Abstract

The role of BPRs in providing capital assistance to MSME business units, still has to deal with the internal management of the bank's own management. This must be understood because one of the factors to assess the health of a BPR is to look at the NPL (Non- Performing Loan) ratio, calculated from the total loans that fall into the non -current category, divided by the total credit given. Where is the maximum ratio determined by Bank Indonesia, which is below 5%. This means that if a BPR has an NPL ratio above 5%, then it can be assumed that there is a failure in implementing an inefficient and ineffective lending strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors that influence the high NPL of rural banks (BPR), especially from credit lending strategies. In addition, economic conditions and business competition and forecasting of future conditions, conduct training for AO to sharpen credit analysis, ensure that the process of submission and disbursement of credit quickly and easily provides various alternative options for debtors to pay their credit, providing standard procedure for granting credit, conducting a survey of the place of business against the submission of business credit. The research objective is to analyze 1) the influence of BP's internal conditions on the lending strategy. 2) Analyzing the effect of Credit Giving Strategy on Non -Performing Loans. The research method uses a survey method with a multiple linear regression approach to obtain information on the influence of both of these. The results of the study show that 1) the internal condition of the BPR has a positive and significant effect on the lending strategy (the condition of the organization within the organization and formally has direct and specific implications on BPR). 2) that the lending strategy has a negative and significant effect on NPL. The lending strategy applied by BPRs is a means to control the development of credit thrown into the market by the BPR.

Abstract

The term organization has two general meanings. First, the organization is defined as an institution or functional group, for example: a company, a school, an association, government agencies. Second, referring to the organizing process, namely how work is organized and allocated among members, so that the goals of the organization can be effectively achieved. While the organization itself is defined as a group of people with a system of cooperation to achieve common goals. There are two help words contained in the Qur'an to study this organization. The word is Shaff and the Ummah. The word shaff inspires the concept that organizations must have members, consisting of people, in a place, there is order, purpose, leader, delegation of authority and responsibility, and there is sincere intention and struggle in the way of God. The conclusion that the organizational structure at the time of the Messenger of Allāh if reached the khalifah and is now almost the same, only different ideologies. Formerly using the law of Allah SWT, based on the Qur'an and hadith, while at this time we use the Pancasila ideology, using two sources of law: the civil / criminal law of the Dutch heritage and the compilation of Islamic law. At the time of Islam, financial instruments focus on the zakat and tax sectors, while for our government today we use more tax financial instruments. Organizations in the view of Islam are not merely a container, but rather emphasize how a job is done neatly. The organization places more emphasis on regulating work mechanisms. every person who accepts the leadership task that the highest leadership belongs to Allah, for that the leadership given and carried out must always refer to the basic concepts bui lt in Islam. The thing that must be realized that in a good organization must also be accompanied by Islamic values including sincerity, togetherness and sacrifice.

Abstract

Since independence, Indonesia has experienced seven changes of national leadership. Starting from Soekarno, Soeharto, BJ Habibie, Abdurahman Wahid, Megawati, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), to Joko Widodo. During that time, foreign debt is always present to patch the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, inflation and government regime differences on economic growth and poverty levels in Indonesia, from the Old Order era, the New Order, to the Reform Order. The study used secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, national income (Gross Domestic Product / GDP), population, number and ratio of the poor, inflation rate in the period 1949 - 2017. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variable (using Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt has correlation with the national economic condition, in particular the value of Indonesian Gross Domestic Product and the level of poverty. Debt tends to increase the value of GDP and reduce poverty. In terms of debt governance as a driver of the economy and poverty, the Suharto and Habibie Era tend to be different and better than the Sukarno Era. While the debt management of Era Abdurrahman Wahid, Era Megawati, Era SBY and Era Jokowi no different or no better than Era Sukarno. Although nationally can increase GDP and reduce poverty, debt can not improve people's prosperity (read per capita income). Foreign debt even tends to reduce the level of welfare of the people. This applies to all government regimes.

Abstract

The principle of profit sharing in syaria'ah banking is the main and most important principle, because profit (profit sharing) is the reward (wages) for business and capital while Mudharabah deposits are time deposits with a Mudharabah agreement where the owner of the funds (shahibul maal) entrusts his funds by the bank to be managed or acts as a mudharib with profit sharing according to the agreed ratio from the start The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the nominal profit sharing has an effect on the number of Mudharabah deposit customers at BPR Syariah Amanah Umah period 2013–2015. The sample in this study is BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah for the period 2013-2015. This type of research is a quantitative research with the methods of collecting interview data, documentation and observation. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from published financial data and from interviews with BPRs. The analytical tool used is linear regression, then the data is processed using SPSS 21 to test classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results of analysis Based on the results of the t test above, it can be seen that the profit sharing of 12 months deposits and the presence of an office have a positive and significant e ffect in influencing the variable number of Mudharabah deposit customers and negatively affecting the profit sharing of 6 months deposits. Based on the results of the F statistical test above, it can be seen that all independent variables (6 months profit sharing, 12 months profit sharing and office presence) together have a significant effect on the number of deposit customers at BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah Based on the coefficient of determination (R² ) amounting to 0.557 which means the number of Mudharabah customers at BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah can be explained by independent variables of 55.7% and the remaining 45.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this research model.
