Abstract

In the world of education, it is not only students who get an assessment but teachers also get an assessment, namely a performance assessment. The performance assessment of a teacher is enforced because now teachers are required to be professional in all fields of education, especially with the existence of teacher constitution regulations and education certification. At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda the teacher performance appraisal process is still carried out manually with the help of Microsoft Excel which is considered ineffective, takes a long time and is easy for human error to occur. Abstract

The bus rental process currently running, there are several identified obstacles, namely for the purposes of making letters such as rental-rental letters, returning cars, business process reports and checking invoices which are still manual which takes a long time. The research objective is to design and build an online Bus Car Rental System. The benefit obtained from this research is that the system can facilitate the process of renting a bus car between tenants and the company in conducting transactions and recap data reports regarding rentals. In building a system using the SDLC system development method with the Waterfall method, for system modeling using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) and the software used in building this system using the PHP programming language and XAMPP as a connection to the database, namely MySQL. The data collection method used was observation, interviews and literature. The results of this study indicate that the use of an online-based bus car rental system can help simplify the transaction process, data processing such as financial data, bus data, driver data and bus tenant lists.

Abstract

The building permit in Tanjung Duren Selatan is carried out by UP PMPTSP, the implementing unit that operates in the licensing sector. However, the process takes a lot of time, especially in checking files and consulting the applicant by the officer. This is caused by untidy files due to the absence of a computerized system. Of course, this takes a long time so that it makes the process of making the IMB a long one by the officers. This study aims to design an Information System for IMB submissions at UP PMPTSP using interviews, library studies, and observation, while the modeling uses Unifield Modeling Language (UML) using PHP as the programming language, while MySQL as the database. This information system is expected to be a solution in order to make it easier for the public and officers in inputting and making IMBs, so that the issuance of IMB SK in UP PMPTSP Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Selatan.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran (DJA) merupakan unit eselon I di bawah Kementerian Keuangan yang memiliki fungsi merumuskan serta melaksanakan kebijakan dan standarisasi teknis di bidang penganggaran. Salah satu bidang yang dikelola DJA adalah penetapan target PNBP. Target PNBP disusun setiap tahunnya oleh Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L) dan ditetapkan oleh DJA. Penyusunan target PNBP dibatasi oleh siklus waktu sehingga prosesnya harus cepat dan akurat. Untuk itu DJA mengembangkan dua aplikasi yaitu Aplikasi Target PNBP K/L dan Aplikasi Target PNBP DJA. Aplikasi TPNBP K/L digunakan oleh Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L) untuk menyusun target PNBP sedangkan aplikasi Target PNBP DJA adalah aplikasi yang digunakan oleh pegawai DJA untuk melakukan kompilasi data target PNBP yang disusun oleh K/L, untuk monitoring dan mencetak laporan. Implementasi dua aplikasi ini sudah efektif tapi perfomanya perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Aplikasi TPNBP K/L adalah desktop application, setiap ada perubahan aplikasi dan referensi maka user harus melakukan pembaruan. Pembaruan referensi banyak tahapan yang dilakukan oleh user sehingga membutuhkan proses yang lama. Untuk itu perlu dioptimalimasi dengan melakukan redesain database dan menggunakan Representational State Transfer Aplication Programing Interface (REST API)/Webservice Code Igniter. Web service memungkinkan pertukaran data antar sistem meskipun berbeda patform. Dengan web service end user Aplikasi TPNBP K/L akan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat untuk melakukan pembaruan referensi. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian antara lain wawancara, observasi, kepustakaan dan System Development Life Cycle.

Abstract

Service management information system is a part of remote service through internet technology media. Business companies must be able to adapt, if initially the company focused on how to provide direct, quality services, now companies are faced with the fact that to win in the midst of competition, companies must provide online or electronic media which of course must also be of high quality. The process of collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and literature study. In system development using Extreme Programming method. System design tools used are activity diagrams and Use case diagrams. Meanwhile, for the manufacture of an online-based service provider system, the author uses the programming language used is React JS for the front end, Express JS for the back end and PostgreSQL as the database. Based on the results of the study, an online-based service management information system was obtained. The implementation of this service system is made with facilities including service orders, latest repair status information, user data management, payments and transaction history that have been carried out.

