Abstract

Natural dyes is a coloring technique using raw materials from nature, the absorbed color will blend with the fibers in the fabric. Every plant has the potential to be fabric dyes. The ecoprint and ecodyeing technique is defined as the process of transferring colors and shapes to fabric through direct contact. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of the natural coloring technique of sweet potato leaf ecoprint with the use of chalk, alum and tunjung fixators. The natural coloration of ecoprint sweet potato leaves with chalk, alum and tunjung fixators, has several different results. From the results of the study concluded that the manufacture of ecoprint fabric with sweet potato leaves must use a fixing agent as a color locking agent and chalk fixator is superior to be used in the fixation process because if the fabric is washed it does not fade easily . Abstract

Smart city is a necessity and no longer a hope, but it has already happened, with the progress of information technology that is increasingly sophisticated and very fast, then changes occur in everyday human life, where humans have united themselves with technology. This journal is a development of two journals - The Future Of IS / IT Strategic Planning In WCC, Australia version 1.0 and the journal analysis of the Wollongong city council using 7s of Galliers and Sutherland methods version 2.0. Furthermore, the focus of this journal - and at the same time the problem is that targets of high quality human resources have not been met; the application of technology and its use; and how the balance between HR and technology can be maintained very well. The results of this journal are the stages that can be carried out by each region in developing human resources and how the technology can help in regional development. Abstract

One of the real sectors that currently gets priority from the government is the creative economy, this can be seen by the formation of a special body that is responsible for promoting creative economic growth in Indonesia, through Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 Year 2015 concerning the Creative Economy Agency, the Creative Economy Agency ( Bekraf), but based on the submission of the Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Agus Martowardojo at the exhibition of BI assisted MSMEs at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Friday (8/26/2016), there could be 3, three Indonesians, namely: limited access to credit, creative industries too do not have broad access to international markets, limited human resources and skills. This research aims to realize a communicationinformation-education media that synergizes government institutions, financial institutions, research institutions and creative industries, so as to facilitate the creative industry players to obtain various things needed for development, can help, and improve their positivity, thus increasing the industry creative to be more competitive in the industrial era 4.0. Abstract

Peat water has a brown color, humic acid content, organic substances, iron and pH levels are very high. To overcome the problem of peat water to be made clean water need to be processing first. Continuous processing of peat water includes; Neutralization, aeration, coagulation – flokulation, and filtration is a complete set of processes but is packaged in a simple form. This process is designed according to the condition and level of education of rural communities in peat water treatment. This study was conducted at a shelter in the village of Peunaga Cut Ujong Meurebo West Aceh. This research aims to reduce acidity, color, turbidity, flavor, iron (Fe), Zeng (Zn), organic matter, nitrate (NO3), and Nitrit (NO2). The research method is an experimental that is directly applied in the field. From the laboratory results in the UPTD Health Banda Aceh has been conducted test water quality before and after processing there are significant results. The results of experimental studies through the simple design of continuous processing using natural materials such as gravel, sand, charcoal and palm fiber and the chemical filling of the capor and alum obtained the results of color dissipation achieved 93.3%, pH of 98.3%, turbidity/cloudiness reached 91.9%, organic substance (KMNO4) of 73.3%, hardness of 39.7%, iron (Fe) 94.6%, zinc (Zn) of 91.09%, Flurode 77.33%, Nitrate (NO 3) of 80.04%, and Nitrit (NO 2) 99.31%. Meanwhile, the result of peat water is no smell and feel. The results of this trial are still under the standard quality of Permenkes RI No. 416/Menkes/PER/IX/1990 on the water quality requirements. Abstract

Water plants are the hydrophytic plants that occupy the highest ecology in aquatic environments. Alternanthera reinickii and Ludwigia sp are freshwater ornamental plants that are in great deman d of aquascape lovers market. Plant tissue culture is a technique to grow the growing parts of plants, either in the form of cells, tissues or organs in aseptic conditions in vitro. The study was conducted on 15 January to 15 April 2018, at the Center for Biotechnology Research and Bogor Agricultural Genetic Resources. This research is done by using experiment method in laboratory. From the results of research on ornamental plants Alternanthera reinickii data obtained on the leaf paremeter giving regeneration substances grow the type of BAP with a concentration of 0.3 ml / l capable of producing the largest number of leaves. In shoot height parameters obtained the highest results using Kinetin treatment concentration 0.1 ml / l. In the parameter of shoot num ber of growth regulator substances BAP concentration of 0.5 ml / l resulted in the largest number of shoots. In the parameter of the root number of BAP treatment with the concentration of 0.3 ml / l shows the largest number of roots. In contrast to the ornamental plant Ludwigia sp BAP treatment of 0.1 ml / l concentration is able to produce the highest number of leaves In the parameters of shoot BAP treatment at low concentrations of 0.1 ml / l. on the parameters of BAP treatment buds concentration of 0.3 m l / l resulted in the largest number of shoots. Abstract

