E-coops-day : Jurnal Ilmiah Abdimas (P-ISSN : 2722-3485) adalah jurnal ilmiah pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat , Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu setiap bulan Februari dan Agustus. Abstract

The purpose of this accounting computer technical guidance is to assist cooperative financial accounting staff in overcoming the problem of recording savings and loan transactions as a support for obtaining financial information (financial reports) that is faster, more effective, and more efficient by using the software MYOB Accounting. Technical activities begin with the design of cooperative profiles followed by a manufacturing account list, opening balance, tax code, card file, initial loan balance, initial deposit balance, and a general journal. The bookkeepers showed their enthusiasm in implementing the Bimtek Computer for Savings and Loans Accounting because the savings and loan accounting information system uses the software MYOB Accounting can provide financial information effectively and efficiently and assist cooperative finance staff in increasing speed, accuracy, and ease in the process of recording transactions/

Abstract

Competency test technical guidance for cooperative managers held by the Bandung Regency KUKM Service from 23 to 25 August 2022 in collaboration with the Indonesian Cooperative University campus is an activity in preparing cooperative managers to be able to take competency tests according to skills required to become certified manager. Technical guidance carried out, especially by presenters related to Loan/Financing and Collateral Improvement Contracts. The method given in this Bimtek is to provide two-way material and discussion regarding problems that arise in loan/financing contracts and binding guarantees by providing solutions needed by Bimtek participants. The topics given to cooperative managers will provide a deeper understanding of good loan contract execution. This Bimtek activity will be used as internal reinforcement for cooperative managers in facing the competency test that will be followed.

Abstract

Program Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Support Services (YESS), developed by the Agency for Extension and Development of Agricultural Human Resources, Ministry of Agriculture. This program aims to encourage and create opportunities for young people, especially in rural areas, to be able to develop their economy through entrepreneurship/business development and readiness to enter the world of work in agriculture. Through the YESS Program, it is hoped that youngfarmers/entrepreneurs will emerge at the rural level so that there will be a sustainable cadre of farmers. The YESS program is carried out through various activities including entrepreneurship and management training. This activity aims to provide training to young farmers/beginner farmers as well as to prepare and increase the business capacity of senior farmers who are expected to become offtaker. The core material presented includes Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management,Business Model Canvas, Business plans, Agricultural Institutions, Business Development Strategies, Financial Instruments, and Negotiations. The method used is the adult education method (andragogy), with more case studies and discussion. In this training, business matching between young farmers and senior farmers are projected to become off-takers. Overall the training can runwell. All participants took the training seriously and most of the participants actively participated inasking questions and discussions. The interesting thing about this training is that there are opportunities for cooperation between young farmers and senior farmers who are ready to become offtaker and mentors.

Abstract

Agricultural business is one of the business fields that is mostly engaged in by the Indonesian population. However, currently, the interest of the younger generation to do business in agriculture is decreasing and fading. Meanwhile, the need for agricultural products, especially food, is even higher as the population continues to increase. Therefore the government launched the YESS program aimed at helping young people to be willing and able to take part in the world of agriculture.One of the YESS program activities is the provision of Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship training. This activity was attended by 24 participants who work as Offtaker. Participants who work in agriculture, either farm or off-farm personally, their business is quite good, some of them have even carried out export business, such as to the Netherlands, Malaysia, and several European countries. After measuring the quality of their personal entrepreneurship, it can be seen that theparticipants generally already have good entrepreneurial qualities with a score above 15. It's just that what still needs improvement or improvement is self-confidence and the ability to seek business opportunities. Because Oftaker It is hoped that it can accommodate the business results of potential beneficiary novice farmers (CPM) so participants are instructed to learn how to develop social entrepreneurship, so that awareness grows order to be able to jointly benefit from the business activities they carry out, not only for themselves but also the people who can be helped.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity program is to provide a solution for the people of Cipanileman Village to process breadfruit into several types of processed food so as to produce added value which has an impact on increasing the income of farmer groups. Presentation of material is carried out using lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration, assignment, and participatory methods. As a tool to understand the stages of processing, images containing processing stages or two-dimensional media are used, while direct demonstrations are used to improve skills. The material presented consisted of: processing breadfruit into shredded breadfruit, processing breadfruit into cookies, and processing breadfruit into cakes. The enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the counseling was quite high in participating in the training. Counseling on breadfruit processing into floss, cookies, and cakes, can be developed to open new businesses in the field of food processing. Therefore, further, development is needed so that the pioneering business of processing breadfruit into floss, cookies, and cakes can run and develop smoothly. Needs analysis still needs to be improved. In addition to technical training, counseling is also provided relating to understanding Entrepreneurship and Selling Price Calculations, as well as Understanding Cooperatives. The implementation of field coaching (assistance) needs to be carried out in order to increase the effectiveness of the training.

