Abstract

Wedding organizer adalah salah satu jasa khusus untuk membantu para calon pengantin dalam perencanaan pelaksanaan pesta pernikahan yang mereka inginkan. Belakangan ini banyak para calon pengantin yang kesulitan untuk mempersiapkan pernikahannya di sela kesibukan masing – masing. Untuk membantu pasangan calon pengantin mempersiapkan pesta pernikahannya, dengan mudah tanpa menyita banyak waktu, sanggar rias Refani ingin memiliki media promosi yang bisa diakses oleh orang banyak tanpa mengambil memori di piranti milik pelanggannya dan juga bisa diaksek siapapun, kapanpun dan dimanapun. Pemilik sanggar rias Refani meminta bantuan agar pemilik bisa mengembangkan sayapnya dimedia sosial, sebelumnya telah berhasil dengan postingan – postingannya di berbagai media sosial. maka, sanggar rias Refani menginginkan terbentuknya sebuah website untuk mempermudah para calon pengantin melihat Paket – paket pernikahan apa saja yang disediakan oleh sanggar rias Refani, Dan untuk mempermudah para calon pengantin menghemat waktu dalam perancangan pernikahannya. Dengan adanya hal tersebut peneliti mengambil keputusan untuk membantu sanggar rias Refani membuatkan sebuah system informasi dengan berbasis web yang dapat membantu promosi wedding organizer miliknya. Peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall dalam merancang system informasi dan menggunakan HTML editor Macromedia Adobe Dreamweaver CS 5 sebagai alat untuk mengetikan code program dan juga menggunakan rancangan LRS untuk memudahkan dalam pembuatan basis data, dengan dilakukannya hal tersebut maka peneliti menghasilkan sebuah penelitian dengan judul Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Sanggar Rias Refani.

Abstract

Schools must have alumni information data after graduating from school, so far the data collection is only done by taking notes in printed documents, resulting in data management that cannot be done quickly and still often has errors and is difficult to update, this problem can be overcome with a the method that is developing is the programming system. One of them is programming in the form of software. With this information management system software, it is expected to help manage school alumni data.

Abstract

Public service is one of the most important things to ensure the goal of creating good government in a work arrangement between all components. One of the most important parts in an institution is often measured by the community through the success or failure of an event that is held and every event or event held must have infrastructure or infrastructure and facilities that are sufficiently supportive or qualified, currently at the West Jakarta Youth and Sports Office. still managing infrastructure and facilities data manually, this is what results in infrastructure management being less effective and efficient, for that by making the design of the Infrastructure and Facilities Management system is an effective way of managing infrastructure to be stored in the database This system is designed using the prototype method. This system can search for data on complaints about existing problems in infrastructure to be faster and can present data to be effective and efficient because it is website-based.

Abstract

Cartoons are one type of illustration usually in a non-realistic or semi-realistic style. To make a cartoon drawing manually requires good drawing ability. So, not everyone can make cartoons. This research proposes a non-photorealistic rendering algorithm to create cartoon drawings automatically. The algorithm consists of four phases. First, create an image abstraction using bilateral filtering. Second, using kmeans clustering for abstract image quantization. Third, get the contour lines of the drawing using the canny algorithm. Fourth, contour lines and quantized images are combined. The results show that this algorithm can produce good visualization of cartoon images.

Abstract

Marketing a product is usually done by offering to the most meet people, distributing brochures and other traditional methods. However, if the product being offered is not a consumer product for everyone, the way to market it must be different. In today's technology, we can use digital media to market products, such as a sales website. By using the waterfall methodology and assisted by a framework such as Laravel, we can make a website more neat, organized and structured. With the hope that the website can increase the percentage of sales in order to achieve the company's targets.

Abstract

Backpropagationcial neural networks are one of the artificial representations of the human brain that are always trying to stimulate the learning process of the human brain. Backpropagation is a gradient descent method to minimize the squared of the output error. Backprorpagation works through an iterative process using a set of sample data (training data), comparing the predicted value of the network with each sample data. In each process, the weight of the relation in the network is modified to minimize the Mean Squared Error value between the predicted value from the network and the actual value. The purpose of this thesis is to be able to help teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Salakaran to predict the value of student learning. In the calculation using the maximum epouch = 10000, the target error is 0.01, and the learning rate is 0.3, then there is a calculation result where the need ratio A has a value of 0.7517, which means that the value has decreased and D has a value of 0.9202 which means that this value has increased..

