Abstract

Learning design must be arranged systematically. In the Learning process, the teacher plays an important role in determining the success or failure of learning achievement. The selection of appropriate learning media is something that teachers need to pay attention to with the application of Audio Visual media to improve students' understanding in following the learning process on the subject of Jurisprudence and pilgrimage material. The formulation of the problem is: How is the application of Audio Visual media in increasing the activeness and learning outcomes of students in the subject of Jurisprudence and Umrah in MTs Negeri 28 Jakarta, in collecting data the author uses tests, observations and student responses. The results of the application of audio-visual media answered from the formulation of the problem where the application of audio-visual media on the learning of the material of hajj and umrah pilgrimage has achieved success. Student learning outcomes in the fiqh learning of Hajj and Umrah material has reached its completeness with an average value of 88.09 with a percentage of 95.6% clearly visible improvement in learning outcomes after using audio-visual media has improved better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in knowledge competencies of the participants of the Diklat Pembina Keluarga Sakinah before and after learning. The research was conducted at BDK Jakarta on Monday - Saturday, 11-16 November 2019. This research approach is quantitative with the ex post facto method. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test using multiple choice questions. The study population was the participants of three classes training totaling 120 participants. The data were processed using descriptive statistics by comparing the pre-test and post-test scores. The results showed that there had been a significant increase in the knowledge competence of the training participants. It is recommended that the relevant training should be continued with a larger number of generations.

Abstract

The general nature of man is basically inclined towards goodness, but this tendency can change due to three factors. First, when you see an opportunity to do bad things. Second, when there is an unbearable basic need. Third, there is desire that is out of control. So controlling the three factors that cause humans to do bad things must be strived for, so that humans always tend to goodness. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, and Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002, Concerning Child Protection, is one of the state's efforts to block human opportunities to commit crimes in the form of violence in their household. This paper uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique is observation through literature study. The problem in this research is the hope of reducing domestic violence behavior after the enactment of the PKDRT Law, but the facts show different things. The results of the study prove that the graph of domestic violence after the enactment of this law is still increasing.

Abstract

The research objectives are to increase of the activity of and physics’ accomplishments of students in grade X Science-2 by guided inquiry learning based multimedia. The research was being conducted in the second semester of 2016-2017. Research method that was used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was undertaken in two cycles and two sessions in every cycle. Each cycle consisting of the stages planning, action, observation and relection. The research instruments were to identify students observation in the groups, sheets of observation of students in the teaching and learning activities, sheets of of the observation of the activity of the teacher in the teaching and learning activities, and the instrument of the physics test of a momentum and impulses . Learning physics by guided inquiry learning based multimedia had increased the activity of students in teaching and learning activities of the average score 71.8 to 85. Students became more active in noting a lesson, analyzed problems, to act critical and argue in scientific terms. The application of guided inquiry learning based multimedia had improved the ability of achievements physics students from the average score 71,7 to 84 on first cycle and be 93 in second cycle.

Abstract

This study sets out to discuss the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in a large EFL secondary school setting. It aims at finding an alternative of how to implement PjBL for the purpose of taking more benefits of project works and analyzing the relevance of the implementation of which within an EFL secondary school large class. 41 learners of grade XI participated in the classroom action research. They are assigned to work in groups with a set of meaningful processes to do in every project work given within a period of time. The study found that project works can be maximized on the grounds that: (1) projects should be based on realistic and challenging tasks; (2) project should be structured within a set of meaningful processes; (3) project works are to be conducted collaboratively in groups to facilitate learners to learn in a large class.

Abstract

The role of psychology of mass communication is very important in developing the competence of Hajj supervisors and improving professionalism as a Hajj guide. In this scientific article the writer formulates a problem, how the Hajj supervisor can increase his competence in carrying out guidance activities. The purpose of this paper is to describe the role of mass psychology in increasing the professionalism of the Hajj pilgrimage guides which have an impact on the success of the implementation of the Hajj. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the role of mass communication psychology also describe the importance of understanding the mass psychology of the pilgrims in the effectiveness of communication between the congregation and their supervisors so that the objectives of the communication can be achieved properly.

Abstract

This research aims to study the implementation of the PjBL-STEM strategy to increasing scientific literacy in students at MTsN 28 Jakarta. The study population was students of class VII MTs Negeri 28 East Jakarta in the 2018/2019 academic year with a sample of 2 similar classes each of 32 students. This research is exploratory using multi methods, namely case studies and experiments. Researchers conducted lesson in the experimental class using the PjBL-STEM strategy in life systems organization curriculum subject. The lesson was observed in the implementation process, student responses and measure scientific literacy level. To ensure the functioning of this strategy in improving scientific literacy, researcher measured scientific literacy level in the control class. The research used observation, survey and test to collect data using observation sheets, questionnaires and test items. The data were processed using descriptive statistics and t-test. Research shows that the implementation and response to the implementation of the PjBL-STEM strategy is categorized as good. Students' scientific literacy in the knowledge aspect of the experimental class was better than the control class, not significantly different in the aspect of identifying scientific issues, while in the aspect of using scientific evidence the experimental class was superior to that of the control class. The experimental class showed a positive response and was happy with the implementation of PjBL-STEM. The research recommends science teacher to use PjBL-STEM strategy in a certain topic and condition.

Abstract

This study aims to develop instructional system of Classroom Action Research Online Distance Training at BDK Jakarta. This development research uses the Borg, Borg and Gall models. This research is a part of the research and development series, namely the product revision step and the use test. The revised results a simpler curriculum structure and learning activities. Furthermore, the instructional design was tested to 80 participants and data showed that training participants were no longer trapped at the beginning of the program and could continue to follow the program easily, resulting in an increase in the percentage of graduation from before the revision was only 24% after the revision to 71.42%. However, instructional improvements have not been able to improve retention. This study recommends continuing instructional designs development so that the instructional design can improve both the percentage of graduation and retention.
