Abstract

Collage is a technique of sticking various elements into one frame, so the newest artwork is produced. One of interventions for reducing stress and uncooperative of preschool students are the therapy of cartoon collage playing, because the use of cartoon collage can be useful to enhance the students to identify various colors, develop their fine motoric skill and improve their self-confidence. The objective of the research to find out the influence of the therapy of cartoon collage playing as a method to improve the cooperative levels of preschool students. The research method: Literature review is used as the research method. The analysis of 20 related journals, it can be concluded that the therapy of cartoon collage playing is beneficial to improve the cooperative levels of preschool students and the results from synthetic matrix can be divided into three components, namely: input, process, and output.

Abstract

The implementation of nursing care is a never-ending cycle so nurses are required to use the nursing process and participate in activities that can lead to improvements in the nursing process. This study aims to determine the description of theories, findings and research results from previous researchers so as to get an overview of the factors that are related to the implementation of nursing care in hospitals. The study was conducted using a literature review as a guide to search for research articles obtained from the internet using the Google Scholar site and articles were filtered using the PRISMA method. Based on the 11 journal articles reviewed that the factors related to the implementation of nursing care there are several factors that are related to the implementation of nursing care, namely: knowledge, nurse-patient ratio or workload, lack of inadequate facilities, work environment, related problems salary, and awards or rewards.

Abstract

School-age children who have a habit of throwing garbage in vain will cause a variety of health problems and environment especially in school environments that can interfere with the teaching and learning process becomes uncomfortable. Objective: Know the student's level of knowledge and parental role in the behavior of throwing garbage in elementary school students. Methods: Quantitative research with Crossectional approaches. Sampling techniques using incidental sampling. Samples of research 110 students,I grade V and VI elementary schools who have filled in questionnaires through Google form. Result: Respondents ' knowledge rate was less than 56 respondents (50.9%). A large role of parents of good respondents is as much as 61 respondents (55.5%). Most are well-behaved in dumping garbage, which is 62 respondents (56.4%). Conclusion: The Chi-square test obtained P-value 0.020 < 0.05 Ho rejected then there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of students with the behavior of throwing garbage. Chi-square test obtained P-value 0.048 < 0.05 Ho rejected then it can be concluded there is a significant relationship between students ' parental role level with the behavior of throwing waste. Conclusion: Students who have good knowledge and students who have a good parental role have good behavior in removing garbage. Advice: It is expected for students to pay attention to and maintain the cleanliness of the environment, for parents and teachers are expected to further improve the supervision of students in order to maintain the cleanliness of the environment not to dispose of garbage.

Abstract

The learning and assessment process is very influential in achieving graduate competence. Graduation competencies are qualifications that are capable of graduating including skills, attitudes, and knowledge that are of national standard criteria. The skills, attitudes and knowledge possessed by students must be in accordance with the objectives of national education. There are 3 learning criteria. The first criterion of learning involves change. The second criterion of learning lasts with time. The third criterion of learning occurs through experience. Objectives: To determine the effect of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) based learning methods on the psychomotor abilities of nursing practice in SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang. Methods: The type of research used is quantitative research with research designs Pre-Experimental Designs and conducted by One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This study uses a non probability sampling technique that is accidental sampling with 70 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and the test analysis used was the T test. Results of research: Analysis of the T test produced Sig. = 0.941> 0.05, then H0 accepted by Ha is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no influence or no difference between the Pre Test and Post Test which means there is no effect of the HOTS-based learning method on the psychomotor ability of practice in nursing students at SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang Year 2020. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there was no effect of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) based learning methods on the psychomotor abilities of nursing practice in SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang in 2020.

Abstract

An elderly person who has entered the age of 60 years and over, the elderly are more susceptible to stress. The elderly who experience stress have the potential to experience health problems. Elderly who experienced mild stress (26.86%), moderate stress (17.59%), severe stress (4.16%), very severe stress (5.1%). Elderly people in Indonesia who experience stress usually lack social and family support, therefore the need for social and family support to reduce stress levels in the elderly. Objective: To determine the relationship of social and family support to stress levels in the elderly. Research Method: This study uses literature review. Literary studies can be obtained from various sources from journals, books and articles. By reviewing or reviewing ideas or findings contained in the literature. Research Results: Social and family support in previous studies has a relationship in the influence of stress levels in the elderly. The higher the social and family support given to the elderly the lower the level of stress experienced by the elderly, conversely the lower the social and family support obtained by the elderly the higher the level of stress experienced by the elderly.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by the pancreas unable to produce enough insulin or the body unable to use insulin effectively. The number of people with Diabetes Mellitus in the world is 387 million people with a prevalence of 8.3% of the population, every 7 seconds 1 person in the world dies of Diabetes Mellitus. The number of Diabetes Mellitus sufferers in Indonesia in 2017 was 10.3 million. The purpose of this study was to determine the experience of diabetes patients in maintaining blood sugar levels in order to keep them under control. The research method uses qualitative methods, with a descriptive phenomenological approach that aims to describe, explain, interpret and analyze the results in a deep and structured manner to obtain data about the patient's life experiences in the form of stories and narratives. The results of research on the experience of patients with diabetes mlitus in maintaining blood sugar levels so that the tta is controlled that has a variety of experiences. The conclusion of this research is diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease because the body is unable to control the amount of glucose in the blood, the inability to control glucose levels in the blood occurs due to interference with the hormone insulin where the body is unable to produce enough or not at all, this causes hyperglycemia , where the state of high blood sugar is dangerous.

