Abstract

The importance of disclosing corporate social responsibility reports in the company's annual report can indirectly affect the high value of the company. Profitability which in this study is proxied by ROE is the company's ability to generate profits based on certain share capital. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on company value with profitability as a moderating variable.This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The number of companies that meet the criteria is 78 companies that have data related to the variables used. Data collection was done by using documentation method. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. Based on the research results, it shows that Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on company value. This study also found that the profitability proxied by ROE was able to moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on company value.

Abstract

In accordance with PP No. 8 of 2012 and the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2013 requires universities to implement a curriculum that refers to the IQF. In the PGMI study program, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has implemented a curriculum system that refers to the KKNI. This study aims to determine the application of the curriculum referring to the KKNI in the PGMI study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Where in this study, researchers look for sources of descriptive data in the form of words or opinions from research subjects. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The analysis technique of data collection, presentation and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out on data collection and after all were collected. The results show that in general the KKNI curriculum has been implemented in the PGMI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which is decent and good.

Abstract

This research study aims to examine the effect of implementing environmental management accounting in increasing firm value in Tangerang Raya. This research uses a population of 2,579 manufacturing industrial companies in Banten province spread across Cilegon City, Serang Regency and City, Pandeglang City, Lebak City and Tangerang Raya. The samples were selected using predetermined criteria with quantitative methods. Based on the multiple linear regression testing that has been carried out, the following results are obtained: there is a significant positive effect between the material input aspect and the environmental complaint mechanism aspect on firm value. Furthermore, the results of non-output aspects of products and aspects of compliance have a significant negative effect on firm value. However, there are three aspects of the proxy for the application of environmental management accounting which consist of transportation aspects, other aspects, and supplier assessment aspects that have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the effect of the application of environmental management accounting proxied through material input, environmental complaint mechanism, non-product output, compliance, transportation, supplier assessment and others have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Recently online learning has been developed widely in Indonesia and most of the education institutions implemented online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of online learning is to facilitate communication in the delivery of teaching materials in the field of education that is carried out remotely. It is generally intended for non-face-to-face teaching methods. This study was conducted to investigate the usefulness and the challenges encountered by the teachers in implementing online learning. This study made use of qualitative research design with descriptive analysis and to collect the data semi-structured interviews and online classroom observations were conducted to collect valid and reliable data. This study found that there was the usefulness of online learning which benefits students to improve their competence and also there were a number of challenges encountered by the teachers. Therefore, this study implies that teachers should acknowledge the challenges of online learning to create a better online learning activity.

Abstract

Integrated Referral Service System (IRSS) program is a service system to assist the poor in their needs through poverty reduction and social protection programs. One of them is the government makes a program or policy to be able to serve various social services in reducing poverty. It was found that the implementation of the Integrated Referral Service System program policy in its implementation involved legal rules and other regional regulations. This study aims to determine and describe the extent of policy implementation in the Integrated Referral Service System program at the Bandung City Social Service. This research report discusses the implementation of policies regarding the Integrated Referral Service System program, the obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Bandung City Social Service through the Puskesos assistant for Integrated Referral Service System implementation or facilitators in the Maleber village. The research method used in this method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is a comparison in policy implementation is the theory of David L. Weimer and Aidan R. Vining (2014) namely Policy Logic, Environment in which Policy is Operated, and Implementor Capability. There were four informants in this study, namely the Head of Protection and Social Security, Head of the Service and Referral Section, Integrated Referral Service System of Implementing Facilitators and people who use Integrated Referral Service System. The conclusions drawn in this study are based on indicators that the Policy Implementation regarding the Integrated Referral Service System program in Bandung City through the Social Health Center in Maleber Village from 2019 to 2020 experienced a fairly high increase. Due to the large number of poor and underprivileged people who need assistance in the form of complaints about social problems, especially the impact of the covid 19. Poverty Reduction at the Bandung City Social Service is quite optimal, it's just that there are some obstacles regarding infrastructure and understanding in carrying out various complaints and services to the public. Abstract