Pekalongan City targets in 2019 all villages with ODF status, so that Pekalongan City can be achieved 100% of open defecation. This strategic step must continue to be pursued, considering that as of March 2019 there were still 14 villages that had not yet reached 100% ODF, namely: Kelurahan Tirto, Pringrejo, Pasirkratonkramat, Kalibaros, Setono, Gamer, Panjang Baru, Panjang Wetan, Padukuhan Kraton, Bandengan, Krapyak, Degayu, Jenggot and Sokoduwet (Dinas Kesehatan, 2019). BABS behavior and unreachable pillars of STBM have an impact on the high increase in cases of environmental-based diseases. The results of Restu Prasetyo, et al., 2017 in the Indonesian Population journal found that 1 in 25 children under five suffer from diarrhea each year. This research method uses qualitative design with in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation totaling 28 people consisting of village heads and BABS actors at the research locus. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews and observations. Data processing uses the stages of reduction, narrative building and pattern matching. The results of the mapping of the causes of the problem of not achieving 100% ODF at 14 loci due to 4 aspects (environment, behavior, and health services), in addition the results of the study found two approaches to the acceleration of 100% ODF through behavioral engineerin g and the application of Tripikon WC in areas with tidal conditions. Conclusion 1. The causes of BABS (defecation) in Pekalongan City are three things seen from the environmental aspect (tidal conditions, settlements close to streams or rice fields / gardens), behavior (the perpetrators are not accustomed to using the family toilet) and also services health (there is still no massive BABS stop campaign, and there is no elaboration from other agencies related to the achievement of ODF in Pekalongan City), 2. Two models are formulated, namely the behavioral engineering model and Tripikon toilet to accelerate 100% ODF in Pekalongan City. Suggestions for adopting behavioral engineering models and the application of Tripikon WC in rob affected areas require close collaboration and synergy (Government, Community, Higher Education, and Private) to implement them. Abstract

Tobal Batik is a home industry that is engaged in the production and sale of batik cloth and batik clothing that is located at Jalan Terai No. 24 Pekalongan The number of other home industries which are engaged in selling batik has quite prospective business opportunities. The increasingly tight competition among batik sellers requires Tobal Batik management to be able to anticipate the emergence of threats from competitors and be able to take advantage of the opportunities and strengths the company has. To achieve this goal, Tobal Batik needs to pay attention to two main factors in the company, namely external and internal factors. External factors are factors that are not influenced by company policy, while internal factors can be influenced by company policy to optimize sales volume that is entirely within the control of the company. To analyze these external and internal factors, a purposive samplin can be used whose purpose is to determine the position of Tobal Batik in the market based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the company has. Whereas in analyzing business opportunities and the extent to which products produced by Tobal Batik are able to compete in the market, it will be analyzed using the MDTI matrix which serves to see the marketing position of Tobal Batik based on market growth and market share. In order to create a competitive space, companies need to make plans in marketing strategies, so that product sales can increase in the market and provide benefits for the company. Abstract

The promotion of batik products in the Pekalongan batik city needs to be carried out so that it can be better known to the community, but is constrained by the limited working hours available. On the other hand President Joko Widodo stressed that the need to create a virtual trade exhibition, so that buyers can interact without the need to wait for an exhibition or are constrained by time. To respond to the appeal of Mr. Joko Widodo, through the development of virtual reality tenology which has also given birth to virtual tour innovations, a virtual tour village based on virtual tour will be built, so that batik artisans will have more time to promote their products, as well as visitors / consumers who have not had time to come to the batik village, will still be able to see the atmosphere of the existing batik village by accessing the digital batik village application of Pekalongan batik city based on virtual tour, and keep interacting with Pekalongan batik craftsmen, whenever and wherever. The application of this research will have a positive impact on several parties, namely: 1) batik artisans, 2) visitors / consumers, and 3) Pekalongan city government. The existence of digital batik villages based on virtual tours will be a new breakthrough / new paradigm in creating and managing batik villages so that they can be visited from anywhere and anytime. Abstract

Pekalongan City is one of the batik producers in the national even international level. Besides batik tourism, Pekalongan City also has many interesting places that need to be explored. Therefore many hotels and culinary tours have sprung up. The obstacle faced by tourists is the number of hotels and culinary locations which are quite difficult to detect because they are not on the Pantura line. Responding to these problems, it is necessary to make an application that can handle these problems, one of them is the application of location based service to introduce hotels and culinary t ours in the city of Pekalongan based on augmented reality. In making the application using the waterfall method used for software development. As for the collection of data using observation and interview methods. This application can find out the destination location and the information available at its destination. By using the application you can find out the destination location in more detail, because in the application can know the position of the location to be located on the right or the left, so it's easier to find the location. Abstract

Pekalongan is the most famous batik city in Indonesia. UNESCO was crowned Pekalongan as the most creative batik city. Along with the coronation of Batik city, emerging problems related to the pollution of waste batik that ultimately damage the environment. It needs to be done fast and environmentally friendly batik waste processing. One alternative is the processing of batik waste using membrane technology. To know the performance of membrane nanofiltration in color allowance, COD, BOD, TSS, and metal Pb used batik liquid waste with different concentrations. This research was conducted to analyse the influence of pressure (4, 5, and 6 bar) against flux and the degree of windection of each of the parameters. The optimum pressure of membrane nanofiltration for all parameters is 6 bar. The results showed that the results of the rejection of colorants, COD, BOD, TSS and Pb respectively without dilution, 10 times dilution, 20 times dilution, 30 times in successive dilution is (98,29%-99.87%), (92,10-100%), (100%), (99,25-100%), ( 95,25-100%). The results showed that the color allowance, COD, BOD, TSS and Pb Metal had fulfilled the quality standards for the optimum pressure of 6 bar according to Ministry of Environment Regulation No. 5 year 2004 and Local Regulations of Central Java No. 5 year 2012.
