Abstract

In the current era of globalization, teachers are a necessity that cannot be postponed again in line with the increasing competition that is getting tougher. So that we need people who are truly experts in their fields. In the development of prospective teachers who have character and fulfill teacher competence, students still feel less. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of character teacher candidates for Biology Tadris students of IAIN Jember in im- proving pedagogical competence. The research method used in this research is qualitative descrip- tive method with research subjects Biology Tadris students IAIN Jember. The results of this study indicate that students still feel less confident in becoming prospective teachers. As a prospective teacher, he must develop the character of his potential and increase his competence. Because as a prospective teacher must be able to manage learning and carry out their duties   Keyword: teacher candidate, character, pedagogic competence   Era globalisasi saat ini, guru merupakan sebuah kebutuhan yang tidak dapat ditunda- tunda lagi seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan yang semakin ketat. Sehingga diperlukan orang-orang yang memang benar-benar ahli dalam bidangnya. Dalam pengembangan calon guru yang berkarakter dan memenuhi kompetensi guru masih dirasakan kurang oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan calon guru berkarakter terhadap maha- siswa Tadris Biologi IAIN Jember dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualiatif dengan subyek penelitian mahasiswa Tadris Biologi IAIN Jember. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih merasa kurang yakin dalam menjadi calon guru. Sebagai calon guru harus mengembangkan karakter potensi dirinya dan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Karena sebagai calon guru harus bisa mengelola pembelajaran serta menjalankan tugas-tugasnya.   Kata Kunci: calon guru, berkarakter, kompetensi pedagogik

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of reproductive health education in SMP 1 Samboja; 2) Reproductive health education in terms of fiqh perspective. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with case study method. The results of the study show that reproductive health education that has been held by the PKPR Samboja Health Center at SMP 1 Samboja is a form of concern for adolescents considering that there is still a lack of awareness of students about reproductive health and even the need for an early introduction to reproductive health. The focus of reproductive health education provided by PKPR is the provision of reproductive health education and the introduction of reproductive diseases. And follow-up efforts are carried out in the form of monitoring adolescent health by cadres of PTM (Non-Communicable Diseases), UKS cadres (School Health Unit) and youth counselors. In the view of Islam, basically the norms of sexuality and reproduction have been contained in various books of Fiqh as a source for realizing the goals of Islamic law, namely maintaining honor and self-respect, as well as maintaining the sanctity of offspring and reproductive rights properly. This shows that Islam always prioritizes to aspects of behavior and lifestyle to realize human reproductive health.   Keywords: fiqh perspective, reproductive health     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Implementasi pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi di SMP 1 Samboja; 2) Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi ditinjau dari perspektif fiqih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deksriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menujukkan Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi yang telah diselenggarakan oleh pihak PKPR Puskesmas Samboja di SMP 1 Samboja merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian terhadap remaja mengingat bahwa masih minimnya kesadaran siswa-siswi tentang kesehatan reproduksi bahkan perlunya pengenalan kesehatan reproduksi sejak dini. Fokus pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi yang diberikan oleh PKPR yaitu pemberian edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dan pengenalan penyakit reproduksi. Dan upaya tindak lanjut yang dilakukan berupa pemantauan kesehatan remaja oleh kader PTM (Penyakit Tidak Menular), kader UKS (Unit Kesehatan Sekolah) dan konselor remaja.  Dalam pandangan Islam pada dasarnya norma-norma seksualitas dan reproduksi telah tertuang banyak dalam berbagai kitab-kitab Fiqih sebagai sumber untuk mewujudkan tujuan syariat Islam yakni menjaga kehormatan dan harga diri, serta menjaga kesucian keturunan dan hak reproduksi dengan baik. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa Islam senantiasa memprioritaskan aspek perilaku dan gaya hidup untuk mewujudkan kesehatan reproduksi manusia.   Kata kunci:  kesehatan reproduksi, perspektif  fiqih

