Abstract

Cryptography is the science or art of learning how to make a message sent by the sender safely delivered to the recipient. Cryptography is part of a branch of mathematics called cryptology (cryptology). Cryptography aims to maintain the confidentiality of information contained in data so that information can not be known by unauthorized parties. The designer of a cryptographic algorithm is called a cryptographer. This makes information a material that must be kept confidential. One way to exchange information is to use electronic messages. The Cast method is a block cipher algorithm that has been used in various products such as the pgp example. The Cast method is the key to symmetry. Abstract

Image file format bmp is a format developed by microsoft which consists of arrangement of dots (pixels) stored in computer memory. Bmp is an uncompressed image file, so its size is large enough and not appropriate for inadequate memory capacity. One solution to this problem is to reduce the size or compress the image file. With the compression is expected to save costs and time expended in order to increase data storage media facilities on the computer and speed up the data transfer process. The compressed image file uses the Unary Coding algorithm. With the compression of image files, it will be easier for users to reduce image files, and speed up the process of transferring image files and save time spent to increase data storage media facilities on the computer

Abstract

Rice is a staple food for most Indonesian people. Rice consumption in Indonesia is increasing every year along with the increasing population of Indonesia. The high dependence of the Indonesian people on rice will be a problem if the availability of rice cannot be fulfilled. The Laplacian of Gaussian method can detect edges more accurately especially on steep edges. In addition, it can be said to be more accurate because it can reduce the appearance of false edges, because the image is filtered first with a Gaussian function. This Laplacian method has been widely implemented to analyze various problems. The purpose of this study is to detect the edges of rice images and determine their quality more accurately using the Laplacian of Gaussian method

Abstract

Meningitis is an infectious disease of the meninges (protective membranes) that envelops the brain and spinal cord. When inflamed, the meninges swell because of an infection that occurs. The nervous system and brain can be damaged in some cases. Three symptoms of meningitis that need to be watched out for are fever, headache, and neck that feels stiff. Detection of the image edge of meningitis is an early form of treatment for the disease. Meningitis edge detection is done to identify the geometric area of ??meningitis. One of the edge detection methods that can be used is the Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) method. In the LoG edge detection method there are several steps that need to be carried out, namely changing the original image (RGB) to gray (grayscale) then changing the gray image into a binary image and then performing the convolution operation of the binary image intensity matrix with the LoG filter. The results of this study indicate the detection of the edge of meningitis in the image using the Laplacian of Gaussian method produces sharp and thick edges. The meningitis edge is shown in the output image through white dots connected together to form a line

Abstract

Decision Support System (SPK) is a computer-based system that can solve unstructured problems. Several methods of Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Employees are very important human resources in an organization of the Republic. Abstract

Recommendation for choosing a Vocational High School (SMK) is a procedure that is carried out to provide supporting information for students graduating from SMP or MTS in the selection of Vocational High Schools (SMK) for advanced junior high school or MTS education to Vocational High School (SMK) education. Most countries have formal education systems that are usually needed. Every year, students will look for schools. Problems arise and contain many choices that provide a variety of offers and choices to prospective students. Therefore we need a system that not only provides information about schools, and also is not able to contribute to the appropriate school of each prospective student.The decision tree that produces CART is a binary tree that has attribute values by selecting the most optimal branching in each variable. The principle of the clafication tree is to separate all observations into two observation groups into the next two observation groups, that is, the minimum number of tantrums when the observation group.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil minyak kelapa sawit terbesar di dunia. Hal ini disebabkan dari sekian banyak tananam yang menghasilkan minyak atau lemak, kelapa sawit salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang menghasilkan nilai ekonomi terbesar dan menduduki posisi penting dalam sektor perekonomian di Indonesia, karena hasil dari produksi kelapa sawit ini akan menjadi pemasukan bagi negara maupun bagi daerah setempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi produktivitas kelapa sawit pada PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah pada tahun yang akan datang sehingga hasil prediksi akan menjadi informasi dan masukkan bagi pihak-pihak terkait yang berkepentingan (pihak perusahaan) untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerja serta mampu membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang tepat agar produktivitas kelapa sawit diperkebunan ini relatif stabil dan mampu meningkat tiap tahunnya, sehingga berimplikasi terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 model arsitektur yaitu 3-10-1, 3-15-1, 3-18-1, 3-20-1 dan 3-22-1. Dari lima model arsitektur yang digunakan di peroleh satu model arsitektur terbaik 3-15-1 dengan tingkat keakurasian 92%. Berdasarkan model arsitektur terbaik ini akan digunakan untuk memprediksi produktivitas kelapa sawit pada PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah tahun 2020.

Abstract

Research about vehicle number plate scanning detection system that passes Apill Area (Traffic signaling equipment) using CCTV which will be developed in this study. Detection of the vehicle number plate will use a camera mounted on every corner of the traffic light pole. This detection process is carried out by taking data using the cctv camera, changing the image into a greyscale then holding it to find its binary value. Segmentation of this research uses a connected component labeling algorithm to be used for testing whether the plate is a plate or not. The contribution of this study is to divide the letters and numbers of character regions, to avoid introducing errors especially for characters with similar shapes and structures.
