Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. Abstract

Insurance is a field of insurance business that has received great attention among the people of Indonesia. As an alternative insurance business, sharia insurance is relatively new compared to the conventional insurance business. The novelty of the sharia insurance business is the operation of its business activities based on principles. Considering the number of new companies (start-ups) that have sprung up which will definitely increase the competition in market share. Marketing strategies and competitive strategies are certainly needed by insurance companies to find out and improve the advantages of their products in order to compete in the midst of incessant global competition. Abstract

Along with the development of economy and technology and business competition in the global market, companies are competing in order to provide more satisfactory products and services to the customers and to offer competitive price. This competition is carried out in order to gain new customer and to retain their customer. This research is aimed to find out the influence of sevice quality, product quality and price to the customer satisfaction. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research shows that the variables which have been applied in this research models are service quality, product quality and price that each of them has significant and positive influence to the customer satisfaction who have ever used the transportation services of Blue Bird taxi in Surabaya.These results indicate that the better quality of service, product, and price then customer satisfaction increases. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategies used by insurance agents in finding Sun life insurance accounts. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods which include observation, library science, documentation, data processing, data presentation, and reasoning. According to the survey, researchers follow a cycle to plan, seek, approach, find, present facts, and end objections to the specific address of the insurance agent receiving the payment. Insurance agents often refer customers, often visit individuals, provide detailed explanations and insights about insurance, provide excellent information and service, and provide customers with excellent information and services to retain and improve their customers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the exact nature of the business and tempeh in Ponsok Jeruk Village, whether it is correct or not. Analysis of aspects of the use of analysis of non-financial aspects of production and marketing aspects. While the analytical tools used for the financial aspect use Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI), to determine whether a business is feasible or not. The results showed that the tofu and tempeh business in Pondok Jerik village from the production aspect was feasible, because the business location was strategic and easily accessible to consumers, the technology used was modern, the production process was easy. The aspect of proper marketing, with high quality products, because of imported raw materials, affordable prices, so that all circles of society can ensure, wide enough distribution, and promotions that the owner is enough to give consumers aware of the products they sell. And the results of the analysis from the financial aspect show that the Tofu and Tempe business is feasible to run with a project age of 10 years at a discount rate of 10%. Analysis) Criteria produce Payback Period (PP for 8 months 7 weeks, Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp.137,689,134, Profability Index (PI) is 1.14% and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 32%. Abstract

Service quality based on education to evaluate student satisfaction at MIS Mathlail Khoir. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction as well as to explain the quality of educational services and student satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis with a population of 405 students and the sampling technique is cluster sampling of 100 students assigned to students in class V and class VI. These instruments are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using correlation techniques and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the quality of education services and student satisfaction in the school was said to be high with a mean value of X 75.83 while Y was 48.34. And shows that there is a significant influence between the quality of education services on student satisfaction from the regression equation obtained by Y'= 33.889+0.191X showing that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 10.5% while 89.5% is influenced by other variables not examined..

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the learning motivation of students in class X Catering Basic Catering Subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok; 2) the learning achievement of class X Culinary Administration in Basic Culinary Subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok; 3) the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of class X students in Basic Catering Subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. This research is a correlation research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class X Catering Department at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. The sampling technique used was random sampling and the sample size in this study was determined using Isaac and Michael's Table, so the sample in this study was 84 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and tests. The instrument trial used validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used product moment correlation with the significance level of the analysis results determined at 5%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) the learning motivation of class X students in Basic Catering subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok in the sufficient category is 57 students (67.9%), good category is 27 students (32.1%), and (0.0%) in the poor category; 2) the learning achievement of class X students in Basic Catering subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok in the good category as many as 77 students (91.7%), sufficient category as many as 7 students (8.3%) and (0.0%) in the poor category , 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of class X Basic Catering Subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Depok, this is evidenced by the value of r arithmetic greater than r table (0.504> 0.213). Thus, there is a relationship between the learning motivation of class X students in the Basic Catering Subject at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement

Abstract

The ineffectiveness of teaching by the teacher is thought to be due to the teacher's lack of accuracy in using learning media. This is marked by the tendency of teachers to teach the material using the classical lecture method. One of the public schools that has sufficient introductory tourism value. This is because the teaching implementation system that is carried out is less effective, so that in the implementation of introductory tourism teaching that is carried out it is necessary to conduct research in order to obtain the most effective teaching to be used both on current and future opportunities online. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the researcher found that the students of class X Catering 1 were still low at 47.2% of the results in accordance with the KKM that had been set. Abstract

The degree of health of children at this time still cannot be said to be good because there are still many health problems, especially in adolescents. Clean and healthy living behavior is a manifestation of the reality of human life by applying the principles of the learning process, so that this healthy living behavior will occur because of the learning process that they get every day, both in the school environment, family and in the community. The type of research conducted is a descriptive analytic survey with a cross sectional research design, namely to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with student actions on clean and healthy living behavior in SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning method with the help of Electronic Control System learning media in improving the competence of class XII students in Electrical Power Installation Engineering skills at SMKN 2 Depok in the subject of electronic control systems. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, with three meetings for each cycle. Each cycle in this study consisted of four stages of implementation, namely planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data was collected using affective observation sheets, psychomotor observation sheets, and pre-test and post-test instruments. The instrument of affective observation sheet is used to determine students' competence in the affective aspect. The psychomotor observation sheet instrument was used to determine student competence in psychomotor aspects. Pre-test and post-test instruments were used to determine students' competence in cognitive aspects. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results showed an increase in student competence in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive aspects after the implementation of the STAD technique cooperative learning method with the help of Electronic Control System learning media. In the affective aspect, there was an increase of 48.21%, with the percentage of students' affective aspects at the first meeting of 56%, increasing to 83% at the sixth meeting. In the psychomotor aspect there was an increase of 22.15%, with the average psychomotor score of students on job sheet 1 of 67.66, increasing to 82.65 on job sheet 4. In the cognitive aspect there was an increase of 110.9%, with a score of the average pre-test cycle 1 was 38.53, increased to 81.26 in the post-test cycle 2.Keywords: student competence, student team achievement division, electronic control system
