentation and observation. The document is described so as to provide clarity to reality or reality. The results of research on the role of school committees in improving the quality of education management can be concluded that the school committee Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Metro Center can perform the role well. The role of the school committee as a consideration, the role of school committees in raising funds, the role of school committees as supervisors, and the role of school committees in responding to complaints, criticisms and parents' aspirations by school committees can support improving the quality of education.

Abstract

The emergence of the idea of character education in education is one of the efforts to improve the quality of education. This idea arises because the process of education that has been done has not been fully successful in building a noble berkakarkter Indonesian people, in accordance with religious teachings and noble values of Indonesia. Educational tendencies are more emphasis on cognitive aspects, resulting in the incessant morality in the lives of learners. In addition, current education tends to forget the moral dimension and character in teaching and learning, resulting in learners who are knowledgeable but not able to take advantage of the knowledge learned in everyday life. The purpose of this research is to know the values that are implanted to the students in character education in MA Al-Mubarok Bandar Mataram Lampung Tengah and the implementation of character education in MA Al-Mubarok Bandar Mataram Lampung Tengah. This study is based on the problems of daily student behavior is still not in accordance with the values of characters taught, and character education has not been implemented optimally in routine activities and school culture.

Abstract

Education gives a very large contribution to the progress of a nation, and a vehicle in national character building. This condition is requires the participation of people to contribute in improving quality of education in schools. Community participation in improving the quality of education in schools can be realized in the form of independent agencies called the school committee. Abstract

Discussing polygamy always supports Islam which clearly allows polygamy on the basis of QS. An-Nisa> (3: 4), here the author tries to describe polygamy from a human rights perspective regardless of religious and social contexts. So as not to marginalize women in this context. It is clear that polygamy exists in Islam indirectly to elevate the status of women who are in an equal position with men. And polygamy was a form of executive in a special situation at that time, not an order to have more than one wife.

Abstract

Humans are created in the world with the potential in themselves as provisions for living in the world and preparing for the afterlife. Humans are given the task not only as a caliph who controls life in the world, but at the same time they are given the task of being a servant who must worship Allah SWT. not only social and individual beings but also religious beings who have theological aspects in living life in the world. The potential in every human being born will continue to grow along with the physical development of their bodies. Correct guidance will make the spiritual potential in children develop optimally. One way to optimize spiritual potential in children is to memorize Asmaul Husna as early as possible. Asmaul Husna or the beautiful names of Allah SWT is a means for every human being to get closer to the creator. With Asmaul Husna Allah SWT promises various kinds of goodness both in this world and in the hereafter. By looking at the aspects of development in children, the habit of reciting Asmaul Husna will have a positive impact on the spiritual development of children.

Abstract

Manusia mancari makna keberadaan di dunia bukan pada hakikat manusia sendiri, melainkan pada sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan dirinya. Eksistensi sangat erat kaitannya dengan sifat keberadaan sebuah objek, sehingga dengan adanya eksistensi maka manusia akan mengerti hakikat keberadaan diri mereka di dunia ini. Karena kemandirian berasal dari kata “diri”, maka pembahasan mengenai kemandirian tidak bisa lepas dari pembahasan tentang perkembangan diri itu sendiri, yang dalam konsep Carl Rogers di sebut dengan istilah self, karena diri itu merupakan inti dari kemandirian. Hal ini terlihat jelas dari beberapa peraturan dan sanksi di pondok pesantren yang secara sengaja diadakan untuk menunjang terciptanya kepatuhan dan kemandirian santri dalam melaksanakan kehidupannya sehari-hari, walaupun tetap saja semua itu kembali kepada kepribadian masing-masing santri dan kecerdasan emosi yang dimilikinya. Studi pendahuluan dan observasi terhadap pondok pesantren Hidayatul Mubarok yang berlokasi di desa Uman Agung, Kecamatan Bandar Mataram terdapat fenomena yang berhubungan dengan kemandirian santri dalam kehidupan di pondok pesantren. Ketika anak itu di masukkan kesebuah Pondok Pesantren maka ada kewajiban dari Pondok Pesantren dalam meningkatkan kemandirian santri tersebut, agar mereka dapat hidup dan tinggal jauh dari orangtuanya Kemandirian merupakan adanya indikasi unsur-unsur tanggung jawab, percaya diri, inisiatif, memiliki motivasi yang kuat untuk maju, demi kebaikan dirinya, mantap mengambil keputusan sendiri, tidak menggantungkan diri pada orang lain, memiliki hasrat untuk berkompetisi dengan orang lain, mampu mengatasi hambatan, melakukan sesuatu dengan tepat, gigih dalam usaha, mampu mengatur kebutuhanya sendiri, dan tegas dalam bertindak serta menguasi tugas yang diembannya. Kemandirian adalah kemampuan mengambil keputusan sendiri dengan atau tanpa bantuan orang lain, yang relevan, tetapi tidak menggantungkan diri kepada orang lain, berinisiatif untuk mengatasimasalah yang dihadapi, percaya diri dalam mengatasi tugas-tugas, dan bertanggung jawab atas apa yang telah dilakukan. Mandiri emosi adalah aspek kemandirian yang berhubungan dengan perubahan pendekatan atau keterkaitan hubungan emosional individu, terutama sekali dengan orang tua atau orang dewasa lainya yang banyak melakukan interaksi dengan dirinya. Ciri-ciri kemandirian yang Pertama, kemandirian emosional.