Abstract

Managers of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the parties that play a role in advancing the community's economy, but there are still some deficiencies or they do not understand business management. Therefore, community service through the implementation of business development and assistance for business actors "Baso Aci Cingcay Radja Rasa" in Rancaekek is to increase understanding and discussion between resource persons and business actors. The output of business development and assistance for MSMEs is the addition of insight into business knowledge and discussion regarding the follow-up of further business development, namely that the business will grow rapidly in the long term.

Abstract

Community development (community development) as a national development strategy in the framework of empowerment (empowerment community, is an important thing that aims to foster community self-reliance in utilizing its potential so that it is able to have the ability to adapt according to the development of the times. For that, empowerment) is a process of social action carried out by individuals, families, groups, communities, and companion organizations in the context of achieving the human development index (Human Development Index) quality. Based on this line of thinking, a community empowerment approach is needed through creative economy training for members of the farming community to support the acceleration of increasing community income, especially in Jayi Village, Kec. Sukahaji, Kab. Majalengka. This training activity is one of the community service programs conducted by community study program lecturers and students for farmers through the stages of preparation, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The end result of the training activities is an increase in community awareness about the problems they face and their potential so that the readiness of the surrounding community to receive educational interventions appears (education intervention) in order to increase knowledge (cognitive), attitude (affective) and skills (skills) community members as training participants.

Abstract

Natural resources owned by rural areas in the South West Java region are a potential blessing for village development from an economic, social, and environmental perspective. Identification and inventory activities are carried out on the potential resources of Taraju Village, through a series of surveys and collaborative discussions. The results will be taken into consideration for the preparation of master-plan rural community economic development based on tourism villages. The results of this activity can provide support for community economic activists and youth in understanding the "composition master-plan tourism village” including physical, socio-economic, sociocultural and economic-environmental considerations. The activity is oriented towards exploiting the natural, socio-economic potential in the village which can provide added value and higher use value in improving the standard of living of the community, and being stronger in preserving nature based on tourism and the community. Identification and inventory of village tourism activities and attractions from the start as well as the implementation of rural tourism economic programs are very important because they will determine the performance achievements of rural tourism. These two activities provide direct and indirect benefits from tourism villages that have positive and sustainable impacts, especially related to infrastructure needs and added value. Moreover, considerations of economic, social, and environmental feasibility can be obtained for increasing the economic welfare of rural communities from the design of these tourist activities and attractions.

Abstract

The business scale of cooperatives in the province of West Java is quite heterogeneous, both in termsof business scale and type of business, and the number of members less beneficial to its members,because the cooperative is managed not in accordance with the identity of the cooperative. This hasprompted the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM of West Java Province to provide technicalguidance to Cooperative Management so that they can manage cooperatives in accordance withCooperative identity. Community Service Activities that are packaged in Technical Guidanceactivities are carried out with the aim of improving and/or perfecting the management of cooperativebusinesses and organizations so that cooperatives can provide the highest possible benefits formembers so that this technical guidance activity is more about awareness activities for cooperativeManagement that managing cooperative organizations and businesses are different from managingnon-cooperative companies, cooperatives must be able to create the highest possible benefits formembers, cooperatives are learning and democratizing organizations, so cooperative strategicdecisions must be made through member meetings. At the end of the technical guidance session, eachmember draws up an action plan to improve and improve the management of the cooperative'sorganization and business so that it conforms to the identity of the cooperative, in the end, can beexpected that the cooperative will provide the highest benefits for its members and become a people'seconomic movement.
