Abstract

Auto 2000 Ciledug is a company that sells various types of Toyota cars that are already competing in the global market. Through dialogue with those who use Toyota products, the company continues to acquire new knowledge and incorporate it into product development by contributing through product and service innovation, optimizing various work procedures at Car Dealers. With this information system, it is hoped that it will simplify and speed up the car sales process at Auto 2000 Ciledug. Such as, can access online applications, can place car orders, can simplify data management to produce reports. In the current Auto 2000 Ciledug running system, there are problems such as the application used cannot be ordered online. From the entire system that the author has created, it can be concluded that, with this information system, it is expected to simplify and accelerate the car sales process at Auto 2000 Ciledug, such as data management to report creation. This system is still not perfect, because there are still several processes that must be added, such as the process if the car is damaged / lost and the accounting process (financial calculations).

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi yang dibangun dalam memperbaiki suatu permasalahan pada sebuah sistem sangatlah dibutuhkan oleh sebuah Institusi. Pada PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika, Tbk Jakarta pengembangan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan dalam memperbaiki sistem penanganan surat. Dalam hal ini penulis melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Penanganan Surat dalam mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses penanganan surat yang memerlukan waktu yang lama. Dengan menganalisa sistem yang berjalan yang selanjutnya merancang sistem usulan. Maka penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Pengembangan Sistem Penanganan Surat Berbasis Web Pada PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika, Tbk. Sistem Penanganan Surat Berbasis Web dapat memecahkan permasalahan pengarsipan surat masuk yang masih disimpan dalam map besar yang diurutkan berdasarkan tanggal, selain itu pada pengarsipan surat masuk membutuhkan pembuatan disposisi untuk ditujukan ke pihak yang bersangkutan. Pembuatan disposisi tersebut menunggu Kepala Divisi, sehingga proses pembuatan disposisi dan pembuatan surat keluar memakan waktu yang cukup lama yang terdapat pada sistem yang berjalan seperti mempermudah proses registrasi surat masuk dan surat keluar, disposisi surat dan proses laporan surat, sehingga akan memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan pekerjaannya dengan efesien dan efektif.

Abstract

The writing of this paper aims to present visual mapping applications as an alternative to reduce billing productivity in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications. As for the background of this writing trying to find solutions to address constraints are not found that occur in the field. This is due to the increasing number of customers who use the internet in the region, especially Jakarta, in this case many customers who do not understand about the procedures of payment, due bills and internet disconnection, then there is a lot of arrears so that it becomes the duty of CTB (Caring Teritory Base) as the billing party, then it becomes a problem if the customer's address is incomplete, there is no information rt and rw , the name of the tower, as well as the floor of the building. It will be a concern for the company to reduce Revenue Loss due to unpaid bills, as well as not achieving the targets set by management to employees. The analysis method used by the author is Object Oriented Analysis. (OOA). OOA sees problems based on system user objects. With OOA can be created modeling system. The application of OOA in this study uses Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagram. The Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams that the authors use are the Use Case Diagram design of the Activity Diagram design, the Sequence Diagram design, and the Class Diagram design. Application development method or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that the author applied is waterfall method. Waterfall method has a special feature that is the entire development process is carried out in sequence starting from the stage of concept planning, modeling, development, testing and maintenance of the system. This analysis found that the existence of Find&Go application can help in overcoming arrears problems that occur in the company.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of (1) to produce software in the supervision of Voter Data Analysis which is still being carried out with Microsoft Excel, (2) To produce voter data accurately using software applications in accordance with ISO 91 26 standards in terms of functionality, Security, Usebility, Efficiency and Maintanibility. Research Methods in Designing Voter Data Monitoring Information Systems (SEPEDAH) include case studies, needs analysis, system design, system programming, testing, implementation, evaluation and report writing. For application design using the unified modeling language (UML). The process of this research is made interactively, starting from case literacy to implementation and testing stages of software.

