Abstract

Learning media is a tool that can help the teaching and learning process so that the meaning of the message conveyed becomes clearer and the goals of education or learning can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Learning media serves as a learning resource for students to obtain messages and information provided by the teacher so that learning materials can further shape knowledge for students. But from the teacher's point of view, making learning media is for the needs of teaching in the classroom. In addition, learning media can contribute to improving teacher welfare. So it is necessary to develop the production of learning media that can be of economic value for the general public. This research was conducted using the ADDIE model, which is one of the development models of the Research and Development (R&D) method. The learning media used in the classroom are developed into products of economic value that can be sold to the free market using analysis and tests by experts. The results of the research are validations carried out by learning media experts who assess the feasibility of the media design display showing an 80% assessment percentage. Validation by material experts who assessed the presentation of material in the media showed a percentage of 90%. Tests conducted by students to determine student responses to the media showed a percentage of 95%.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of financial distress, operating profit and firm size on audit delay. Variable X1 is Financial Distress which is measured using leverage proxy with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), variable X2 is Operating Profit which is measured using a profit margin ratio measuring instrument by looking at the comparison of net income with sales in a certain period and variable X3 is company size as measured by Ln total assets. While the variable Y is the audit delay which is measured from the closing date of the financial year to the date of issuance of the audit report, to determine the length / span of time for the completion of the audit. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for manufacturing the consumer goods sector for the 2016 – 2020 period. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with a sample of 20 companies with a total data of 100. From the results of this analysis, it shows that financial distress have no effect on audit delay, operating profit has a significant effect on audit delay and company size have no effect on audit delay. Simultaneously, financial distress, operating profit and firm size have a significant effect on audit delay.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing the relationship between knowledge of financial statements and student interest in investing in stocks with risk preference as a moderating variable. The data in this study were obtained from 100 respondents from accounting students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University using quantitative description methods and primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sample in this study was obtained using a snowball sampling technique. The result of this research is that knowledge about financial statements has an effect on increasing student interest in investing in stocks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interest Coverage Ratio, Basic Earning Power and Earning Per Share partially and simultaneously on the stock price of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Investors must be careful in making investment decisions because many factors affect stock price including Interest Coverage Ratio, Basic Earning Power and Earning Per Share. This is reinforced by looking at the financial statements and experiencing fluctuations every period. Referring to several opinions of financial experts and the results of previous studies which state that the higher the Interest Coverage Ratio, Basic Earning Power and Earning Per Share, the higher the influence on stock price. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of data used is secondary data from the 2011-2020 annual report published by the company on the official website. The results of this study show that partially Interest Coverage Ratio has a very weak relationship, Basic Earning Power has a weak relationship, Earning Per Share has a moderate relationship and partially has no significant effect on stock price, then simultaneously Interest Coverage Ratio, Basic Earning Power and Earning Per Share has a strong relationship and there is no significant effect on stock price.

Abstract

The development of educational establishments in Yogyakarta is going very rapidly. The existence of Campus 4 of Ahmad Dahlan University has led to the development of economic activities around the area. Therefore, high activity and rapid development around the area have an impact on increasing land prices. This increase in land prices is accompanied by land conversion from agricultural, plantation, moorland, and vacant land to built-up land, which indirectly affects the physical development of the area. This research is a quantitative descriptive study which explains the relationship between land area, distance of land to campus, distance of land to main road, and road width in front of land to land prices in the area around Campus 4 of Ahmad Dahlan University. The research data were collected through interview methods, field observations, documentation, and literature study. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the distance from the land to the campus and the width of the road in front of the land have an effect on land prices. Meanwhile, the land area and the distance from the land to the main road have no effect on land prices.

Abstract

ROA is scale used to calculate bank effectiveness because Return On Assets (ROA) is an important one for calculating profits by utilizing assets owned by a bank. So analyzing the effect of the ratio of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Bank Rakyat Indonesia is very important to see the level of the health of the bank and the bank's profit. The data used is Bank Rakyat Indonesia from 2009-2020. The results showed that the BOPO and LDR variables had a positive effect on ROA, while the NIM and NPL variables had a negative effect on ROA. The analytical tool used in this research is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM).

Abstract

Tax is a mandatory public contribution to state revenues based on the law (can be imposed) by not receiving reciprocal services (contra-achievements) that can be directly shown and which can be used to pay for general state expenditures. This study aims to prove the effect of applying the Self Assessment Tax System to tax evasion actions. This research is motivated by the many cases that occur in this country regarding public actions and the lack of public awareness related to the level of compliance in taxation which is often a burden for taxpayers because it will reduce income so many taxpayers want low tax payments through tax avoidance. (tax avoidance) and acts of tax evasion (tax evasion). This study uses a descriptive or explanatory research method that uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all individual taxpayers (WPOP) registered with the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Bantul. The samples taken in this study were individual taxpayers, other professional freelancers and entrepreneurs who were registered at the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Bantul. Sampling was done using random sampling method. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Self assessment system and tax audit has no effect on tax evasion.

Abstract

This research aims to find out dishub's efforts in overcoming leaks of public transport levy receipts. The object of the research is the Pamekasan District Transportation Office, especially Pademawu Pamekasan Old Terminal. Types of qualitative research with Primary data sources and Secondary data. Data obtained from interviews and observations. The results of the study concluded that dishub efforts in overcoming leakage of public transportation levy receipts through several steps, namely the first: The Department of Transportation conducts direct delivery of officers to the field to prevent public transportation of black plates, Second: The Department of Transportation seeks to implement a deposit payment system directly through the regional bank that has been determined by the local government of Pamekasan Regency, Third: Perform repoltal installation, and conduct joint operations (raids) with the police that are held 3 times a year, as well as conduct direct and indirect supervision. However, there is a deficiency in the receipt of the levy that is not yet eligible from the levy withdrawal procedure because the ticket expenditure is not in accordance with the receipt of the levy specified (Regional Regulation No.14 of 2014 on terminal levy).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data, explore and analyze the management of the English language extracurricular learning process to develop student rhetoric which includes planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, problems and efforts to improve them. This research was conducted in SMA and SMK Bani Masum Subang district with a qualitative approach and descriptive study method. The research technique used is observation, interview and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the management of the learning process through English extracurricular activities to improve students' rhetoric, namely: 1) Planning has been carried out but in planning this planning is carried out personally and has not referred to applicable guidelines. 2) Organizing has been carried out and regulated by the teacher even though the organization is still not in accordance with the guidelines but has led to the applicable guidelines. In the process of learning English, giving a larger portion in the speaking aspect is a correct guideline, but in this study the results showed that the portion for the speaking aspect was still small. 3) Implementation has been in accordance with the plans that have been made, but there are still plans that have not been implemented properly such as the unrealized use of methods, media and the presence of teachers in class. 4) Evaluation has been carried out but there is little feedback in the next learning process. 5) problems that occur come from internal and external schools. 6) Improvement efforts have been carried out properly, one of which is by involving teachers in the regional English community, schools provide upgrades to teachers such as English language training and are given the authority to explore English learning management in extracurricular activities. The impact of the implementation of English extracurricular learning management to develop students' rhetoric is the creation of students who have active language skills properly and correctly.

Abstract

Regional development is one of few factors of national development. Regional economic growth leads to regional development. This study intends to determine whether regional potency has a substantial impact on Tangerang City's economic growth from 2015 to 2019. The research methods employed in this study are as follows: Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), and analyzing the leading, prospective and mainstay sectors in the future. Based on the results of this study, potential sectors in Tangerang City are manufacturing industries, transportation and logistics, and the company services sector.
