Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of andragogy aspects by lecturers to lecture contracts with students for one semester or commonly known as semester learning plans. The focus of the study is on 2 things, namely the form of andragogy aspects and andragogy-based learning planning as a lecture contract. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive study based approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explained that according to the lecturers in the Islamic Cultural History Learning Strategy course, the andragogy aspect is very influential in the development of student learning. In addition, the lecture contracts for lecturers and students in the realm of the Faculty of Tarbiyah, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, have been adjusted and appropriate to be carried out with an agreement between the lecturers. and students. Through the lecture contract the lecturer can evaluate the final grade of the student, from these results it will be seen the development of student learning during one semester.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest in learning, and student learning outcomes before and after the treatment is given learning media based on android applications on fardhu kifayah material, in terms of increasing student interest and learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung by dividing into two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental research design was carried out by collecting interest in learning questionnaire data and learning achievement tests. The collected description data will be processed using SPSS 23. The results showed that the experimental and control class students' learning interest after treatment was 87.91%. The results of the t-count calculation of 6.416 are greater than the t-table of 1.668. The experimental learning outcomes obtained an average of 79.15, while the control class was 63.27. Increased learning outcomes indicate this from before treatment (52.30 to 79.15). There is a significant difference between the control, and experimental classes, the t-count of 5.321 is greater than the t-table of 1.668. Thus the hypothesis that there is a significant influence of the media on learning interest and student learning outcomes in the use of android-based applications for fardhu kifayah is acceptable.

Abstract

Although it is always associated with spiritual worship, tariqa groups also have philanthropic teachings that increase their acceptability in society. This study aims to analyze the doctrine and practices of the philanthropy movement in the Tarekat Naqsybandiyah-Khalidiyah Babussalam in Kampung Besilam, North Sumatra. Doctrinal interpretation was used to analyze the philanthropic ground of thought in this group, while the analysis of its practice used sources from Wasiat 44 and field studies with interview and observation. This study found that the philanthropy movement of Tarekat Naqsybandiyah-Khalidiyah Babussalam comes from the doctrine taught by the founder of this tarekat, Tuan Guru ‘Abd al-Wahhab Rokan, who believes that support for the weak is an inseparable part of achieving spiritual perfection. This philanthropic movement continues from the first teacher to the present day of the Tuan Guru. The Tarekat Naqsybandiyah-Khalidiyah Babussalam philanthropy movement is realized in providing homes for widows, educational assistance, and compensation to orphans, as well as the empowerment of the poor and indigent with training in the manufacture of traditional medicines as part of the commodities around the Tarekat Naqsybandiyah-Khalidiyah Babussalam environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education learning in shaping students' religious tolerance. The research focuses on three things: strategy, forms of religious tolerance, and their implications. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Seputih Mataram. This study uses a qualitative research approach that describes the data sources obtained from the field. Data collection is carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is then analyzed by managing data from sources, explaining, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers in forming an attitude of tolerance between religious communities were: 1) motivating the characters' stories. 2) Carry out attitude habituation exercises according to multicultural values. 3) carrying out Islamic Religious Education learning by guiding by carrying out the values ​​of discipline, honesty, mutual respect, and respect and helping each other. The motivation and habituation of multicultural education are carried out by encouraging them to participate in extracurricular activities, respecting each other, and inspiration through stories.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze government regulations and Islamic law regarding the salary status of state civil servants and patents as joint property after divorce. The government regulation in question is Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants. This research uses a qualitative method based on normative juridical. In addition to government regulations which are the source of data, this study also uses the maqahid syar'iyah view. The two data sources are then compared and then formulated into one concept. The results of the study explain that divorce based on Article 3 of Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants, it is said that an state civil apparatus divorce must go through the permission of a superior. And according to article 37 and article 49 of Law Number 1 of 1974 it is said that joint assets in the event of a divorce are divided according to existing legal regulations, and article 49 says that the Religious Courts have the duty and authority to examine, decide and resolve cases at the national level. The first is between people who are Muslim in the field of settlement of joint assets.