Abstract

Proses pengolahan data penduduk serta pembuatan surat yang berjalan saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala yang terindentifikasi yakni kesulitan dalam mencari data karna masih tersimpan pada buku kependudukan penduduk dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mengajukan surat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu merancang serta membangun suatu Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Penduduk secara online. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah sistem dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan antar penduduk dan pengurus dalam pendataan penduduk serta permohonan dan pembuatan surat. Dalam membangun suatu sistem menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC dengan model Waterfall, untuk pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) serta perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini memakai bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) serta XAMPP sebagai koneksi kedalam database yaitu MySQL. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika penggunaan sistem informasi pelayanan penduduk secara online dapat membantu mempermudah pendataan penduduk dalam pengolahan data penduduk dan dalam pembuatan surat serta mengesahkan surat. The process of processing population data and making letters that are currently running, there are several identified obstacles, namely the difficulty in finding data because it is still stored in the population population book and requires a long time to submit a letter. The research objective is to design and build an online Citizen Service Information System. The benefit obtained from this research is that the system can facilitate the process of service between residents and administrators in population data collection and application and writing of letters. In building a system using the SDLC system development method with the Waterfall model, for system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the software used in building this system using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and XAMPP as a connection to the database, namely MySQL. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and literature methods. The results of this study indicate that the use of an online population service information system can help facilitate population data collection in population data processing and in making letters and validating letters.

Abstract

Arista Tehnik Jakarta is an individual company engaged in manufacturing services for AC ducting in buildings. Arista Tehnik Jakarta in processing employee payroll data still uses the manual / conventional method, which is taking notes on bookkeeping so that errors often occur in calculating employee salaries. Calculating employee salaries can have fatal consequences if something goes wrong and it can affect the preparation of payroll reports. The manual / conventional payroll system is not able to provide adequate benefits for calculating employee salaries. With a good payroll system, every company that already has many employees is very much needed. Companies that have many employees definitely need a payroll system that can make it easier to pay salaries appropriately and efficiently. The method used in this research is by making observations, interviews, literature studies, designing information systems followed by the development of information systems and then testing. The result of this research is to produce a computerized payroll information system that provides convenience in providing payroll data information such as employee data information, job data and payroll data. In the Payroll Data Information System using UML (Unified Modeling Language), programming using the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL for database processing. After the researcher then created a Payroll Information System, the work procedure could be easier for Arista Tehnik Jakarta.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan terutama sistem infomasi dari tahun ke tahun sangat pesat dan dengan adanya kebutuhan penyelesaian pekerjaan semakin meningkat, sehingga sistem Inventaris Aset SDN Rawamangun 09 mengalami kemunduran kualitas laporan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Bagi sekolah dasar yang berorientasi pada bidang Pendidikan, aset ini di harapkan menjadi sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang dapat dipergunakan dan di jaga di masa yang akan datang. Selama ini untuk pengolahan data aset masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pengurus barang yaitu untuk pendataan barang yang dibeli dengan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah ( BOS) maupun bantuan Aset yang di peroleh dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Dimulai dengan mencatat Kartu Inventaris Barang ( KIB ) lalu di salin di komputer , pada saat arsip aset di sekolah di perlukan sewaktu – waktu mengakibatkan lamanya waktu pencarian dan kurang lengkap nya data yang disajikan. Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan dan memenuhi serta mencapai efisiensi data pada SDN Rawamangun 09. Oleh karena itu penulisan sistem informasi inventaris aset berbasis web ini dapat memudahkan sistem kerja di mulai dari penginputan melalui web sampai dengan hasil laporan dalam bentuk pdf , selain data tercatat dengan rapih dan efisien kekeliruan pencatatan inventaris dapat berkurang . Kata kunci: Maksimum 5 kata kunci dipisahkan dengan tanda koma, harus spesifik, hindari singkatan (sesuai dengan ruang lingkup artikel dan jurnal).. Currently the internet has become one of the cheapest communication infrastructure and has a wide and unlimited acceptance range, so the internet is often used as an alternative medium for running a business or business.For elementary schools that are oriented towards the field of education, these assets are expected to become school facilities and infrastructure that can be used and protected in the future. So far, asset data processing is still done manually by the goods manager, namely for data collection of goods purchased with School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds and asset assistance obtained from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. Starting with recording the Goods Inventory Card (KIB) and then copying it on the computer, when the asset archive at school is needed at any time it results in a long search time and incomplete data presented.To overcome problems and fulfill and achieve data efficiency at SDN Rawamangun 09. Therefore, writing a web-based asset inventory information system can facilitate the work system starting from input via the web to reporting results in pdf format, in addition to the data being recorded neatly and efficiently.

