Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of online marketing and service quality on purchasing decisions at furniture store Rumah Q-ta in Sukabum City. This research category is categorized as descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the consumer of furniture store Rumah Q-ta in Sukabumi City. The research sample was 100 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Further testing the fulfillment of classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis which includes the t statistical test and F statistical test. The result showed that partially and simultaneously online marketing and service quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision variables. Consumers view the online marketing of furniture store Rumah Q-ta as very attractive and good, the service quality is under what consumers want.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent of the influence of product diversity and trust in online buying interest during the Covid-19 pandemic in the millennial community in Sukabumi. This type of research is categorized as a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population is all millennials in Sukabumi. In this study, the number of samples used 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Testing the quality of the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The next test is testing the fulfillment of classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis, including t statistical testing and F statistics. The results of the study found that partially and simultaneously product diversity and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase interest variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) on TikTok social media on Brand Image and its impact on buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products in Sukabumi City. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis using the SPSS program. The population of this research is the people of the city of Sukabumi who use social media, TikTok. The location is in the city of Sukabumi, West Java. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of research samples to be used is 100 people. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on brand image and had an impact on consumer buying interest. Based on the information they get from consumer reviews via TikTok social media, the people of Sukabumi can find out the quality and benefits of the Scarlett whitening product.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic hit the economy in the micro business sector, so there needs to be a role from the government, especially from the local government, the purpose of this study is to find out the development of entrepreneurship by developing new types of businesses or new products. The object of research is several types of micro businesses that can survive the current pandemic, in the microeconomic sector. The research method is descriptive qualitative, which can be done through three inflow of activities, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The result of this research is the development of new businesses both in terms of product design and type of business. The conclusion is that there is a business incubator to be able to develop a new entrepreneurial spirit and reduce entrepreneurship for young entrepreneurs in Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

The main factor in this study aims to find out what learning innovations were carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, then what is the impact of implementing learning innovations, and want to see them supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing learning innovations carried out by the 9 Kampung Baru Elementary School, Simpang District. Four districts of Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the learning innovations that were carried out were emphasized on: First, the delivery of Islamic Religious Education materials that applied four learning innovations, namely the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy, PowerPoint media, mobile communication media, and social media as well as a religious practice competition. Second, the impact of implementing learning innovations during the Covid-19 pandemic can be seen in the following two things: a) students become trained to relate lessons learned with what is happening in the environment at that time, b). Changes in student attitudes are getting better. Third, Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors for the implementation of Learning Innovation in Islamic Religious Education Subjects: 1) the supporting factors for PAI learning innovation are as follows: a. Teacher ability. b). Students' abilities. c). Facilities and infrastructure. 2). Inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning innovation, among others, are as follows: a) Teacher limitations. b) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. c). Students' diverse psychological abilities and souls.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of internal control of accounts receivable against the risk of bad debts. The author finds that this research is important to become new knowledge about internal control of accounts receivable in a company. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the PT. Radhar Delta Bersaudara, Sidoarjo branch. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the internal control of accounts receivable for the risk of bad debts at PT. Radhar Delta Bersaudara has done very well as evidenced by a decrease in the number of uncollectible accounts from 2015-2019.

Abstract

PT Gerai Terpadu Indonesia is a national level service company, especially in the field of maintenance services for 3 Kg LPG gas cylinders. From the initial survey, it was known that there were weaknesses in the performance of employees at PT Gerai Terpadu Indonesia as seen from the high absence of employees which could affect company performance. This study aims to analyze whether motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and analyzes whether motivation and commitment of employees simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The sample in this study were employees at PT Gerai Terpadu Indonesia. The data research method in this research is using a questionnaire to the entire population of 35 people and data obtained from the company. The results of the percentage descriptive calculation research show that the F test results show F-value = 4.675 with a significance value = 0.016 <0.05, which means that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected or which means that motivation and commitment of employees together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance employees. The t-test results of the motivation variable obtained t-value = 2.161 with a significance value = 0.033 <0.05, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-test results of the employee commitment variable obtained t-value = 2.357 with a significance value = 0.020 <0.05, which means that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected or which means that employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to know the development and role of social media as an effort to market online businesses, business motivation to increase sales during the Covad-19 pandemic. Optimization of social media as a business strategy of SMEs, constraints of SMEs in optimizing social media for online businesses. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study. Based on the results of the study shows that internet use during the covid-19 pandemic is increasing rapidly, 3 social media are often visited, namely Facebook, Instagram, and youtube. In online marketing, social media has several important roles including effective branding and promotion. Factors that motivate SMEs to start a business include economic success drive, confidence in self-capability,  self-esteem,  social responsibility, freedom to manage a business,  fondness for the work pursued; and, and role model. Optimization of social media as an SME business strategy, among others, is consistently doing business every day to increase sales. While the obstacles faced by SMEs in optimizing social media for online businesses are cost-leadership, differentiation,  and focus. Abstract

Bank Kalsel Cabang Utama Banjarmasin always improve customers services. The improvement need the high performance of employee. The Performance is influenced by organizational commitment, work discipline, and employee morale. To analyzing the influence commitment, work discipline, and employee morale to the performance need the research. This research uses quantitative method. The population is all members of this research 74 employee. The population are consist of 74 respondens. Technique of sampling is used census. This research sample 74 employee. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis The results of this research shows that commitment, work discipline, and employee morale have influence significantly to the performance partially and together. So commitment, work discipline, and employee morale are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance.

Abstract

Career options are certainly something that should be considered by most students, especially career interests in taxation. A career in taxation is certainly not a profession that is mostly in the interest of students but to learn more about taxation, students will increase their knowledge by doing tax brevet. This research was conducted to find out if there are differences in career interest in the field of student taxation STIE PGRI Dewantara before and after doing tax brevet. Career interest in taxation is a desire of students in determining a career, especially in the field of taxation not only to be a tax consultant but also in the field of tax finance, while to support a career in the field of taxation it is necessary to add insight through the tax brevet where the tax brevet in STIE PGRI Dewantara consists of brevet A /B. This study uses a sample of 167 students of STIE PGRI Dewantara who have followed the tax brevet. Data collection method using questionnaires, data analysis using different test paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the interest of career students in the field of taxation before and after attending the tax brevet.
