The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction in learning mathematics offline during the pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were students of class VIIIB SMPN 2 Wulanggitang, totalling 20 people. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis with percentage technique. The results showed that of the 20 subjects studied, there were 3 students or 15% of the Students whose satisfaction levels in learning mathematics online during the pandemic (P), 16 Students or 80% of students whose satisfaction levels in learning mathematics online during the pandemic period was less satisfied (KP), and one student of 5% student whose satisfaction level in learning mathematics online during the pandemic is not satisfied (TP). This shows that offline learning of mathematics during the pandemic at SMPN 2 Wulanggitang is an obstacle to student satisfaction levels.

The surrounding culture can be used as teaching material in mathematics. Culture-based mathematics learning is called ethnomathematics. One form of culture of the people of Rapowawo Village. This study aims to explore and obtain information about mathematical concepts and mathematical elements contained in woven mats in Rapowawo Village, Nangapanda District, Ende Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used is a triangulation of data sources. The results of this study indicate that the woven mats in Rapowawo Village contain mathematical concepts and elements. Mathematical concepts contained in woven mats in Rapowawo Village, Nangapanda District, Ende Regency, namely geometric concepts including; points, lines, angles, and plane figures as well as equivalent ratios and arithmetic sequences. This study only examines the procedures and results of woven mats in Rapowawo Village, Nangapanda District, Ende Regency, then it is recommended to make teaching materials so that they can be applied to learning.

This study aims to determine the thinking process of students with high, medium and low abilities in solving mathematical problems in the Material of a Two-variable Linear Equation System using Polya theory for class VIII SMP Bina Kusuma in the academic year 2022/2023. Each student has different abilities so the teacher can choose a variety of learning methods according to the student's ability level. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 6 students of class VIII SMP Bina Kusuma Ruteng. Data collection in this study was carried out through tests, interviews and documentation with the research instruments, namely the first-semester report cards of mathematical abilities, problem-solving tests and interviews. The data analysis used is the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The results of the analysis of research data show that conceptual thinking processes are only owned by students with high mathematical abilities, while semi-conceptual thinking processes only occur in students with moderate mathematical abilities, and computational thinking processes only occur in students with low mathematical abilities.

This study aims to describe and analyze the types of mistakes made by students based on their respective abilities. The research method used is qualitative. The research was conducted at SMA Widya Bhakti, with 6 subjects in class XI MIA. The instrument used was first-semester report card grades for math skills, problem-solving tests and interviews. The data collection technique comes from the answers to written tests and the results of student interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the steps of data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be used as an effort to improve students' abilities in solving contextual problems in the material of arithmetic sequences. Based on the research results, information was obtained that there were causes of student errors in solving contextual questions based on students' mathematical abilities. One factor that causes high-ability student errors is careless mistakes. Factors causing the errors of students with moderate abilities are errors in reading instructions in questions, conceptual errors, conceptual errors and errors during tests. Causative factors Factors that cause low-ability students' errors are errors in reading instructions, careless errors, application errors, conceptual errors, test errors, and learning errors.

People often don't understand that there is a mathematical element to what is done in cultural activities. Ethnomathematics is an approach that can be used to explain that social culture and mathematics have a very close relationship. One of them is the culture of the Wolotopo Village community, namely weaving which is related to mathematical elements. This study aims to find out what mathematical concepts exist in the woven fabrics of the Wolotopo Village community, Ende Regency. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interview and observation. The results show that the mathematical concepts in the woven cloth motifs of Wolotopo Village are geometric concepts in the form of vertical lines (wound motifs), squares (rote eye motifs), rectangles (wound motifs), trapezoids (limara motifs), rhombuses (one mesa motifs), kites (wound motifs, and koko beto motifs), triangles (pea eye motifs) and circles (soke eye motifs).