Abstract

Digital sales system is now widely utilized by small and medium businesses so as to facilitate customers in ordering goods moreover the internet becomes the lifestyle of most people who want everything to be practical and fast. Pomegranate Building Shop is a building shop that is developing and engaged in the sale of building materials, where the processing of goods data is still done manually and the entire report of the bookkeeping system activities are still under construction. The obstacles that arise are the problem of time in which in doing bookkeeping or checking the goods data for too long and also the problem of controlling the stock of goods available is less so regularly in a good manner. Therefore the author designed the Web-based Building Materials Stock Information And Control System using the Php Mysql,Xampp and Laravel Framework. The data source obtained is through the primary data source and the data collection technique is done by observation, interview and documentation. It is expected that this system can facilitate pomegranate stores in running their business and gain profits amid a lot of competition.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi, sistem pelayanan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas suatu instansi pemerintahan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan untuk masyarakatnya. Setiap masyarakat pasti ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik yang diberikan oleh suatu instansi pemerintahan. Karena dengan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat maka akan membangun sebuah kepercayaan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintahan tersebut. Usahausaha pun dilakukan seperti memberikan fasilitas yang menunjang untuk mempermudah petugas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dengan cara menerapkan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Pelayanan online menjadi suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Saat ini hampir semua hal dilakukan secara online, tentunya juga terjadi dengan pelayanan surat-menyurat. Sistem pelayanan yang sedang 2 berjalan di Desa Wangon, Banjarnegara sendiri adalah salah satu kegiatan yang belum terkomputerisasi dalam hal manajemen surat–menyurat, mulai dari membuat bebagai macam surat dan membuat laporan dari surat pelayanan tersebut. Pelayanan pada masyarakat yang selama ini terjadi di Desa Wangon berjalan dengan memberikan surat pelayanan secara langsung dari kantor Kelurahan Desa Wangon kepada warga yang sedang membutuhkan surat pelayanan, dengan cara warga datang langsung ke kantor Kelurahan untuk mengurus surat pelayanan, hal tersebut terkesan lambat dan lama karena warga harus datang secara langsung dan menunggu antrian yang ada. Dengan membangun sistem surat pelayanan online atau surat elektronik yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat Desa Wangon maupun instansi dibidang pelayanan, seperti mempermudah pelayanan dari jarak jauh dan pelayanan dapat dilaksanakan dan diterima lebih cepat. Dengan dibangunnya pelayanan online maka perlu diberlakukan keamanannya juga, seperti data warga di dalam surat elektronik tidaklah terjamin dan selalu ada resiko terbuka untuk umum. Tidak menutup kemungkinan ada orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyalahgunaan surat elektronik tersebut. Untuk menguranginya, surat elektronik dapat diamankan dengan menggunakan teknik pengacakan (kriptografi, enkripsi).

Abstract

South Tangerang is a city that has a culinary destination that is favored by many tourists. The difficulty of travelers in finding a place that is located in the alley or within a few tens of meters from the highway in South Tangerang need to be anticipated.. Application design the route of culinary tourism is an alternative that can minimize or even eliminate such difficulties. This research was conducted to develop an application created with the java programming language with the SDK and the application help of Google Maps API, and Location Based Service provides information on the geographical position of the place of food. The making of this app through several important stages, including requirements analysis, design, design implementation, and testing of the system are made.. Research and design of this application using the waterfall method and applying the algorithm of Dijkstra based on android. Use of this application is preceded by testing on the algorithm of Dijkstra and black box testing, so this app can be used properly. Based on the research that has been done, this application can be used to assist and facilitate tourists to find and to determine the shortest route to the location of the culinary tourism in the City of South Tangerang.