Abstract

Programs at the high school level makes it difficult students make choicesthatsuitcapabilities.Someofthefactorsthatinfluencesuchamistakeinchoosing majors went along with friends or majors trends of today and parentreferences, so that they appear remorse for students who have determined thechoice if it is not in accordance with their interests, abilities or talents. Thereforeit takes a decision support system that can perform the calculation criteria of thestudentstohelpdetermineappropriateschooldepartment.Thissystemimplements the SMART method based on the criteria of each alternative, namelytheIndonesiaNationalexamscores,theEnglishNationalexamscores,theMathematics National exam scores, the Natural SciencesNational exam scores.The result of this system is the value of knowledge for determining the directionbased on predetermined criteria. Of the 10 alternative or candidate is taken, thereis4eligible student majoring in technical light vehicle,4 eligible student majoringin bodyrepairtechniques and 2 eligiblestudentmajoring in welding technique.

Abstract

Terdapat kendala dalam penentuan penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) karena begitu banyaknya calon penerima bantuan PIP yang mengajukan diri untuk mendapatkan bantuan tersebut dimana proses penyerahan bantuan kadang tidak sesuai target atau sasaran. Data yang tidak valid menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pembagian PIP yang seharusnya diberikan kepada penerima yang berhak menerimanya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) biasanya dibangun untuk mendukung solusi atas suatu masalah atau untuk suatu peluang, salah satunya dalam menentukan penerima bantuan PIP pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Binjai agar tepat sasaran pada siswa yang akan mendapatkan bantuan PIP. Peran sistem pendukung keputusan sangat dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan efesiensi pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan siswa yang layak untuk mendapatkan bantuan PIP. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dan dengan menggunakan 7 (Tujuh) kriteria yaitu kondisi keluarga, nilai raport, pekerjaan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan anak, jumlah tanggungan anak yang sekolah, kondisi rumah dan penghasilan orang tua serta 10 (Sepuluh) alternatif yang menjadi data siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode MOORA, siswa atas nama MM (A9) merupakan alternatif yang terbaik untuk diberikan bantuan PIP dengan nilai 0,2843. Abstract

Abstrak - Sarana dan Prasarana Sekolah sangat penting dalam menunjang ilmu. Pengambilan keputusan selalu berkaitan dengan ketidak pastian dari hasil yang diambil. Sistem Pendukung keputusan dikembangkan untuk mengurangi faktor ketidak pastian tersebut dengan mengolah sebuah informasi menjadi sebuah alternatif pemecahan suatu masalah. Metode yang dapat diterapkan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu Multi-objective optimization on the basic of ratio analisys (MOORA). Untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan informasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode MOORA penulis menggunakan studi kasus menentukan pemilihan sarana dan prasarana dengan kriteria jumlah PTK, jumlah siswa , jumlah guru, jenis sarana dan prasarana, kerusakan, jumlah kelas, jumlah laboratorium, dan jumlah perpustakaa, serta 160 (seratus enam puluh) sekolah dasar di kota Binjai yang digunakan. Setelah semua nilai kriteria dimasukkan maka hasil pengolahan dengan metode MOORA akan diranking dan ranking tertinggi yang akan dipilih. Hasil perankingan dari alternatif yang digunakan bahwa SD AL FITIYAH termasuk kedalam pemilihan sarana dan prasarana memiliki nilai terbesar pada A55 dengan ranking 1. Kata Kunci – MOORA; Pemilihan Sarana dan Prasarana; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.

Abstract

The use of the internet in the office requires stability for employees so that they can work well, it is not uncommon for some parties to use internet services for out-of-office needs for downloads and also social media. The Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method in bandwidth management can solve this problem. HTB is a very structured method of sharing the bandwidth. HTB can be created by configuring the Mikrotik routerboard equipment by creating parent and child parameters and determining the minimum and maximum bandwidth used.
