Abstract

Implementation of Patient Safety is the obligation of the hospital to fulfill the rights of patients to be free from injury and potential injury (disease, physical/social psychological injury, disability, and death) involving health workers/officers (medical, paramedical) and non-medical, to work together to improve patient safety. The researcher aims to determine the implementation of patient safety at the Update Hospital Palu, as regulated in Permenkes number 1691 of 2011. The type of research used is qualitative, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that some health workers/health workers still ignored informed consent/consent for small but risky actions in carrying out their duties. Incidents that occur due to equipment that does not meet standards should be facilitated by KMKP (Patient Safety Quality Committee) at Update Hospital Palu but have not been implemented, but only reduce incidents that occur due to medical personnel errors/paramedics. The need to build individual awareness of staff/officers in carrying out their duties, the need to integrate if there is an incident either due to equipment or due to an error of the officer in one container, namely KMKP Hospital as a report to be evaluated.

This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, and the sampling method is an accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is a simple linear regression analysis test and Cartesian diagram analysis with a total sample of 96 people. The results of regression research show that the variables have a positive effect but has no significant impact on patient satisfaction, namely the Tangible variable with a significance value of 0.119> 0.05, Reliability with a significance value of 0.494> 0.05, Responsiveness with a significance value of 0.113> 0.05, Assurance with a significance value of 0.918> 0.05, Empathy with a significance value of 0.222> 0.05, at this moment the quality of pharmacy services at the Kamonji Palu Health Center get positive results but have no significant effect on patient satisfaction. In contrast, the results of the Cartesian diagram analysis are nine items included in the quadrant. Abstract

The calculation results obtained by using multiple linear regression model analysis shows that the asset structure and company size simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. This is supported by the F-count value of 24,957 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the F-count value is greater than the F-table value, which is 24.957 > 3.134. Asset structure partially has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. This is supported by the t-count value of -4.813 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 which means that the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value, namely -4.813 <1.994. Firm size partially positive and significant effect on capital structure. This is supported by the t-count value of 4.922 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 4.922 > 1.994.

Abstract

Chayote (Sechium module) is a type of vegetable that can be used for various types of food. It is not native to Indonesia but comes from Thailand. It has a fairly complete nutritional content and is also low in purine content. Besides it can be processed as a vegetable, it can also be processed as biscuits. The results of the laboratory test analysis of the content: uric acid level on rats average before intervention (3.84 mg/dL), and mean uric acid level in the day the 8 of intervention (3.26 mg / dL). Differences in treatment levels: before and after the 8th day (p-value = 0.110). This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Tadulako. This type of research is a laboratory experimental research using paired t-test statistical tests based on the analysis of uric acid levels in rats (Rattus norvegicus) in 2 interventions (treatments). It is expected that the public will make more use of the chayote (Sechium edule) because there are many nutritional contents in chayote which are very beneficial for the health of the body, especially for gout sufferers.
