Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occur in schools where most of the students have high intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence but do not have good morals. Thus, through tahfidz learning, they are expected to be able to realize that spiritual intelligence is important for their morals so that they can growup to be a generation that has good potential and also good morals. Based on this background, the writer wishes to discuss it in his thesis and take the title of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. This research focused on:(1) How is the concept of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Exampel Gebang? (2) How is the implementation of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang? (3) How is the implications of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. The purposes of this researchare (1) To describe the concept of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Exampel Gebang; (2) To describe the implementation of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang; (3) To describe the implications of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Check the validity of the data using extension of participation, observer perseverance, and triangulation. The results of the research are (1) The concept of tahfidzqur'an learning aims to train students to love the Qur'an and become a superior person from within themselves in the form of personality and spiritual intelligence; (2) The implementation of tahfidz learning includes arranging sincere intentions, with parental permission, diligent and patient in memorizing, leaving any immorality behind and keep away from harm. There are two methods used by the tahfidz teacher, namely the bin nadzar method and the murajaah method; (3) The implications of tahfidzqur'an learning make students have a high sense of empathy and always be grateful.

Abstract

Efforts to Increase Analogy Analysis Through a Cooperative Type Creatif Mind Organization Model in Students of Class VII MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak Academic Year 2019/2020. The main factor of students learning difficulties of the Qur'an The first Hadith lack of motivation both motivation in themselves and motivation outside of themselves, this can be seen during the learning process of the Qur'anic Hadith subjects there are still many students who pay less attention when the teacher provides learning to memorize it. The second factor is the low ability of students to memorize the verses of the Qur'an in the subjects of the Qur'an of Hadith so that there is no enthusiasm in memorizing the material understanding the Qur'an on the subjects of the Qur'an of the Hadith. The purpose of this study is 1. To find out the knowledge ability of VII grade MTs students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. 2. Describe the use of Creatif Mind Organization learning models in learning and teaching activities in class VII MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. 3. To find out whether the use of the Creatif Mind Organization learning model can improve the ability to memorize MTs VII grade students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. The results of this study are 1. That the cognitive abilities of class VII MTs students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak is very good with proven students displaying exemplary attitudes during their learning and teaching activities in the study of the Qur'anic Hadith. In the first cycle, some students seemed active in learning activities. Then, after researchers applied Creatif Mind Organization students' learning models, they were more active and responsive to the material being taught. 2. The implementation of the Creatif Mind Organization model at the beginning of the meeting took place ineffectively because students had never participated in learning activities with the model. then after the researcher enacted the action in the form of applying the model through group discussion activities, direct practice and reflecting actions in each cycle. So, the application of the model goes well along with the ongoing learning and teaching activities by involving the participation of students as Student Oriented. 3. The cognitive abilities of students of class VII MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak experienced a significant increase after learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith study field using the Creatif Mind Organization model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The test results found that the paternalistic leadership style had an effect on but not significant on teacher job satisfaction, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence between paternalistic leadership style and organizational climate together on teacher job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This investigation intends to decide the elements that impact buyer conduct in purchasing extra security approaches. These variables are social, individual, mental, item, premium and advancement factors. This investigation was directed at PT. (Persero) Asuransi Jiwasraya Pekanbaru City, where the populace is all purchasers of disaster protection strategies in 2013 upwards of 500 individuals and upwards of 100 individuals were taken as tests. Abstract

Abstract In general, the design of organizational principles obtains certain benefits or improvements to the most extreme that can be expected, and supports to further advance the situation of the organization in seeking its long-term goals. The reason can be achieved if the sale of the organization is held on what has been arranged and this has been arranged beforehand. Therefore, this does not mean that every product or service of the organization that is purchased by the client, will always bring financial benefits to the organization. Around here, there are several variables that the organization should pay attention to. Sfudy Day and Nedimgodi clarified that organizations that can handle the market; referred to as a morkef-driven company; Is an organization that can adjust both directions well, with superior promotional performance results, compared to other companies. Abstract

Human life in modern times has various kinds of risks and dangers. Humans as thinking creatures certainly do not know what will happen tomorrow and where they will die. Insurance is a financial means in managing household life, both in facing basic risks such as the risk of death or in dealing with the risk of property in dealing with the risk of the property owned. In the marketing process, it is necessary to implement an essential strategy, the company's main target is in a broad market reach so that a strategy is needed before entering the market, detailing all plans that have been put together, comprehensively and integratedly designed to ensure the company's main objectives can be achieved through the implementation of a segmentation strategy. , and targets at PT Allianz Life Indonesia, as well as knowing whether the marketing strategy implemented is in accordance with the characteristics of sharia marketing. This research uses literature study research. The results of the study indicate that the market segmentation carried out by the Sharia Insurance company Allianz Life Indonesia has grown more rapidly and progressed from year to year. Abstract

Public awareness to participate in insurance is also an obstacle for the development of sharia insurance in Indonesia. Low public awareness is a challenge for sharia insurance to provide an understanding of sharia insurance apart from the elements of maisir, gharar and usury. The level of awareness of the Indonesian people is still very low about the risks that will come in the future. This is because insurance is considered not as a primary need but as a complement to needs. The next is the community factor towards insurance. This concern can be in the form of fear if for example following insurance but when you have the misfortune of not getting a claim from the company this is usually caused by the words of other people who do not get a claim from a particular insurance company and disseminated to the general public so that it has an impact on other insurers, besides that people who have taken insurance are worried that they will not be able to pay premiums. Abstract

This article contains a Sharia Insurance Marketing Communication Strategy which focuses on the stages of developing effective marketing communications, namely determining the target audience, setting communication goals, designing messages, selecting media, selecting message sources, determining the promotional mix. and determine the marketing mix strategy. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques using the Interactive model of Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. The results showed that a marketing communication strategy that prioritizes two-way communication with customers to sell their products in order to gain influence, trust, and actions such as direct feedback can have a positive impact. development of effective marketing communications. to achieve the goals that have been set and can be implemented properly. Abstract

Sharia marketing is a business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering, and changing value from an initiator to its stakeholders, in the whole process in accordance with Islamic sharia values. So with sharia marketing, the whole process must avoid things that are contrary to Islamic principles. And as long as this business process can be guaranteed or there is no deviation from sharia principles, then any transaction in marketing can be allowed. The rationale is how insurance marketing activities can be carried out based on Islamic values, which express responsive, responsible marketing, and always provide satisfaction to customers and benefit the company.
