Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment on Organi-zational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Internal Locus of Control as a mediation variable at PT. Mandala Multifinance. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study is 165 employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 62 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results showed that Internal Locus of Control had no influence of mediation between emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the result of analysis with p-values 0,29 did not significantly influence with level of significance 0,05. But the Internal Locus of Control mediates the effect of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) based on an analysis with p-values 0.00 with a significancce of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job training and information technology on the performance of employees of Maxone Hotel & Resort Delia Makassar. The research method used is a quantitative method, the data of this study were analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The number of samples in this study were 73 employees. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with unstandardized coefficients 0,371 with tcount 3,42 8> t-table 0,235 with a significance level of 0,001 < 0,05; Job training has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance with unstandardized coefficients 0.168 with t-count of 1.549 > t-table 0.235 with a significance level of 0.126 > 0.05; Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with unstandardized coefficients 1,549 with t-count 3,727 > t-table 0,235 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05; motivation, job training and information technology have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with F-count 46.734 > F-table 2.74 with a significance level of 0.000 < ? 0.05.

Abstract

The influence of the leadership style of the directive, the development of a career, and motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency, (guided by Muhlis Ruslan and Frank Remmang). This research aims to analyze and test menginterpertasi; 1.) the influence of the leadership style of the directive against the performance of employees; 2) influence the development of career employees on performance; 3) influence motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency. The design in this study using the method of quantitative research using survey method. The number of samples in the study 73 people. Penelitin uses a quantitative descriptive analysis techniques were analyzed with the help of SPSS software 24. The conclusions from the results of this study are: 1) the leadership style of direktris positive effect and significance on performance clerk; 2) positive and influential career development significance against the performance of employees; 3) positive and influential significance of motivation against the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Regency Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Influence of competence, financial compensation and work discipline to performance of Makassar First Class Navigation officer. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis technique which was analyzed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The conclusions of this study are: 1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; 3). work discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Makassar First Class Navigation personnel.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Research location in South Sulawesi Province in 2013-2015. Measurement analysis uses Financial and Value For Money Aspects of efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to analyze how: (1) the consistency between the Regional Expenditure Revenue Budget and the realization of the education sector development budget management of the South Sulawesi provincial government in terms of financial aspects, (2) the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the allocation of development budget management in the education sector from the Regional Expenditure Budget seen from the realization of the budget, expenditure plans and realization of the education sector expenditure in the South Sulawesi provincial government. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is consistency between the regional expenditure budget and the realization of the development budget management in the education sector of the government of South Sulawesi Province in terms of financial aspects, (2) governance of the development budget in the education sector allocated from the expenditure budget In terms of budget realization, the expenditure plan and realization of the education sector expenditure in the provincial government of South Sulawesi are said to be efficient with a value of more than 90% and the level of effectiveness by paying attention to the outcome achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the work discipline of positive and significant effect on performance clerk Bappeda East halmahera Regency, the moderating influence of Retribution against the work performance of the employee discipline Bappeda East halmahera Regency, organizational commitment and significant positive effect on performance clerk Bappeda East halmahera Regency, and retribution to moderate the influence of organizational commitment on performance clerk Bappeda kabupaten East Halmahera. Methods of analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression that analysts used to analyze whether the variable eksogenus (a work discipline, organizational commitment, and retribution) affect variable endogenus (performance employees). The research results showed that the variables work discipline, organizational commitment, and retribution is positive and significant effect on performance in the next variable employee discipline of work and organisational commitment is also positive and significant effect against retribution on halmahera Regency or halmahera bappeda timurdari test results have significance > t-table, or 5,050 > 1,679, then disciplined to work influential and significantly to the performance of the employees. t-female > t-table, or 5,769 > 1,679, then the most influential and significant organizational commitment against the performance of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study, analyze and interpret, (1)The influence of competence on the performance (2) the influence of education on carier development (3) the effect of training on employee performance (4)The influence of competence on carier development (5) the effect of training on carieer development (6) the influence of carier development on employee performance (7) The influence of education on employee performance through carier (8) the influence of competence, training education on employee performance through carier development at Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. The research method used is sampling method take research sample counted 71 people from civil servant at Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar as respondent, data collection techniques by using questionnaires to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variabele either simultaneously or partially using path analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung profesionalisme terhadap kinerja auditor, pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap reward, pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap reward, dan pengaruh reward terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk menganalisis apakah variabel eksogenus (profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan reward) mempengaruhi variabel endogenus (kinerja auditor). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profesionalisme, komitmen organisasi dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor selanjutnya variabel profesionalisme dan komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reward pada Kantor Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dari hasil pengujian memilki signfikansi t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 3,221 > 1.683, maka profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reward. Dengan ini berarti semakin tinggi sikap profesionalisme seorang auditor maka akan semakin tinggi pula reward yang akan diterima. t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 2.723 > 1.683, maka komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reward, dengan ini berarti pemberian reward dapat meningkatkan komitmen dalam organisasi. t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 6,287> 1.683, maka profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor, dengan ini berarti sikap profesionalisme dapat meningkatkan kinerja auditor, semakin tinggi sikap profesionalisme yang dimiliki oleh auditor maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja auditor. t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 4.014 > 1.683, maka komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor, dengan ini berarti komitmen organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja auditor. t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 2,591 > 1.683, maka reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor yang berarti reward dapat meningkatkan kinerja seorang auditor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi, pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai Provinsi Papua. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, Populasi dan sampel adalah 56 orang pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data hasil penelitian akan dianalisis melalui alat uji statistik dengan menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai Provinsi Papua. Motivasi memberikan dorongan kepada pegawai untuk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga mening-katkan penyelesaian tugas dan kewajiban yang telah diberikan kepada pegawai. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan sig-nifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai Provinsi Papua. Sikap kedisiplinan pegawai mem-berikan fungsi lebih membentuk kinerja yang optimal yang dapat dilihat dari semangat Datang tepat waktu (on time) pada setiap hari kerja. Ke-pemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deiyai Provinsi Papua. Sikap kepemimpinan dalam pribadi pegawai dan kemampuan memimpin atasan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif kepada pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam mempercepat menyelesaikan tugasnya This research aims to study, analyze and interpret, motivate, advance, integrate, advance, and advance performance. Motivation gives encouragement to employees to be able to work more effectively and efficiently in order to increase the tasks and obligations that have been given to employees. Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of the Deiyai ??District Health Office in Papua Province. The employee discipline attitude provides more optimal tasks that can be received from the spirit of coming on time (on time) on each workday. Positive and significant leadership towards the performance of employees of the Deiyai ??District Health Office, Papua Province. Leadership attitude in the person and the ability to lead superiors are able to make a positive contribution to employees in improving their performance in improving completing their duties.