In the development of technology in the financial world, we are also now familiar with trading robots. This robot works to make it easier to trade in cyberspace. Trading robots do not offer a solution to generate instant profitable transactions. Profitable long-term forex trading is much more than just tactical analysis of forex trading and the use of trading robots. Have a special program that does all the work to look tempting. But this is how trading robot’s work. Trading robot sellers who prefer to see a decent trading robot. Such a system requires constant human adaptation and supervision. The general public who wants to use trading robots well must know the risks and systems of the trading robot and there is no guarantee that using a trading robot will be 100% profitable. It should be emphasized again that the trading robot will make decisions based on the conditions that have occurred and the right decisions at that time. Thus, no foreign trade organizer dares to give absolute guarantees.

Abstract

Monitoring the identity of library visitors is a very important part. Usually to monitor students who are diligent in visiting the school library by providing books or guest books, the purpose of this study is to record the identity of students who visit the library electronically, in the study describes the monitoring system for library visitors with internet communication lines, database storage media by using descriptive method. The design of this system consists of a library card, RFID, Nodemcu, 2 x 16 LCD, and a web as an application used to process visitor identities or as a place to display information in real time. The web application design uses the programming language HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Forms (CSS), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Content Management System (CMS) using a MySQL database while the test results show that this system can work well, with the The school library visitor monitoring system using internet-based RFID and nodemcu can make it easier for employees to view and process the identity of library visitors

Abstract

Gambus Paser music is one among traditional perfoming arts belongs to Paser tribe. Contextually, gambus Paser performing art cannot be detacted from its socio-culural since it geographically affects the characteristic of that cultural music. Generally, the culture of Gambus Paser music has its various values according to its various geographical dispositions. Geographically varied characteristic of Gambus Paser music is reflected on the interpretation of the music especially on the style of pentengan (picking technique) and the lyric of Gambus song. Gambus Paser music is also characteristically identified by the use of that pentengan style. On the other hand, coastal area also affects Gambus Paser characateristic which tends to be expressive and dynamic. Conceptually speaking, this research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical method. This research focuses on Gambus Paser performing art as the cultural (music) literacy enhancement. The purpose is to analyze the form of Gambus Paser performance as Paser cultural literacy. The result shows that literature related to Paser art is still hardly found, while on the other hand, we have also found how potential this performance as sustainable literacy and identity enhancement for Paser community to welcome the Indonesian capital relocation to East Borneo. A concrete step which is taken is to documenting and disseminating the Gambus Paser performance to create a cultural literacy and a sustainable traditional art.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial performance, capital expenditure, budget management on regional competitiveness. Second, this study also determines the impact of financial and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through capital expenditures and budget management in the Bungo Regency. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with respondents with predetermined criteria and processed using Structural Equation Model analysis with PLS. The results study found only financial and non-financial performance and budget management had a significant effect on regional competitiveness, while capital expenditure had no effect. This study also found that financial and non-financial performance affects regional competitiveness through budget management, but it had no effect if capital expenditures were intervening.

Abstract

This research has a long-term purpose: to implement the study of introduction to economics effectively and efficiently. The learning materials developed were the non-printing type using the Aldiko Classic application so that the students do not have to spend more money to buy the printed learning material. The students just have to download the application (for free) in Playstore and install the learning materials of introduction to economics developed in such application. It was expected that the social sciences education students better understand the learning materials taught by the lecturer using the e-book and ease them to study independently. The stages in developing the e-book based learning material are as follows: 1.) analysis stage (analysis) covers the analysis of learning sources and learning material requirement, 2.) design stage (design) is to determine the learning material framework, cover learning material, layout, references, and creating assessment instrument of learning material, 3.) Development stage (Development) covers developing an e-book based learning material, experts validation and revision, 4.) implementation stage (implementation) is the trial test of learning material which has been validated, 5) Evaluation stage (Evaluation) is the stage to analyze weakness and strength of learning material which has been tested to students. The research results are 1) the development of an e-book based introduction to economics learning material has excellent feasibility because it has been conducted validation with an average score of 83% (valid). 2) the learning material of e-book based introduction to economics was declared practical to be used by the students based on the results of the response questionnaire with an average score of 77% (practical).
