Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of interest in using the actual use of QRIS. The data in this study were obtained from 100 respondents from the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa using descriptive quantitative methods and using primary data. The sample in this study was obtained using a snowball sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that interest in using has a positive effect on the actual use of QRIS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Service Quality, and Branding on customer loyalty using the ShopeePay digital wallet as a payment method and technique. The study used quantitative methods sourced from respondents' questionnaires as the primary source of research. The research population is the ShopeePay digital wallet users in Jakarta and the sample is 106 people as respondents. Through simple regression, the result is that there is a significant effect of the Promotion, Service Quality and Branding variables on the Customer Loyalty variable. Meanwhile, through multiple regression, the result is that there is no significant effect between Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty, but there is a significant effect between Branding on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Systematic Risk on companies that are members of the LQ45 Index listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Secondary data used in this research is the annual report and company financial statements, with quantitative research methods. The technique used in the selection of the sample is purposive sampling, where from 62 companies that are members of the LQ45 Index, 30 companies are obtained that meet the sample criteria. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, estimation model selection test, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Return on Equity and Systematic Risk have a significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Net Profit Margin have no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether there is an effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Asset Growth on the capital structure of beverage and food companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The sample selection using purposive sampling technique resulted in 17 manufacturing companies for 5 years starting from 2015-2019, so a total sample of 80 annual reports from beverage and food companies was obtained. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Return On Assets, Return On Equity variables have no effect on the capital structure while asset growth has an effect on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure and Earning Response Coefficient in mining companies listed on the IDX with the research year 2012-2016. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and it was found that fifteen manufacturing companies had an observation period of 5 years, namely 2012-2016, so the total sample obtained was 75 annual reports of mining companies. Based on the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that the corporate social responsibility disclosure variable does not have a positive influence on ERC, while the earning response coefficient variable have a positive effect on the IDX in 2012-2016.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of manegerial ownership, profitability, capital structure on firm value. In food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exachange for the 2015-2017 period. The determination of the sample was carried out using a purpose sampling technique and was obtained from 17 manufacturing companies with an observation period 3 years, namely from 2015-2017 so that the total sample obtained was 51 annual reports of food and beverage companies. From this study, different result were obtained between the three independent variables, where two variables did not have a significant effect and one variable had a significant effect. The manegerial ownership variable does not have a sicnificant effect on firm value. The profitability has a significant positive result on firm value and the capital structure variable does not have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Utilization of Information Technology, Loyalty, and Work Life Balance on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees while working from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. This type of research is quantitative with data collection methods using survey techniques and distributing questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to 79 ASN employees at the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. The analysis of this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that there was a simultaneous positive and significant effect of Information Technology Utilization, Loyalty, and Work Life Balance on the Performance of ASN employees at the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the mechanism or stages of APBDes changes in Plampaan Camplong Sampang Village in 2020. This type of research is qualitative in nature with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation studies.The results of the study concluded that the mechanism or stages of changes to the 2020 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the village of Plampaan Camplong Sampang had the following stages 1) Determine the reason why make the change. 2) The APBDes and RKPDes documents must be in accordance with their activities. 3) Conduct village meetings on changes to the RKPDesa and APBDes with the BPD. 4) The village secretary prepares the APBDes changes that are known by the village head. 5) Evaluating the Draft Village Regulation by the sub-district head regarding the changes to the APBDes. 6) Hold a village meeting in the context of establishing village head regulations regarding the elaboration of APBDes as well as establishing village head regulations regarding changes to APBDes with BPD based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management and Regent Regulation No. 06 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance, profitability, financial leverage and company size on income smoothing. Sample from research. There are 60 companies in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the analysis and discussion, the result is that good corporate governance partially has a significant effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.000. Profitability partially has a significant effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.000. Financial leverage partially has a significant effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.000. Partially company size has no significant effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.111. Good corporate governance, profitability, financial leverage and company size together have a significant effect on income smoothing with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of population size, school-age population and economic growth on unemployment. This research was conducted in the province of North Sumatra. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative analysis. The source of data in this study is secondary data downloaded via www.bps.go.id, especially data on population, school-age population, economic growth and unemployment in the province of North Sumatra. The analysis used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). By population (X1), school-age population (X2), economic growth (X3), and unemployment (Y). The results showed that X1 had a negative and not significant effect on Y, X2 had a negative and not significant effect on Y. X3 had a negative and significant effect on Y. It has a negative effect, meaning that the increasing the X variable, the Y variable will decrease. 92.9% of the total population, school-age population and economic growth affect the unemployment rate in the province of North Sumatra and 7.1% are influenced by other variables that are not included in the study.