Abstract

The incidence of hypertension is still one of the highest health problems in the health sector in Indonesia and around the world. Hypertension is often referred to as "The Silent Killer" and is still the third cause of death in Indonesia. Methods: This study Janis using study design Associative with engineering approaches is Cross-sectional. The sampling technique used was total sampling where all respondents who were included in this research researcher were used as samples of this study using 400 respondents. The data analysis used was univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using Chi-Square and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: the study showed that adherence to taking medication which was dominant from low adherence was 67.8% with the results of the analysis Chi-Square of family support (p = 0000 <α = 0.05), the role of health workers (p-value=0,000 <α = 0,05), motivation for treatment (p-value=0,000 <α = 0,05). The results of multiple logistic regression analysis, there are several variables that have a significant value, namely family support (p-value=000 <α = 0,05) OR = 5,392, the role of health workers (p-value=0,000 <α = 0,05) OR = 7,798, motivation for treatment (p-value=0,000 <α = 0,05) OR = 11,027. The conclusion for this study is that there is an influence between family support, the role of health workers and treatment motivation on medication adherence to hypertension sufferers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sleep disturbance is caused by the bigger the pregnancy so that the diaphragm will be pressed upwards and interfere with breathing. Poor breathing in pregnant women will affect the decrease in oxygen to the brain so that it can affect the quality of sleep in pregnant women. At that time, pregnant women often experience anxiety due to vigilance about the emergence of signs and symptoms of childbirth which causes a decrease in the quality of sleep in pregnant women. The effort made to overcome sleep difficulties is to do the safest exercise for pregnant women is pregnant exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of pregnancy exercise on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women based on a systematic literature review. Research method: using systematic literature review by determining the inclusion and exclusion criteria using PICOS and following the flowchart diagram. Results: From the 5 journals obtained, it shows that pregnancy exercise affects the quality of sleep in the third trimester of pregnant women.

Abstract

Elderly is synonymous with a decline in health status, especially physical health problems. With age, the elderly often experience health problems and various diseases and organ function decline. The declining health condition of the elderly can affect the quality of life and daily activities of the elderly. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the activity of the elderly following the posyandu for the elderly and the quality of life. Research Methods using a literature review as a guide to finding research articles obtained from the internet using the Google Scholar site. The results of the analysis of 9 selected research articles showed that family support greatly influenced the level of activity of the elderly in attending the elderly posyandu. because, broadly speaking, the factors that influence the activity of the elderly in participating in posyandu activities are the knowledge of the elderly about the benefits of the posyandu, family support, the motivation of the elderly, and the physical condition of the elderly.

Abstract

The prevalence of ODHA in the world in 2017 is 36.9 billion people, which has just freed 1.8 billion people. Of these there are 21.7 billion people living with HIV who have received antiretroviral treatment and including 940,000 people living with HIV (WHO, 2018). HIV / AIDS sufferers in Indonesia also experience an increase every year. A report from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2018 revealed that the number of reported cases of HIV cases was 301,959 people (47% of the estimated number of people living with HIV / AIDS or ODHA) in 2018 of 640,443 people, the condition in Indonesia was 75% infected with HIV from the age group adolescents (Pusdatin Kemenkes RI, 2018). Methods : Researchers used data bases such as google scholar, pubmed, researchgate to search for articles by authors searching Indonesian and English with the keywords "HIV AIDS education for students / HIV AIDS education for students" and "Knowledge of HIV / AIDS in students / Knowledge of HIV / AIDS in students ", to look for journal articles that cover vulnerable keywords within 5 years (2015-2020). Results : From 28 articles found that HIV / AIDS education carried out proved effective in increasing knowledge in students. Suggestion : This is made easier with technological advances, and therefore must be more careful in knowing that some information is received according to the truth.
