Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan driver go-jek sebelum dan saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dan dengan teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan secara snowball sampling sebanyak 12 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara melalui telepon, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase kemudian di interpretasikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan driver go-jek di Kota Medan mengalami penurunan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Go-jek, Covid-19

Abstract

Research that has been carried out at LAZISMU Medan City through the MSME Empowerment Program by providing assistance in the form of business capital and productive facilities using zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) funds to MSME actors. With the MSME empowermwnt program, it is hoped that it can help increase mustahik’s business. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the potential of the ZIS funds from LAZISMU for the development of MSMEs; (2) knowing the ZIS fund distribution system carried out by LAZISMU Medan City; (3) as well as knowing the results of the distribution of ZIS funds to the development of MSMEs in Medan City. In this study using qualitative research methods with data collection starting from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that the potential of ZIS funds is very helpful for mustahik in developing their business. In the LAZISMU MSME empowerment program using two system, namely the offense system and the submission system which are expected to be able to improve the community’s economy, and for the results of the distribution of ZIS funds there are several MSMEs that have increased income, but there are also MSMEs that have decreased income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mobile banking services on the number of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. KCP Stabat. The research method used in this study is quantitative using simple linear regression analysis techniques. It was obtained that in the R2 test the coefficient of determination was 0.225 (22.5%). That is, the number of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. KCP Stabat was affected by mobile banking services by 22.5% The remaining 77.5% was influenced by other factors besides mobile banking services. The t test showed that tcount (3,489) > ttable (1.68). That is, mobile banking services have a significant effect on the number of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. KCP Stabat with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The result of the mobile banking service variable regression coefficient is 0.413 which means that if the variable value of mobile banking services increases by 1, it will be followed by an increase in the number of customers saving by 0.394 so that the better mobile banking services performed, the higher the level of public savings.

Abstract

The results of the research that can be taken from this research are, in financing the house renovation at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Branch Office, the multi-contract used is the murabahah bil wakalah contract, when viewed from the sharia basis there is no argument that prohibits combining murabahah and wakalah contracts. , then the law is allowed, but the implementation of this multi-contract is not in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa and Fiqh Muamalah, because the implementation of murabahah and wakalah contracts is carried out together in practice, before the goods are legally owned by the bank. the customer needs in accordance with the Budget Plan (RAB) for house renovation after the disbursement is complete, so that there is gharar in the object of the contract, because it is not known whether the goods purchased by the customer are in accordance with what was agreed upon because of the absence of reporting, so that the implementation of the wakalah contract on Home Renovation Financing at Bank Sumut Syariah, it is necessary to consider go back.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of marketing mix in an effort to increase sales at Muslimah Tanjung Pura boutiques. The type of research used in this research is the qualitative type using descriptive analysis methods. Data collection is done through observation, structured interviews or interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the Muslimah Boutique "Emma Collection" has implemented a marketing mix in running its business. Starting with planning, developing and releasing their products by following the trend of every time the latest Muslim fashion model production among the community. In addition, in the Muslim fashion store "Emma Collection" is carried out promotion by installing banners / brands in front of the store, through social media, namely Facebook and Blackberry Masengger. From the results of research on this promotion, it can be concluded that it is in accordance with the theory of promotion that should be done in a business. From the price aspect in the Muslimah Boutique store "Emma Collection" has determined the price of each product by taking into account well. Muslimah boutique "Emma Collection" does not take advantage of many times, and the price is affordable by students and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Pengaruh dari perkembangan teknologi memasuki ruang yang tidak terbatas, baik ruang waktu dan tempat yang semakin tidak mampu memberikan batasan tertentu, hanya sebuat etika dan moral yang menjadi bagaian kesadaran untuk melakukan pembatasan. Dalam keadaan yang demikian ini, segala kegiatan muamalah pun menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang terimbas. Di kalangan umat Islam sendiri telah terjadi konsensus bahwa Al-Quran dan al-Sunnah merupakan sumber hukum asasi atau sumber dari segala sumber hukum. Keduanya berlaku universal untuk segala tempat dan waktu. Dari situ maka perlu adanya sebuah jalan dalam kajian kemaslahatan yang dapat menjadi jalan tengah dalam mengaplikasikan perkembangan teknologi khususnya pada ruang ekonomi islam dan keuangan kontemporer.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia are one of the contributors to national ecobomic growth, so that the existence of this business needs attention in its development so that it can make a moremeaningful contribution to rural economic growth, as well as in the absorption of  labor in the context of overcoming unemployment and reducing poverty. Micro, small and medium enterprises can absorb a lot of labor so that the unemployment rate in Indonesia can be minimized, through micro, small and medium enterprises, community workers can be empowered by micro, small and medium enterprises. This study aims to deternine the effect of the government’s offorts on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Mandailing Natal district which includes the government’s efforts on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises, the definition of micro, small and medium enterprises, criteria and at national and ragional levels.

Abstract

Halal tourism includes halal food, halal drinks, halal UMKM, mosques, and facilities that provide services for the convenience of worship. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role given by Islamic banks, namely Aceh banks, to the development of halal tourism in the vicinity. The research method used by the author for this research is a qualitative research method by interviewing two informants who are employees of the Aceh bank in the financing section. The results obtained after conducting this research is the role given by the Aceh bank in the development of halal tourism in the vicinity is to provide financing with a murabahah contract. Where, the bank as a provider of funds to be given to business sector actors who need funds for business development. The financing scheme with a murabahah contract is that the bank and the customer negotiate to reach a financing agreement, the financing that is approved by the bank, the customer has two options to give the bank the right to purchase business needs or to shop on their own by conducting a wakalah contract as a complementary contract to the financing of the murabahah contract.

Abstract

Islamic Business Ethics is a norm sourced from the Al-Quran and Hadith which is used as a guide for acting, behaving, and behaving as well as distinguishing which is good and bad in conducting business activities. Business cannot be separated by ethics, and business cannot be separated from human life, even business is a popular activity in human daily life. In essence, ethics is an integral part of a business that is run professionally. This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Setia Budi Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, business ethics in Indonesian Islamic Banks have been implemented, this can be seen from the absence of an element of Riba in the operations of Indonesian Islamic banks. The business ethics applied in Indonesian Islamic banks have been implemented in accordance with Islamic business ethics, this can be seen from the honesty of the employees regarding the trust given to make transactions in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council.
