Abstract

The LGBT phenomenon is a trending topic in the midst of society after the Constitutional Court has issued a Decision Number 46 / PUU-XIV / 2016 on the examination of norms on Article 284, 286 and 292 of the Criminal Code with the Decision rejecting all petition completely. LGBT is actually a classic problem that has existed as human civilization on earth. LGBT is different from other normal human beings because LGBT has a disorder in terms of sexual orientation so that such circumstances require the presence of the State to take action by criminalizing LGBT because it sees widespread impacts or otherwise violates LGBT on the basis of freedom and human rights. Political law is the activity of choosing the law that will be applied in order to achieve the purpose of the law all of which leads to the achievement of the purpose of the State with the law as a tool. This study is a normative juridical research, where the data used in this study is secondary data in the form of books, legislation, documents and other writings relating to the problems under investigation. Based on the result of the research, it is found that LGBT arrangement in law in Indonesia is a must since Indonesia is a Pancasila country with the first principle of Belief in Godhead and Country built on religious values. The constitutional juridical basis of LGBT arrangement can be seen in Pancasila as the source of all sources of law, The Introduction of the 1945 Constitution, the 1945 Constitution of Indonesian republic, Law Number 12 on 2011 concering the Formulation of Legislation which all affirm that the establishment of law in Indonesia can not be released away from the religious values adopted in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the quantity of students who have misconceptions about magnetic poles. This research was a descriptive quantitative study with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The instrument used was a three-tier test, which is to identify the quantity of students with misconceptions. The results of the study showed that there is the highest misconception that a larger magnetic attraction is stronger than a small magnet. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for further research and find solutions to these misconceptions.

Abstract

E-book is a digital form of printed book which includes digital information in the form of text, image, audio and video. Hypermedia-based e-book is a digital book with text, image, audio, video and animation where these multimedia components are connected.   Thus it enables someone to access information provided from different places quickly. In order to develop hypermedia-based E-book, some learning theories can be taken into consideration such as behaviorist theory, cognitive theory, constructivist theory and system learning approach.  The advantages of hypermedia-based e-book are (1) enabling students to work on assignment individually or in group, (2) monitoring learning progress, (3) attractive size and composition, (4) the content can be customized to suit the learner’s context, (5) learners can be active in constructing the content, (6) mental involvement and higher-order thinking process development, (7)the content of E-book is relevant with the learner’s prior knowledge, (8) the content enables the learners to work together to comprehend the information, (9) teachers can be supervisors, (10) the questions are challenging and realistic for learners, (11) learners can interact with E-book. Besides, E-book also possesses some disadvantages such as (1) special skills to make and design hypermedia-based E-book, (2) special tools needed to access E-book, (3) for inexperienced user, accessing E-book can be quite difficult.

Abstract

production and productivity. The condition of land in Kakap subdistrict of Kubu Raya District is swamp furthermore the land is affected by tidal area so that it becomes the limiting factor to get high production and productivity. This study aims to determine the condition of chili pepper business in the village of Kalimas in Sungai Kakap District of Kubu Raya. And also to formulate alternative strategy of development of chili pepper farming. In this study it is known that chili pepper farming in the village of Kalimas has internal factors that become the main strength of the ease of marketing factors of production. While the main weakness is the capital factor of farming. The external factor that becomes the main opportunity is the demand factor of chili pepper and the main threat is the attacking factor of plant disturbing organism. Through SWOT matrix analysis, it is known that internal factors that become strength and weakness are combined with external factors into opportunities and threats so that there are several alternative strategies for the development of chili pepper farming. SO strategies obtained are: Increased production through intensification and extensification, application of agribusiness farming system by partnering to subsystems of input providers and production facilities and marketing subsystems. For the WO strategy gained are: Strengthening of stakeholders through improvement of cooperation relationship with all related parties, improvement of training and socialization and optimization of production. While for strategy of ST and WT that is obtained is: efficiency of use of means of production and diversification of farming without leaving chili pepper farming.

Abstract

Pakcoy is a vegetable commodity that has high economic value. This study aims to determine the effect of humic acid and Trichoderma sp. by utilizing empty fruit bunch (EFB) waste as a growing medium for Pakcoy growth. The research method used was a two-factor randomized block design. The first factor is humic acid (AH) with three levels: AH1 = 1 g, AH2 = 2 g, AH3 = 3 g. The second factor is Trichoderma sp. (T) with three levels; T1 = 50 ml, T2 = 100 ml, T3 = 150 ml. In this study it was concluded, the best treatment was found in the application of humic acid with a dose of 1 g on the parameters of observation of leaf length, leaf width, plant height, wet weight, and plant dry weight. The use of Trichoderma sp. in this study, does not affect all parameters observation. The results of the analysis of the planting medium showed that the pH was slightly acidic conditions 5.67 - 6.33. The organic matter content contained in the growing media ranged from 1.20 to 2.62%, and the total N-total contained in the growing medium ranged from 0.10 to 0.18. In-plant tissue analysis shows that the N-total found in plant tissue ranges from 4.62 - 5.23.
