Congestive Heart Failure is the inability of the heart to pump enough blood to carry out metabolism to meet the requirements for oxygen and nutrients in other words, it requires an abnormal increase in pressure on the heart to meet the needs of metabolism. The main problem with clients with congestive heart failure is ineffective breathing patterns. To overcome the breathing pattern is giving oxygen therapy. Objective : to determine know the application of oxygenation therapy in reducing the effectiveness of breathing patterns in patient congestive heart failure in ICU/ICCU Room DR. Soedirman Kebumen Hospital. Method : This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. The subjects in this study were two clients who experienced congestive heart failure with criteria experiencing shortness of breath and compositional awareness. Results : showed that there were changes in breathing patterns for the better, not experiencing shortness and normal breathing frequency after being given oxygenation therapy. Conclusion : Nursing problems with ineffective breathing patterns associated with hyperventilation can be overcome with giving oxygen therapy, and increased oxygen.

According to the Basic Health Research Survey Data (RISKESDAS) in 2018, the incident of obesity has increased significantly in children, which was 26,6 % to 31,0 %. In the field observation made at An’s house N and An. A with interview and action methods to 2 families who have children aged 6-12 years, it was concluded that two family members did not know the problem of obesity and how to overcome obesity, this happened because of the lack of knowledge from both parents, heredity, and others. Objective : To determine the level of parental knowledge about obesity in An. N and An. A in the village of Bapang Sari and Dadirejo in 2019. Method : This research uses descriptive method with cross sectional design. In this study the authors took 2 families at the developmental stage of school children aged 6-12 years in different villages with the same health problem namely obesity. Data collection was carried out bydistributing checklist about obesity to family. The nutritional status of children is determined by measuring the child’s height and weight. Result : After being given health education about the problem of obesity in both families the level of knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and 40% to 70%. Conclusion: Health education is effective in increasing family knowledge about obesity in school children.

Congestive Heart Failure or more commonly known as Heart failure is a disease of clinical syndrome that is characterized by shortness of breath and fatique at rest or during activities caused by structural abnormalities or heart function. CHF patients with ineffective breathing patterns need to be given a semifowler position. Objective: is given this position to decrease oxygen consumption and increase maximal lung expansion, so the ineffectiveness of the client breathing pattern is more optimal CHF patients at RSUD Wates. Method: This type of research is descriptive using case study approach method. Subjects in this case study were two patients who had CHF patient with ineffective breathing pattern. Semifowler interventions is given where the position of the head and body is increased with declivity 45°. Results: The application of semi-fowler position (sitting position 45 °) for 3x24 hours in accordance with the SOP helps reduce shortness of breath and helps optimize RR on the client so that the problem of ineffective breathing patterns can be overcome. Conclusion: Significant sleep angle adjustment interventions can produce good respiration, so it can be considered as one of the interventions to maximize the ineffectiveness of breathing patterns.

Appendicitis is a condition in which an infection occur in the appendix. In mild cases it can be cured without treatment, but many cases require a laparotomy by removing the tufts of infected worms (Kowalak, 2011). Objective : to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation with acute pain nursing problems in appendicitis clients. Method : The design of this research is descriptive, in the form of case studies. The subjects in this study were two clients who had appendicitis. The study was conducted in February - March 2019. Results : before taking breath relaxation measures on the scale of pain 6 and 5, after the pain scale measures were carried out to 3 and 2. The results showed a decrease in the scale of moderate pain to a mild pain scale. Conclusion : Breath relaxation techniques can reduce pain intensity in appendicitis patients, So this nonpharmacological technique is highly recommended.

Methods: Quasi experimental with pre-post test control group design was used in this study. Peer educator intervention was used in this study on all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Banguntapan 3 Community Health Center Bantul, as many as 30 patients. Sampling using total sampling, the respondents were divided into 2 (15 interventions and 15 controls). The research instrument was a questionnaire of knowledge about the prevention of diabetic foot complications given before and after the intervention, analyzed by using paired t-test. Results: the pretest in the control group was in the moderate category (73.3%) and the intervention group (66.7%). The posttest results of the control group were in the moderate category (66.7%) and an increase in the intervention group (67.7%).