This study aims to determine the difficulty of students in understanding mathematical concepts in terms of students' metacognition ability. Students' metacognition ability consists of three categories, namely high, medium and low. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 6 students of class VIII of SMPN Satap Watanhura. The selection of subjects is carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires and test questions on cubes and blocks. The results showed: (1) Students with high metacognition ability did not have any difficulties because they met all indicators completely. (2) Students with metacognition skills are experiencing a little difficulty because they only meet two indicators, namely applying concepts or algorithms to problem-solving, and developing necessary conditions and sufficient conditions of a concept. (3) Students with low metacognition ability experience the most difficult because they do not meet all the indicators of understanding mathematical concepts.

This study aims to analyze self-confidence from learning outcomes through the tea-eku dance using problem-based learning in junior high school students. The sample in this study was 15 people in class VII Adhyaksa Middle School. The instrument used is a self-confidence questionnaire. namely, a questionnaire composed of 30 items based on indicators: (a) belief in one's abilities; (b) acting independently in making decisions; (c) having a positive self-concept; (d) daring to express opinions; (e) firmness; (f) be responsible. The results showed that of the 15 students, there were 20% or 3 respondents showed high self-confidence, 73%, or 11 respondents showed moderate self-confidence, and 7%, or 1 respondent.

This study aims 1) to find out the learning activities of students in class X UPW SMKN 1 Ende on the subject matter of a system of two-variable linear equations (SPLDV) through a group investigation (GI) cooperative learning model; 2) To find out the increase in student learning outcomes a material system of two-variable linear equations (SPLDV) in class X SMKN 1 UPW Ende through the group investigation (GI) cooperative learning model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques namely observation and tests. The learning process is carried out in stages, namely the planning stage, the action stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. A series of stages is called a cycle. This research occurred in 2 cycles with the same implementation stages. The results showed that student learning activities and teacher activity in learning mathematics using the group investigation cooperative model can be seen in the results of the evaluation of the first cycle and the percentage of student activity greatly increased where in the first cycle the percentage of students was 52% and in the second cycle the percentage of students reached 83%. As for teacher activity in cycle I with a percentage of 55% and in cycle II it reached 81%. Thus the GI-type cooperative model can be used in SPLDV materials.

Education and culture are two inseparable components like two sides of a coin. People often do not realize that they have applied various mathematical concepts in their customs and culture. One of the cultural heritages of Manggarai passed down by our ancestors to this day is the Manggarai traditional house. This study aims to describe the concept of plane geometric shapes in the Mbaru Gendang traditional house in Cambir village. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were informants namely tu'a gendang, tu'a tanga and community leaders. The instruments used were human instruments, interview guidelines and documentation. Collecting data using interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses three activities according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the ethnomathematics in the Mbaru Gendang Traditional House in Cambir village has mathematical concepts, namely (1) On the tent board (deck) of the Mbaru Gendang traditional house are: Equilateral Triangles, Trapezoid and Circles. (2) On the bolo section (Front Door) and the ventilation for the bolo of the Mbaru Gendang traditional house are in the form of Rectangle and Belaketupat. (3) On the window ventilation and later pillars of the Mbaru Gendang traditional house, these are: Squares and Right-angled Triangles.

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the group investigation type learning model is effective on mathematics learning outcomes in class VII students of the Independent Catholic Junior High School. This study aims to determine whether applying the group investigation learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes for seventh graders at the Independent Catholic Junior High School. The research instrument used is a test of learning outcomes. The type of research used is quantitative research. From the result of this study, it can be seen that the group investigation learning model can affect the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students of the Independent Catholic Junior High School. Indicators of the assessment of learning outcomes can be seen from the increased post-test scores of students. Based on decision-making through a comparison of the value of arithmetic with the t table it is known that 11.640 > 2.042 and it can be concluded that is rejected and is accepted, meaning that there are significant differences in mathematics learning outcomes for students by applying the group type cooperative learning model group investigation. In other words, the group investigation cooperative learning model is effective in improving learning outcomes.