Abstract

Higher order thinking skill (HOTS)-based learning tools prepared by teachers are often not optimally prepared in learning activities, especially in online learning, so there are still many teachers who are not optimal in compiling higher order thinking skill (HOTS)-based learning tools. This study aims to analyze (1) the Learning Process Plan (RPP) based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) during the covid-19 pandemic, (2) the implementation of learning based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) during the covid-19 pandemic. , (3) evaluation of higher order thinking skill (HOTS) based learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research subject is a biology teacher in class XI of SMAN 2 Kuningan. The object of research includes lesson plans, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning. Data collection techniques consist of observation and documentation. Data analysis through credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Learning Process Plan (RPP) is based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) during the covid-19 pandemic with a good category, (2) the implementation of learning is based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) during the pandemic. covid-19 with a very good category, (3) the evaluation of learning has been based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) during the covid-19 pandemic with a good category.  Keywords: Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS), learning tools, online learning,  Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) yang disusun oleh guru sering kali tidak dipersiapkan secara maksimal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terutama dalam pembelajaran daring, sehingga masih banyak guru yang belum maksimal dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Rencana Proses Pembelajaran (RPP) yang berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) di masa pandemi covid-19, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) di masa pandemi covid-19, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) di masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya guru biologi kelas XI SMAN 2 Kuningan. Objek penelitian meliputi RPP, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui uji credibility, uji transferability, uji dependability, dan uji confirmability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Rencana Proses Pembelajaran (RPP) sudah berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan kategori baik, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan kategori sangat baik, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran sudah berbasis higher order thinking skill (HOTS) di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan kategori baik. Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to determine the increase in Biology Learning Outcomes through the Group to Group Exchange Learning Method with Mind Mapping Media. The subjects of this study were 20 students of class VIII SMPN 6 Lembor Selatan, West Manggarai Regency in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles and the data collected were analyzed using descriptive. Based on the data the results of the study showed that the Group learning method to Group Exchange using Mind Mapping media has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes which are marked by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, In the first cycle the average score of activity was 38.90, increasing in the second cycle with an average score of 72.78. Mean while, the number of students who did not complete the first cycle by an average of 65% decreased in the second cycle by an average of 10%. The use of the Group To Group Exhange method with Mind Mapping media can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII students of SMPN 6 Lembor Selatan.  Keywords: Group to Group Exchange, Mind Mapping and Learning Outcomes   Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan Hasil Belajar Biologi melalui Metode Pembelajaran Group to Group Exchange dengan Media Mind Mapping. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Lembor Selatan Kabupaten Manggarai Barat pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020.Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif.Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Group to Group Exchange dengan menggunakan media Mind Mapping memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus. Pada siklus I skor rata-rata aktivitas 38,90 meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 72,78. Sedangkan jumlah siswa yang tidak tuntas pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 65% menurun pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 10%. Penggunaan metode Group To Group Exhange dengan media Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Lembor Selatan. Abstract

This research is motivated by students as components that have the responsibility to improve the quality of education. Positive changes in student behavior which are the result of the learning process at school can be seen from their result of learning. Student learning results can be seen from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor factors of students wherein learning is not only mastery the theory concepts of subject, but also mastery of habits, perceptions, pleasures, interests and talents, social adjustment, skills, goals, desires and expectations. One of the psychological factors that influence learning results that are considered the most essential are intelligence, and interest. This study were aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and interest in learning simultaneously and partially on the biology learning results of class X MIPA students at SMAN RambiPuji Jember. This study was used a quantitative approach with the type of associative research conducted at SMAN RambiPuji Jember. The population includes all students of class X, 143 students were taken. Determination of the number of sample were used the Slovin formula obtained 105 students, using the cluster random sampling technique, three classes were taken, totaling 107 students. Data collection techniques were used questionnaires and documentation and data analysis were used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous and partial influence of emotional intelligence and interest in learning on the biology learning outcomes of students of class X MIPA at SMAN Rambi Puji Jember. Keywords: emotional intelligence, interest in learning, learning outcomes   Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh siswa sebagai komponen yang mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk meningkatakan kualitas pendidikan.  Perubahan positif perilaku siswa yang merupakan hasil dari proses belajar di sekolah dapat dilihat dari hasil belajarnya.  Hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa karena belajar tidak hanya penguasaan konsep teori mata pelajaran saja, tetapi juga penguasaan kebiasaan, persepsi, kesenangan, minat-bakat, penyesuaian sosial, keterampilan, cita-cita, keinginan dan harapan. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar yang dipandang paling esensial adalah kecerdasan, dan minat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan  minat belajar secara simultan dan parsial terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas X MIPA di SMAN Rambipuji Jember.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang dilakukan di SMAN Rambipuji Jember. Populasi meliputi seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 143 siswa. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang didapat 105 siswa, dengan menggunakan teknik cluter random sampling maka diambil sebanyak tiga kelas yang berjumlah 107 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi serta analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar secara simultan dan parsial terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas X MIPA di SMAN Rambipuji Jember.