Abstract

In order for Indonesia to develop as a plural and diverse nation, religious tolerance is very important. The idea of ​​Ummatan wasathan in the Qur'an is comparable to the word moderation. This idea instills the importance of being a rational, open and fair person. Religious moderation is so important because national pluralism does not always bring positive things. There are many problems caused by differences in ethnicity, race, and even religion. This paper aims to analyze the concept of Ummatan Washatan in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 143 through ma'na cum magazha. This research is descriptive and qualitative in nature, using the interpretation approach of ma'na cum magazha in understanding the meaning in the content of the verse. The research findings reveal that ummatan wasathan, which means that people are given the freedom to make decisions by making full use of their intelligence. Research also reveals that differences are God's will and serve as a test, and that giving advice or preaching must be done in a fair, open, and non-violent way.

Abstract

Various strategies can increase students' creative thinking. One of them is a project-based learning strategy. However, in practice, only a few teachers succeeded, especially in implementation procedures. Therefore this study aims to analyze the implementation of learning using project-based learning strategies to increase students' creative thinking. This research was conducted in class 4 SDN Kebonagung II Kraksan Probolinggo. The research method used is case study-based qualitative. Teacher and student research informants. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman techniques which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that. This strategy is implemented by completing a project; students present their findings to other students. To see its success, it describes the initial conditions before implementing the strategy: less than optimal learning and student creativity that still needs to be higher. For this reason, learning is carried out through group discussions and project work. The condition ultimately increases student creativity; this can be seen in the ability of students to express ideas that are in students minds. The research results have implications for improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Mosque should play a role in increasing the religiosity of the people, but improper management certainly cannot fulfill this expectation. Management must pay attention to the needs and developments of the times, without ignoring the main things of the function of the mosque. This study aims to analyze mosque management practices to increase the religiosity of Bandar Selamat villagers. This research was conducted at the Al-Huda mosque, Bandar Selamat Village. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods, with a phenomenological approach using descriptive analytical techniques. The results of the study explained that the management of the Al-Huda Mosque strengthened the trust of the people of Bandar Selamat Village with several activities such as the existence of a ta'lim assembly, yasinan, Al-Qur'an educational park and Islamic syiar. The program for simplification of religious holidays has been well managed. In this case the mosque management will form mosque youth with future mosque youth to invite the community to strengthen the faith of the Kelurahan community in Bandar Selamat. The results of this research can certainly be a basis for administrators of other mosques to carry out the same development.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brought changes to the implementation of lecturer certification. But change is not always taken for granted, there are several problems. This study aims to analyze the problems of developing a moodle-based learning management system in increasing the competence of professional lecturers. This research focuses on three things, namely on the use, impact and problems in its development. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, with research informants, professional lecturer competency training participants at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study reveal that the learning management system is used as a virtual learning platform that allows participants to access and read learning resources, discuss and carry out assignments. A significant impact on the increase in professional competence is realized from the higher mastery of lecture material, and the increase in the technological competency of the participants. Problems faced such as difficulty adapting, network damage, difficulty understanding information. This research certainly has implications as a reference for UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, especially in improving the quality of training.

Abstract

There are many things that affect student discipline, one of which is the principal's managerial skills. Because disciplinary competence is not only the teacher's mandate, but especially the ability of the principal to do managerial. In this regard, this study aims to determine the influence of the principal's managerial skills on student discipline. The research method used is quantitative by using simple linear regression analysis which is used to obtain the value of the correlation coefficient and also the regression coefficient. The population in this study, the teachers of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru totaling 70 people and the sample amounted to 60 people. From the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation is obtained, namely: Y=-411 + 1.580, so it can be interpreted that one unit of student discipline score will affect the principal's management by 1.580 at a constant -411. From the results of the study it was concluded that there was an influence of the principal's management on student discipline. This is evidenced from the results of the regression analysis obtained tcount of 15.092 > ttable 1.684 with Sig (0.000)<α (0.05). The results of this study have implications for the development of a principal's management model in improving student discipline.
