Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of cash and credit sales administration at PT Sun Star Motor Malang in accordance with the existing Standard Operating Procedures. This type of research used in this study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques by finding and finding data, eliminating or reducing data, processing data, analyzing data, making conclusions and suggestions. The result is that the application of cash sales administration procedures at PT Sun Star Motor Malang is sometimes not in accordance with existing procedures. This is due to the accumulation of tasks performed by sales because of the quite important role of sales for consumers. If it is related to internal control, sales should not be able to accept cash because every sales transaction related to receiving cash is held by the cashier. Every receipt of money, both cash and non-cash from the buyer, will be made proof of receipt, for example receipts

Abstract

The reseach purpose is to analyze the selection of inventory accounting methods and the factors that influence decision making accounting methods to be used. The research examines four independent variables, namely the variability of inventory, companies size, current ratio and inventory turnover ratio. While the dependent variable in this study is the FIFO and average methods. The population of the research is 144 the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sample selection uses purposive sampling method, which is the determination of samples based on predetermined criteria. Then obtained a total sample of 48 companies during the period 2014-2017. This study uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique uses is logistic regression, with SPSS version 22 analysis tools. The results of this research indicate that the variability of inventory and companies size does not significantly influence the selection of inventory acconting methods. While the current ratio and inventory turnover ratio significantly influence the selection of inventory acconting methods.

Abstract

AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keabsahan tindakan bisnis e-commerce yang ditinjau dari hukum perjanjian di Indonesia khususnya Buku Ke III Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata), dan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dalam transaksi e-commerce. Hasil kajian ini bahwa kontrak dalam perdagangan melalui internet (e-commerce) telah memenuhi beberapa aspek hukum perjanjian dalam Buku Ke III Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata mengenai syarat sahnya perjanjian. Meskipun pemenuhan terhadap unsur kedewasaan sebagai syarat kecakapan tidak dapat terpenuhi, kontrak dalam e-commerce tetap sah dan mengikat sepanjang para pihak tidak mempermasalahkannya. Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK) dan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UUITE) telah mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum yang memadai bagi konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi melalui e-commerce, perlindungan hukum tersebut terlihat dalam ketentuan-ketentuan UUPK dan UUITE dimana kedua peraturan tersebut telah mengatur mengenai penggunaan data pribadi konsumen, syarat sahnya suatu transaksi e-commerce, penggunaan CA (Certification Authority), dan mengatur mengenai perbuatan yang dilarang bagi pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan dan memproduksi barang dan jasa. AbstractThis paper aims to determine the validity of the e-commerce business action viewed from the agreement laws in Indonesia, especially Book III of Civil Code and consumer legal protection laws in the commercial transaction. The results concludes that the contract in internet trading (e-commerce) has fulfilled some aspects of contract law in Book III of Civil Code regarding the validity of the agreement terms despite fulfillment of the elements of maturity as prerequisite skills can’t be met, the contract in the e-commerce continue to be valid and binding on all the parties as long as they are not put into dispute. Consumers Protection Law(UUPK)and Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UUITE) have been able to give adequate protection for the consumers in conducting transactions through e-commerce. The legal protection is reflected in the provisions of UUPK and UUITE, inwhich both rules regulate the use of consumers personal data, the validity requirements of e-commerce transactions, the use of CA (Certification Authority) and also regulate the actions that are prohibited for business to market and produce good and services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the commitment of Polinema students to the Qur'an. This research uses qualitative approach, making the students and lecturers of Islam as a source of information (human resource), supported by document resource, in the form of books and documents of Islamic education policy and the phenomenon of resources, in the form of religious activities. In order to obtain correct and correct information and data, we use participant observation method, documentation and question and answer, with description analysis. From the data analysis, the description shows that the Malang State Polytechnic students have a good commitment to the Qur'an, evidenced by the ownership of manual or digital al-Qur'an; in reading al-Qur'an, student 98% can read of State Polytechnic in Malang, this is supported by mentoring program for new students guidance of reading al-Qur'an in groups, but who memorized the Qur‟an a bit. Its understanding of the Qur'an is still textual and balanced with the study of the Qur'an in the mosque; while the implementation of the Qur'an is quite good, evidenced by the implementation of prayers in congregation at the campus mosque; fasting Romadhan well done; spending money (infaq and sodaqah) for solidarity and fostering the village is done by opening a charity box that is circulated in class and place in mosque. While the style of dress for a student with a standard qur'ani, covering the body and veil.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is an important component in the company for help in carrying out operational functions. To obtain qualified employees and have high competence, then in the initial stages, of a company should make the process of recruitment. The aim of this study is to determine the recruitment procedures by analyzing existing data in recruitment procedures and make comparisons with the theory so that it can determine the correct recruitment procedures.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to analyze the effects of Perceived Service Quality towards Repurchase with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variabel in McDonald’s Malang city. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were customers of McDonald’s Malang city who made transactions in the last six month. This research use the Perceived service quality (X1) variable Customer satisfaction variable (Y1), Repurchase variable (Z1). The results show: (1) Perceived service quality influence significantly effect customer satisfaction; (2) Perceived service quality affect significantly effect repurchase; (3) customer satisfaction has a significant impact on repurchase

