Abstract

Teachers have a role that determines the success of learning, including in early childhood education (PAUD). Scientific learning is one of the recommended approaches in PAUD, but the competence of teachers in implementing it is still low even though they have attended various related trainings. Peer coaching is one of the professional development models inherent in the work of teachers, but teachers need to be prepared to apply it consistently and sustainably. The peer coaching model developed prepares teachers in a series of collaborations with fellow teachers starting from determining focus, making observations, reflecting on observations, providing inspiring feedback and actively making improvements and strengthening so as to ensure the continuity of the professional development of PAUD teachers. From the results of the development and internal testing of the model, it is proven that the model is feasible to be applied. The results of field trials also prove that the peer coaching model is effective in increasing the competence of PAUD teachers in implementing scientific learning through the three stages of the peer coaching cycle.

Abstract

The problem of rehabilitation through vocational education at the Social Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abuse Victims (BRSKPN) Galih Pakuan Bogor is an unsolved problem in line with the complexity of environmental change, both in terms of implementation and evaluation, especially with regard to skill improvement. This study has a general purpose to describe, describe, and produce a hypothetical model of social rehabilitation through vocational education at BRSKPN and has a specific purpose to describe, describe, and analyze (a) planning (planning), (b) organizing (organizing), ( c) direction (command) (d) coordination (e) control (f) problems (g) solutions for social rehabilitation through vocational education. The Grand Theory in this study uses (1) the classical management theory from Henry Fayol (1841), (2) the Rehabilitation Theory from Caplin (1999) and (3) the vocational education theory from Proser (1950) and Dewey (1915). The research procedure used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. The results showed that (1) Social rehabilitation through vocational education at the Balai was still ineffective, (2) The coordination phase (3) The control phase at the Balai had not been effective, (4) The partnership carried out by the Balai with DUDI and the Government was still not optimal,(5 ) The demands and expectations of the community for the creation of quality vocational education in quality centers have not yet been fulfilled so that the expectations of KPN fostered children after graduation do not have the confidence and confidence to improve their vocational education, (6) The main problems faced in coordinating and controlling vocational education are: the unavailability of human resources who are specifically tasked with vocational activities, so that the learning process is not optimal, (7) solutions and anticipatory steps taken by the center in tackling HR problems or vocational instructors in collaboration with parties outside the center. Abstract

The title of this research is Strengthening Character Education in Boarding School- Based Madrasah Students (Case Study at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong) in 2021. This research is based on the phenomenon of the existence of boarding school- based educational institutions so it is necessary to find a model that becomes a reference for its implementation by focusing on strengthening efforts for character education for madrasah students. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of efforts to strengthen character education for Islamic boarding school- based students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Serpong. Efforts to strengthen character education in question include three main things, namely: basic concepts of learning good character knowledge, forms of good character building, and habituation of good character actions. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. This approach and method is considered appropriate for the fulfillment of efforts to obtain a clear picture of how efforts are made to strengthen character education at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong. The two main areas are the cultivation of Science and Technology and the cultivation of Faith and Piety. In the results of the study, it was found that MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong was able to integrate the academic curriculum in the classroom with a unified boarding curriculum into a unified whole in the education process for students while in the boarding school environment. The integration of the academic curriculum and the dormitory indicates seriousness in implementing strengthening student character education. The practice that has been running at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong is very much in line with the main theory of this research by referring to Lickona's opinion which states that character education must begin with knowing the good, feeling the good, and doing the good. Several factors that support the strengthening of character education at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong are the basic concepts in learning that emphasize character knowledge both fundamentally and intensively when studying in class or while in the dormitory. The fostering of good character feelings is also continuously developed by the role of the guardian of the dormitory, the teacher of dormitory development, and the foster teacher. The process of habituation of good character actions is strengthened by the schedule of activities and spontaneous actions of students who are driven by the knowledge and feelings of good character that are very well embedded. From the many facts obtained, of course there are still some notes that must be improved as an effort to make improvements to be better and more perfect

Abstract

Forming an ASN figure is not as easy as imagined, especially in the era of globalization as it is today. An ASN is expected to have toughness and professionalism as a state servant and public servant, especially in service to the community. The formation and development of a change leader model in this PKP is certainly not an easy process. The challenges for the education and training organizers include changing the mindset of the PKP participants after the training in implementing change actions within the police organization. The purpose of this study is to find the concept of supervisory leadership training management to improve the performance quality of implementing change actions within the Police organization. The educational theory that is used as the basis for this dissertation is Dewey's educational theory which holds that education is growth, development, life; Edward Sallis's theory of quality is that quality must be implemented in an integrated manner, involving all components of the organization, to continuously improve quality in order to satisfy customers. Management theory George R. Terry divides four basic functions of management, namely planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementation (actuating) and assessment (evaluating). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, with the aim of maintaining the integrity of the subject, the data collected is studied as an integrated whole. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. The results of the research show that the management of education and training has beencarried out although there is still a need for a better arrangement from time to time and experience in the implementation of training which is certainly sustainable. PKP policies and programs need to be restructured and re-functioned in the post-training monitoring and evaluation section so that they are fully functional in the context of implementing change actions. Implementation will motivate participants to do something if they feel confident that they will be able to, believe that the work will benefit them. Learning assessment conducted for training participants is a stage to measure abilities as input in making specific decisions. The problem of improving the quality of action for change and public service innovation in its implementation does not always run smoothly because there are many challenges and obstacles to be faced. Actualization of the basic values of quality commitment in carrying out the duties of the apparatus as a solution that can encourage the creation of a superior work climate or culture that can foster courage to display creativity and innovation for change actions.

Abstract

Evaluating changes in the field of research on business adoption of digitalization is very useful to know the direction and topics of research during a certain period. This information can quickly identify the most influential research variables and become research updates. So far, we have not come across any research on digital business adoption over the past decade. Therefore, bibliometric mapping will be of great benefit to readers and can help convert publication metadata into maps or visualizations. The data is obtained from the publish or perish 7 application and then exported to the Mendeley application. We select articles and reviews published in Scopus indexed journals to be processed through VOSviewer. To describe 4665 terms with a minimum number of 7 occurrences in one term and 184 terms. A relevance score will be calculated based on the 30 most relevant terms. The results were found that from 2015 to 2020, there were 65089 total publications involved in the annual list and 30 terms were taken which are variables of digital business adoption. The most frequently repeated terms from the 4 clusters are Customer and Government with the same relevance score of 8571, Bitcoin with a relevance score of 83333, Firm with a relevance score of 7273, efficiency with a relevance score of 3333, experience with a relevance score of 2222.
