Objective : This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation of mothers about balanced nutrition with nutritional status in preschool children aged 3-6 years. Methods: This research is quantitative in nature using correlational descriptive techniques with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 100 people and the number of samples taken using the Slovin formula was 80 people using purposive sampling technique. This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. Results: based on univariate analysis of 80 people the majority with a high level of knowledge as many as 61 people (76.3%), sufficient motivation as many as 62 people (77.5%) and nutritional status normal children as many as 37 children (46.3%). The results of the bivariate analysis with the chi square test were obtained for the level of knowledge with nutritional status p-value 0.026, and the results of the bivariate analysis of mother's motivation with nutritional status p-value 0.006, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation of mothers about balanced nutrition with the nutritional status of children aged preschool 3-6 years. Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is a chronic disease that progresses damage to the kidneys which disrupts the body’s fluid and electrolyte balance which affects all body systems. PGK is currently it is one of the many diseases that have become a concern in the world including in Indonesia. One phenomenon that often occurs is an increase in fluid volume between two times of dialysis. The purpose of this study was to find out the long relationship between hemodialysis and excess fluid volume status in patients with chronic renal failure in the Hemodialysis room at Ibnu Sina Gresik Hospital. This was an analytical study with a correlative analytic design. Data were collected by using the contingency coefficient. The result of this study shows that older respondents underwent <1 year of hemodialysis with excess fluid status >2,5 BB post HD as much 81,2%, which is more dominant than patients who undergo > 1-year hemodialysis with excess fluid status >2,5 BB post HD as much 58% of the total resulting in p-value 0,103 where p>0,05 so it can be concluded that there is no long relationship to undergo hemodialysis with excess fluid volume status in patients with chronic kidney disease. It is expected that patients undergoing hemodialysis can be more obedient to the recommended diet so that it does not cause other complications and can improve the quality of life patients

Abstract

Introduction Biological changes that occur in the elderly can affect nutritional status including reduced muscle mass, increased fat mass, decreased intestinal mobility, number of missing teeth, decreased sense of sight and reduced kidney capacity to excrete large amounts of water (Hutapea, 2015). As compensation for the decline in physiological functions, adequate nutrition must be provided to suit the activities of the elderly. Balanced nutritional intake is very necessary for healthy and sick elderly to maintain their quality of life and is needed in the healing process and prevent further complications from the disease (Siti, 2015). The family has an important role in maintaining the health status of the elderly through the fulfillment of balanced nutritional needs because the family is the closest party to the elderly. Methods:The research design used is a correlation research type because this study aims to determine the existence of a relationship between the role of the family and the nutritional status of the elderly with a Cross Sectional approach. The population is the elderly aged 60-90 years and over in Klinterejo Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency as many as 52 samples with simple random sampling technique. Variable measurement instruments use questionnaires and KMS sheets. The statistical test uses Chi-Square with a value of = 0.05. Result: The results showed that almost half of the respondents (44.2%) had less family roles as many as 23 respondents and as many as 36 respondents (69.2%2 with poor nutritional status). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the optimal role of the family in providing a balanced menu according to the needs of the elderly so that the nutritional status of the elderly is not in poor condition.

Abstract

Introduction:Indonesia sits on an active continental plate, surrounded by a series of very active volcanoes called the ring of fire. These conditions make Indonesia very vulnerable to disasters. Mount Semeru was observed to have experienced at least 57 eruptions or eruptions. The resilience possessed by adolescents can affect when the post-eruption disaster strikes. Methods:The strategy to determine the selection of studies that have been found, the author uses a protocol and evaluation uses the PRISMA Checklist and is adjusted to the purpose of this literature review. Searching for literature sources in this literature review uses several databases including PubMed and Google ScholarResults:Resilience is very important for adolescents in post-mountain eruption disaster situations, adolescents who have resilience can survive and never give up in difficult circumstances, adapt to these conditions, and can rise. Most of the adolescents in post-disaster areas have moderate levels of resilience as much as 64% and as high as 63%. This can occur due to several factors, namely individuals, families, and communities. In addition, gender can also affect a person's resilience. Men are more resilient than women. Conclusion:The existence of sources of support from internal and external as well as knowledge about adolescent disasters can optimize youth resilience after the Semeru eruption disaster.
