Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi ini persaingan bisnis tidak dapat terelakkan. akibatnya timbul persaingan dalam menawarkan produk-produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang mampu bersaing di pasaran. Bisnis merupakan salah satu pilar ekonomi dalam kehidupan ini. Fenomena saat ini yang menarik di kalangan hawa atau perempuan adalah busana muslim. Di Jaizah Boutique Tlogosari Semarang adalah salah satu butik busana muslim yang memperhatikan kesesuaian antara kualitas produk dan harga yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen muslim pada Jaizah Boutique Tlogosari Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas prodk dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen muslim. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen muslim di Jaizah Boutique Tlogosari Semarang, namun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 56 responden. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun variabel yang diteliti meliputi kualitas produk dan harga sebagai variabel bebas dan minat beli sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung masing-masing variabel bebas adalah2,525 untuk kualitas produk dan -368 untuk harga. Sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah 1,673 (t hiung> t tabel) artinya bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen muslim, sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen muslim. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,118 atau 12%, yang artinya pengaruh variabel independen (kualitas produk dan harga) terhadap variabel dependen (minat beli) sebesar 0,118, ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel-variabel independen adalah sebesar 12%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Economics and needs encourage people to continue to develop in solving problems about the economy and to meet the needs in their lives. Thought about what system is considered appropriate for a country without stopping done. Abstract

Looking at it from a business phenomenon above, the researcher intends to conduct research with the title: "The Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction Against Image Store Retail Stores". The population in this study is the wholesaler who became Amin Jaya consumers shop Jepara regency. Sample of 100 respondents was taken and the techniques used are nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by consumers. Then the data were analyzed by using regression analysis. This analysis includes the Test Validity, Reliability Test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through f and t test. From the analysis using linear regression can be seen that the variable product quality, service quality and store image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction Amin Jaya store. The analysis using the t test can know the quality of service and the image of the store has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the quality of the product does not affect the consumer satisfaction. The analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 40.5% customer satisfaction variables can be explained by the variation of the variable product quality, service quality and store image. While the rest is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Subrogation is a product that exists in financial institutions as a guarantee of the debtor's debt to the creditor. Subrogation is done by transferring the old creditor's receivables to the new creditor. This study aims to determine the practice of subrogation at PT Bali Regional Development Bank Negara Branch. As well as knowing the perspective of positive law and the Fatwa of the Naional Sayariah Council (DSN-MUI) on the practice of subrogation. The method of approach used by the author is normative juridical method. The results of the study state that the practice of subrogation at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kabanjahe Branch is in accordance with positive law or based on the Fatwa of the national shariah council (DSN-MUI). The transfer of credit tied to mortgage rights at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kabanjahe Branch is in accordance with the subrogation provisions of Article 1400 of the Civil Code, especially Article 1401 sub 2 of the Civil Code. This is because the transfer of credit tied to mortgage rights at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kabanjahe Branch fulfills the elements of subrogation even though it is not perfect. Abstract

One focus of economic growth and employment is rural economic growth. The rural economic circle is a sector which is quite vital, because rural communities are a significant contributor to employment which is still polemic. The agricultural sector is a solution to answer these problems. By maximizing agricultural productivity, land management, supply of fertilizer and the availability of access to capital will increase the welfare of rural communities and open up large enough employment. In Segobang Village, Lici Kabupaen District, Banyuwangi, farmers synergized by forming farmer groups and then each group was accommodated into a Farmers Group Association (Gapoktan). The Farmers Group Association then affiliated to an organization that served as a business entity collecting and channeling funds in the form of farmer empowerment.
