Abstract

This study aims to find out cooperative learning is a learning model where students learn in small groups to share ideas/opinions and work together to solve problems and take responsibility individually and in groups to achieve common goals. The cooperative learning process for students is needed to express ideas and develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities to improve students' understanding in the form of science process skills including observing, classifying, predicting, and communicating. Improve students' understanding of group learning in the science learning process, it has a positive impact on students. This is in line with that, students can be interested in learning science if they are allowed to carry out activities in the science learning process through real observations or by experimental science processes that have been prepared rather than being taught verbally. The purpose of learning science in elementary schools is to develop attitudes and skills as well as the ability to increase knowledge and think critically.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the filing system, employee performance, and the effect of the implementation of the filing system on employee performance in Archive Management at PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar. The data obtained were processed using quantitative analysis designed in the form of a causal relationship (correlation). The population of this study was 155 people with a sample of 20 percent or 31 employees using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the archive system was in the good category in terms of five indicators, namely the creation of archives, management and control of archives, utilization of archives, maintenance of archives, and shrinkage of archives. For the performance of employees in managing archives, they are in a good category in terms of five indicators, namely quantity of work, quality of work, punctuality, attendance and ability to cooperate. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on the implementation of the filing system on employee performance in Archive Management at PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar with a moderate level of influence. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on the implementation of the filing system on employee performance in Archive Management at PT. Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of Eiger Coffee Makassar, where the data analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis techniques (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Researchers also find out what Eiger coffee Makassar's marketing strategy looks like by using marketing strategy formulation, namely segmentation strategy, target market strategy, and market positioning strategy. Besides, researchers also found out the marketing mix of Eiger Coffee Makassar. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. The informants in this study are Manager / Leader Barista Eiger Coffee Makassar, Employees Eiger Cofee Makassar, and Consumer Eiger Coffee Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that Eiger Coffee Makassar Marketing Strategy on the formulation of Eiger coffee segmentation marketing strategy is focused on consumers who are looking for coffee with good quality and taste but have relatively cheaper prices, targeting Eiger Coffee is a coffee lover consumer who is looking for quality and taste there is no certain age limit, and positioning Eiger Coffee into a coffee shop that focuses on the quality of products served at affordable prices. The marketing mix at Eiger Coffee Makassar includes the product, price, place, and promotion run quite well. While the results shown by swot matrix analysis where the cartesian diagram is in the first quadrant shows that the most appropriate strategy for Eiger Coffee Makassar is SO Strategywhich utilizes Strength to maximize Opportunities.

Abstract

This study aimss to determine the effecstr of product quality and service qualityy on customer loyalty through customer ssatisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitativee approach. The sample is 100 respondents who are customers of My Caramel 1994 Pramuka Samarinda byy using a nnon-probabilityy sample with purposive sampling techniquese and accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used is pathh analysis. The rresults showed tthat the variable product quality and servicee quality partially had a significant influence on customer ssatisfaction, the variable customer satisfaction partially had a significant eeffect on customer lloyalty, product quality and service quality variables partially did not have a significant effect onn customer loyalty, product quality andd service quality variables simultaneously have a significant eeffect on customer satisfactionn, product quality, service quality, andd customer satisfaction variables simultaneously have a significant eeffect on customerr loyalty. Thus My Caramel 1994 Pramuka Samarinda continues to strive to improve product quality and service quality. This will influence customers to be loyal through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of archive management at SMA Negeri 13 Gowa, South Bontonompo District. In this study there are five indicators, namely, receipt of archives, storage of archives, maintenance and security of archives, as well as shrinkage of archives, and destruction of archives. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. There were 5 (five) informants in this study. Analysis of the data used is an interactive model. Techniques in analyzing the data are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity of the data, extended observations, triangulated data sources, held member checks, and increased persistence in conducting research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of archive management at SMA Negeri 13 Gowa, South Bontonompo District is still very simple and not in accordance with the development of existing archival science. Judging from the lack of archive management facilities and infrastructure, and the absence of an archive management system that is used to organize archives, so, to rediscover an archive it still takes a long time and sometimes it has to be archived. Abstract

Every public service must have service standards and be published as a guarantee of certainty for service recipients. That way through good service, customers will feel valued and do not feel neglected and finally customers as recipients of services offered by government-owned agencies will feel satisfied. This study aims to determine how the influence of the service quality of the old-age insurance program on the satisfaction of the participants of the Social Security Administration for Employment at the Makassar Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaires/ questionnaires. The population in this study was 216,014 people by taking 10% of the sample as many as 100 people using the incidental sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the indicators used in each variable indicated that the quality of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan services at the Makassar Branch Office was in the very good. And for the satisfaction of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, the Makassar branch office is in the high. Meanwhile, based on the correlation test, that there is a strong / high correlation between the two variables. Soit can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the service quality of the old age insurance program on the satisfaction of participants in Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office of Makassar.

Abstract

Go-food is a service feature provided in the Go-jek application that serves food delivery service. Go-food comes as a solution for city communities that have high mobility, time constraints, and high need for food is now able to be resolved with the existence of Go-food.The purpose of this study is to find out how strong factors in influencing and knowing from several factors which are most dominant in decision making using the Go-jek go-food feature application in students majoring in business administration of the faculty of social sciences. The type of method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source is primary data, data processing using SPSS 25. Samples from this study were taken by 100 respondents. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling. Data retrieval techniques are carried out by coesioner and observation. Data analysis techniques used with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study show factors: distribution, promotion and culture have a significant effect / very strong. The most dominant factor in influencing the decision to use the Go-jek go-food feature is the promotion factor which has a value percentage of 0.441.

Abstract

Effectiveness of Management of Funds Disbursement Order (SP2D) Archives are activities carried out starting from planning, preparation and implementation through the Funds Disbursement Warrant (SP2D) procedure to achieve a goal effectively and efficiently. This research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Management of Fund Disbursement Order Archives (SP2D). The population of this study were 23 employees. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The effectiveness of SP2D archive management in the treasury field is categorized as quite effective because of inadequate archive equipment and equipment, archive rescue that still receives less attention due to inadequate archive storage space, and archive shrinkage that is not carried out regularly, causing the accumulation of archives in each section and in the archives of the Regional Financial Management Agency.

Abstract

It is impossible to manage organizational members with different personalities, backgrounds, levels of willingness and abilities by using only a single leadership. Therefore, facing different situations or levels of employee maturity requires different leadership styles. This study aims to determine the Situational Leadership Style applied PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Mattoangin Branch Office Makassar, in terms of the dimensions of Telling Style, Selling Style, Participating Style and Delegating Style. The research method used is a descriptive research method with quantitative approaches. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires / questionnaire, structured interviews, direct observation and documents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling (census) as many as 42 employees. Respondents' answers were analyzed using descriptive analysis through frequency distribution and percentage. The results of this study indicate that the application of a Situational Leadership Style which consists of four dimensions, namely the Telling Style is quite good and has a percentage of 77.30 %. Selling Style is good and has a percentage of 84.32%. Participating Style is very good and has a percentage of 85, 95%. Meanwhile, Delegating Style is good and has a percentage of 80.00%.

Abstract

The drill or exercise learning method is a way of teaching that can train dexterity, speed and accuracy with the aim that students can master higher skills than before. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes of Keyboarding Technique Office Technology in class X OTKP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bone, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province in semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year through the application of Inquiry Learning.