Abstract

The building security system is a man-made tool based on technological developments that is useful for helping humans in critical conditions to maintain security in buildings such as fire, theft, and natural disasters that can cause damage and there is no sense of comfort in buildings, both apartments, shop houses, offices, malls, and so on. Based on problems that often occur about the insecurity of a building, for example the danger of fire that often occurs, and theft. The problem at the Directorate General of EBTKE is related to the absence of a security management system at the Directorate General of EBTKE so that fires and thefts often occur because of the absence of a security-based system. In order to collect the required data, several methods are used that can help. Security management which is still manual is replaced by using a computerized process. This will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work as well as produce better and faster information to those who need it. As for the following details, the system that was running previously still in paper form did not have data storage in the form of a database, so that the data storage process was more difficult to find, so it was proposed to improve the current security management system.

Abstract

In the world of education, it is very necessary to have the sophistication of existing technology to take advantage of it, special skills are needed. Likewise with the lectures at STMIK Jayakarta, especially in the information systems study program. the technology that is already there is very helpful for the entire existing management. Students also play an important role in the world of education. Of course, to get a bachelor's degree (S1), students must pass the rules that exist on campus. Especially for the S1 degree for the Information Systems study program, following the rules that have been set in the information systems study program, of course passing the final phase, namely the final project or also called Thesis. Sometimes because students are lazy to go to campus, it takes a long time to complete their final assignments. The final project is mandatory for all students to be able to get the title and to prove that they have studied as well as possible in the world of lectures. To carry out the thesis, students must come all the way to campus and deal with the study program first to find out that the title has been approved by the study program and find out who the supervisor is concerned with the title. The problem in the Information Systems Study Program for the final project is that sometimes the title submitted by students is not detected between the titles in the study program and those on the internet, then students can change the title without the study program's knowledge and also change the supervisor without the information systems study program knowledge.

Abstract

PT Astra Graphia Tbk adalah perusahaan yang mendistibusi barang berupa mesin fotocopy Xerox dan sudah exclusive distributor. Dalam melayani pengaduan customer ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi seperti pada proses pengisian data pengaduan dimana masih menggunakan kertas sebagai formulir pengaduan yang rentan hilang sebelum sampai kebagian kepala gudang, customer harus menggu waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengetahui pengaduannya diterima atau tidak, lamanya proses permohonan acc pengaduan karena padatnya jadwal kepala gudang sehingga jarang ada ditempat, dan belum adanya laporan untuk mengetahui banyaknya pengaduan customer baik masih dalam proses, diterima ataupun ditolak. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa serta perancangan sistem untuk perusahaan dibutuhkan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara stud pustaka, observasi, wawancara, perancangan, dan pengujian. Untuk metode analisa dan konsep sistem informasi ini digunakan model unifeld modelling language (UML). Hasil dari penulisan skripsi ini akan dibangunnya sistem informasi Aplikasi yang diharapkan mampu menghadapi permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem informasi keterampilan yang dimiliki setiap manusia ini dibuat dengan memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySql. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengaduan customer ini maka dapat menangani keluhan yang dialami perusahaan pada proses sistem berjalan. Seperti adanya laporan pengaduan customer, informasi pengaduan, dan formulir sudah berbasis sistem, sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas pada formulir.

Abstract

Salah satu pelayanan publik yang sangat penting yaitu pelayanan yang ada pada Suku Dinas Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan di Jakarta Utara. Minimnya sarana pengaduan tanggap darurat mengakibatkan penanganan terhadap kebakaran terlambat. Metode penelitian menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan user interface. Selanjutnya proses pengujian melalui pengujian Black Box Testing. Sistem informasi tanggap darurat berbasis web ini dapat merubah kebiasaan masyarakat dalam melakukan laporan, yang biasanya harus melakukan pelaporan menuju pos tanggap darurat terdekat menjadi lebih efisien. Disarankan untuk membuat sistem informasi lanjutan berbasis aplikasi untuk android atau ios
