The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using teaching aids in improving student learning outcomes in algebra material. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Ndona, with the population taken being all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Ndona totaling 175 people with a class size of 5. The sampling technique used in this research was probability sampling (random). Therefore, class IV A students were selected as the experimental class and class IV B students were selected as the control class. The instrument used is a test, with data analysis techniques using the SPSS for Windows program. Based on the tests that have been carried out, there is a significant influence in the use of teaching aids on student learning outcomes in algebra form at SMP Negeri 1 Ndona. This can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test tcount> ttable or 8.871> 1.668 and sig. < 0.05 or 0.00 > 0.05 then Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of teaching aids on learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of CTL learning on mathematics learning outcomes in social arithmetic material in class VII students at Simon Petrus Catholic Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 17 students in class VII at Simon Petrus Catholic Middle School, and the sample in this study was 17 students in class VII at Simon Petrus Catholic Middle School. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The data obtained from the research sample were in the form of the value of the results of the test results of learning mathematics. Data analysis was performed by using the One Sample Test. The results of the study show that: Based on SPSS calculations, with a total of 17 students at a significant level of 0.000. At the significant level, 5% from the table obtained sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. Then the data from the t-test results can be concluded that Contextual Teaching and Learning is very effective on student learning outcomes in class VII SMPS Simon Petrus Catholic Middle School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of the Cooperative script-type learning model on student collaboration in the material on two-variable linear equations for class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Ende; 2) The influence of the Cooperative script-type learning model on student learning outcomes in two-variable linear equations material for class VIII Muhammadiyah Ende Middle School; 3) The influence of the script type Cooperative learning model on cooperation and student learning outcomes in two-variable linear equations material for class VIII Muhammadiyah Ende Middle School. The type of research used is quantitative research, the location of this research is at Muhammadiyah Ende Middle School. The sample in this study was 46 people consisting of 24 people in the Experiment class and 22 people in the Control class. The instruments used were questionnaires and tests on student learning outcomes. The analysis techniques in this research are hypothesis prerequisite testing (normality test and homogeneity test) and hypothesis testing (t-test and ANOVA test). The research results found that (1) there was a significant influence between the script-type cooperative learning model on students' cooperation abilities in class VIII mathematics subjects at Muhammadiyah Ende Middle School as proven by the t-test calculation which showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) is <0.001, which means it is smaller than <0.05; (2) there is a significant influence between the script-type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of Muhammadiyah Ende Middle School students as proven by the t-test calculation which shows the Sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.007 which means it is smaller than <0.05; (3) there is a significant influence between the script-type cooperative learning model, the ability to collaborate and the learning outcomes of class VIII students at Muhammadiyah Ende Middle School as proven by the ANOVA test calculation which shows the Sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.000, which means it is smaller than <0.05.

Mathematics is often considered a very difficult lesson and a science that is free from cultural influences. However, this forms negative perceptions of students. Most students think that learning mathematics is not related to culture. This may be because the mathematics taught in schools is not contextual and is very far from the reality of students' daily lives. As a unitary country, Indonesia has a variety of cultures. However, many teachers do not yet know that the culture around them can be used as material for learning mathematics. Bikang cake is part of Mandar culture. Without realizing it, making bikang cakes contains mathematical concepts. Therefore, this research aims to apply the manufacturing process involving mathematical concepts. This research is descriptive research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research shows that the process of making bikang cakes contains mathematical concepts such as plane shapes, fraction concepts and triangles. Therefore, this research can be used as a contextual mathematics learning resource in schools.

This research aims to determine students' understanding of contextual questions on lines and angles and as a reference for mathematics teachers to improve students' understanding of contextual questions. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. The data source in this research is class VIII students at SMPN 11 Sungai Penuh. The data collection technique in this research is by observing and documenting. Students can solve mathematical problems regarding lines and angles, but some students do not understand lines and angles because students are not given explanations or material that is contextual, as a result, students have difficulty describing contextual problems, so we as teachers must accompany students in the learning is especially for students who don't yet understand the contextual material of lines and angles.

This research aims to determine the influence of a realistic mathematics learning approach on the creative thinking abilities of class VII students on the subject of Himpunan at SMP Negeri 1 Malaka Timur. The population size in this study is 81 students and the sample size of 18 students. The type of research used in this research is quasi-experimental research. The design used in this research is The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, while the data collection technique uses the test method. The data analysis technique uses t-test statistics. The results show that students' creative thinking abilities using Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) obtained a significant value < 0.05, namely 0.001 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted and this means that the Realistic Mathematics Education learning approach influences students' creative thinking abilities.

This research aims to determine students' cognitive abilities in solving contextual problems in class VIIIA mathematics learning at SMPS Kristen Ende on opportunity material. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all students in class VIII at SMPS Kristen Ende and the sample in this study was class VIIIA, totaling 25 students. Data collection techniques use written tests and interviews. The results of this research show that the ability of class VIA students at SMPS Kristen Ende to solve contextual problems with opportunity material is at the cognitive level, remembering at 85%, including the high category, understanding at 79% including the high category, applying at 76 % is in the medium category, analyze is 94% is in the high category, evaluate is 23% is in the low category, and create is 69% is in the low category. The results of research conducted on 25 students taken as samples showed that 7 students or 28% had high cognitive abilities, 13 students, or 52% had medium cognitive abilities, and 13 students, or 52% had cognitive abilities in the low category. 5 students or 20%.

Culture is something that cannot be avoided in social life because culture is a whole and comprehensive unity that becomes the basis for a relationship between individuals. This unity allows mathematical concepts to be embedded in cultural practices and recognizes that all people develop special ways of facilitating mathematical knowledge. culture-based mathematics learning is part of the way that is perceived to create meaningful and contextualized mathematics learning that is closely related to culture.in ethnomathematics, the relationship between mathematical concepts and culture will be deeply studied. Ethnomathematics is used to explore mathematical values and geometry concepts in gawi traditional dance. The purpose of this study is to describe the concepts of geometry implemented in gawi traditional dance. The concepts of geometry in gawi traditional dance will be reviewed based on the form, dance movements and dancers’ clothing. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with library data collection methods and field data. The data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that the geometry concepts found in gawi traditional dance were devoted to the material of lines, angles and flat shapes. It was concluded that gawi traditional dance has ethnomathematics concepts, namely circles, parallel lines, acute angles, right angles, obtuse angles, triangles, and rectangles.

This research aims to (1) produce Group Investigation learning tools on line pattern material for Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Ende. (2) to determine learning outcomes through the Group Investigation Learning Model on line pattern material for Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Ende. The type of research used is Experimental Research Type. The population in the study were VIII grade students totalling 160 people. The sample was class C as a control class totaling 29 people and class A as an experimental class totaling 29 people. The research instrument used is a test instrument. Based on the results of the study, the post-test data in the control class and the experimental class were normally distributed and homogeneous, so the hypothesis testing in this study used the t-test. The data on students' mathematics learning outcomes obtained a value of s 2.189, while in the table of t distribution values with a significance level The results of the t-test calculation show that the value of s is greater than the value of or (2.189>2.003). Based on the decision can be concluded that s rejected and 1 is accepted. This means that there is an effect of the group investigation learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students' row pattern material at SMP Negeri 1 Ende.