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables of price and quality of customer in influencing repeat buying both directly and indirectly through variable of customer satisfaction. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed several findings that were consistent with previous studies. The price variable has a significant positive effect on Barbershop customer satisfaction The service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction Variable customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repeat buying Price variable has no significant effect on repeat buying. Price variable has a significant positive effect on repeat buying through customer satisfaction variables The customer satisfaction variable is a full mediator. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prediksi Financial Distress dengan variable predictor kinerja fundamental berupa WCTA, ROA, DTA, NIT dan kinerja pasar berupa Nilai Beta Saham serta faktor ekonomi berupa Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah. Obyek penelitian adalah perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index selama tahun 2015 – 2018. Jumlah perusahaan yang diteliti sejumlah 47 perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan analisis Altman Score terdapat 34 perusahaan dalam status sehat dan sisanya 13 perusahaan pada kondisi distress. Secara umum variable prediktor memberikan informasi yang cukup baik. Setelah dilakukan analisis Regresi Logit hasilnya bahwa seluruh variabel independent signifikan untuk memprediksi Financial Distress secara simultan. Namun secara parsial hanya terdapat tiga variable yakni WCTA, ROA dan DTA sedangkan empat variable yang lain NIT, Nilai Beta Saham, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukas tidak berpengaruh signifikan.yang berpengaruh signikian. Berdasarkan variable fundamental WCTA, ROA dan DTA perusahaan dapat mengendalikannya dengan kebijakan yang tepat sehingga posisi perusahaan untuk dalam status sehat dapat diwujudkan. Sedangkan variable lainnya walaupun tidak signifikan semestinyalah menjadi pertimbangan alternatif dalam Menyusun kebijakan karena secara simultan signifikan, sehingga tidak dapat dielakkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut juga memberikan dampak dalam prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan di JII pada masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know the growth of cash flow that existed in the Cash Flow Statement in Madiun city government during 2012-2106. By creating a Cash Flow Statement, it will know the real cash movement from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, otherwise it can be known how much cash is used, for what cash is used for one operational year. This research is quantitative descriptive by using municipal government of Madiun as its object, especially in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) as the agency that manage the assets of local government and preparing financial report. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of Madiun city government as well as data taken directly from the office of BPKAD. In this study obtained the result that overall growth of cash flow in 2012-2016 of operating activities, investment activities and financing activities show the financial performance both from the government of Madiun City. And from the free cash flow analysis results obtained during 2012 -2016 there is substantial free cash flow, so that with a large free cash flow indicates that local governments have surplus cash that can be used to supplement the reserve fund, pay off the local debt or invest in the form of equity participation

Abstract

The ability of a company to maintain the competitiveness is a benchmark of the company's success. The higher the ability of the company, the greater the profits received by the company. Satisfaction, turnover rate, and employee productivity are important elements that must be considered by the company in order to continuously improve competitiveness through its performance. This study was conducted to test the direct and indirect influence between satisfaction, turnover, and employee productivity to competitive advantage in UD. Angger Malang by using path analysis. The number of respondents in this study are 85 peoples. The results show that employee productivity has the smallest direct influence on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.210. Employee satisfaction has the greatest direct impact on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.342. Employee productivity has the least direct effect on company performance with path coefficient of 0.194. Turnover has the greatest direct impact on company performance with a path coefficient of 0.411. Employee satisfaction has the least indirect effect on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.037. Employee productivity has the greatest indirect effect on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.078. These results can indicate that the firm's performance variables have not been able to mediate the relationship between employee productivity, job satisfaction, and turnover of the company's competitive advantage.
